Harrison Afful was born in Tema, Ghana on 24 July 1986. He started his career with Feyenoord Academy and made 79 appearances for the club before joining Charlton Athletic in 2009.

After two seasons at The Valley he joined Premier League side Crystal Palace in 2013 where he played 73 times over three years before moving to Charlotte FC this season. 

Harrison is a fullback who can also play as a left winger or striker and has represented Ghana at all levels from youth level up to international football.

He is currently captain of Charlotte FC and is one of their leading players, having made 21 appearances so far this season scoring 1 goal Harrison Afful is a Ghanaian international footballer who plays as a defender for Columbus Crew and Espérance de Tunis. 

He started his career at Asante Kotoko in 2007, before spending time on loan with Espérance de Tunis from 2009 to 2015.

Jordan Ayew is a French forward who currently plays for Crystal Palace. Jordan started his career at Lyon Duchère before moving to Marseille in 2009. 

He made his senior debut for Marseille in 2009 and has since played over 100 games for the club, scoring 14 goals.

In 2014, he signed for Crystal Palace and has since been a regular starter for the team, helping them reach the Premier League last season. 

Jordan is known as an attacking midfielder who can score goals from distance or set up teammates with strong passing ability.

Asamoah Gyan is a Ghanaian international footballer who plays as a striker for UAE club Al Ain and the Ghana national team. Asamoah Gyan began his career with Liberty Professionals in 2003, before moving to Udinese the following year.

He spent four seasons at Rennes before joining Sunderland in 2010. In 2012 he joined Al Ain on loan, where he has since made over 65 appearances and scored 73 goals. 

Asamoah Gyan was named African Footballer of the Year in both 2008 and 2011, and reached the semi-finals of the World Cup in 2014 as captain of Ghana's squad.

After retiring from international football in 2016, Asamoah Gyan returned to play for Al Ain later that year—scoring six goals in eight league appearances during the season.

Richard Kingson is a goalkeeper who has played for several teams in his career including Great Olympics, Galatasaray and Sakaryaspor. In 2003, he moved to Greece to play for Antalyaspor on loan before rejoining Galatasaray the following year.

He stayed with the Turkish side until 2005 when he joined Ghana's national team where he has remained ever since. 

Richard Kingson made his international debut in 1998 and has been capped 97 times by Ghana so far Richard Kingson began his professional football career with Elazığspor in 2002.

He made 20 appearances for the club, before joining Ankaraspor on a loan deal in 2005. After making four appearances for the side, he joined Birmingham City on a one-month loan spell in 2007.

Boateng was born in Berlin, West Germany in 1987. Boateng started his career at Reinickendorfer Füchse before joining Hertha BSC in 2004. Boateng played for Tottenham Hotspur from 2007 to 2009, making 14 appearances for the club.

After leaving Spurs, Boateng returned to Hertha BSC where he currently plays as a midfielder/forward. 

In 2011, Boateng won the African Footballer of the Year award after leading Ghana to their first-ever World Cup appearance that year and scoring two goals during group play against Portugal and Spain respectively; however, they were eliminated following a 2-1 loss to Holland in the Round of 16 stages of the tournament.

On 12 July 2016, it was announced that Boateng had signed with Premier League side Manchester City on a three-year deal worth £16 million ($21 million). He made his debut for City on 17 August 2016 as an 88th-minute substitute in a 3–0 victory over Chelsea.

Thomas Partey is a Ghanaian midfielder who currently plays for Arsenal. He started his career with Asante Kotoko in Ghana and later joined Atlético Madrid where he played until 2019.

Thomas has been capped by the Ghana national team on multiple occasions, including at the Africa Cup of Nations (AFCON) in 2017 and 2018 as well as the World Cup qualifiers in 2016 and 2017.

Thomas Partey is a versatile midfielder who has played for Atlético Madrid, Mallorca and Almería in his career.

André Ayew is a talented French-born Ghanaian footballer who has played for several top European clubs. He started his career at 1860 Munich and then moved to Nania before joining Marseille in 2007.

Ayew helped Marseille win the Ligue 1 title in 2009, as well as the Coupe de France that season. In January 2015, he signed for Al Sadd in Qatar after helping Ghana reach the World Cup finals earlier that year.

Abedi Ayew Pele is one of the most decorated Ghanaian footballers with over 50 caps to his name. He started his career at Great Falcons and went on to play for some of Ghana's biggest clubs including Real Tamale United, Al Sadd, Zürich.

Djiku is a defender who currently plays for Strasbourg in the French Ligue 1. He was born on 9 August 1994 in Montpellier, France. Djiku has played professionally since 2014 and has made over 100 appearances for his current club.

In 2017, he helped Strasbourg reach the Coupe de France Final where they lost to Monaco 3-1 at Wembley Stadium in London.

Mohammed Salisu is a Ghanaian international footballer who currently plays for Southampton. He made his professional debut in the Premier League on 8 December 2018, coming on as a substitute in a 2–1 victory over Brighton & Hove Albion.

Salisu has represented Ghana at youth level, making three appearances for the under-18s and two for the under-19sbetween 2016 and 2017. 

In October 2018 he was named in Ivory Coast's provisional 23-man squad for the 2019 Africa Cup of Nations tournament but did not make an appearance during their run to the final where they were beaten by Cameroon.

Denis Odoi was born on May 27th, 1988 in Leuven, Belgium. Denis has played for Lokeren and Club Brugge since 2006. Denis is a full-back who likes to get forward and make attacking plays for his team mates.

Denis is currently with Club Brugge and has been part of their first team squad since 2014. Denis made his international debut with the Belgian national side in 2011, playing against Canada that year as well as at the 2013.

Kamal Sowah was born on 9 January 2000 in Sabon Zango, Ghana. He is a midfielder and currently plays for Club Brugge. Kamal made his senior debut with the club in 2016 and has since played over 50 matches for them.

In 2018, he helped Club Brugge reach the Belgian Cup final where they were defeated by Kortrijk 3-1 after extra time. 

Kamal captained Team Africa at the 2017 U17 World Cup and scored two goals en route to reaching the quarterfinals where they were knocked out by Spain 5-0 on aggregate.

Outside of football, Kamal studies business administration at University of Gent.[2] Kamal Sowah is a talented young player who has been playing for Leicester City in the English Premier League. He has also played for OH Leuven on loan, and was recently signed to Club Brugge in Belgium.

Mohammed Kudus is a Ghanaian midfielder who currently plays for Ajax. He started his youth career with Asante Kotoko before moving to Dutch side Ajax in 2017.

Jonathan Mensah is a Ghanaian defender who currently plays for Columbus Crew in MLS. Jonathan started his career with AshantiGold before moving to Free State Stars and then Udinese in Italy.

After returning to Ghana, Jonathan signed with Columbus Crew and has since made over 100 appearances for the club. Jonathan is an important part of the defence at Columbus and has been praised for his ability on the ball as well as in defending set pieces.

Joseph Paintsil is a Ghanaian international footballer who plays for Belgian club Genk. Paintsil has represented the Ghana national team at youth levels, and made his senior debut in 2017.

He started his football career at Asante Kotoko before joining Dutch side Ajax in 2016, where he spent two seasons on loan. 

In January 2019, it was announced that Paintsil had signed with Belgian side Genk, after agreeing to a three-and-a-half year deal worth €1 million (£890,000).

Stephen Appiah was born on Christmas day in 1980, in Accra, Ghana. Stephen Appiah started his career with Hearts of Oak, playing for them from 1995 to 1997.

After leaving Hearts of Oak, he signed with Udinese where he played 36 games and scored zero goals. 

He then moved to AC Milan but did not make a single appearance for the club before being loaned out to Arsenal in England where he made five appearances (scoring one goal).
