Adam Webster started his career at local side Chichester City before moving to Brighton & Hove Albion in the summer of 2018. He has played for England at under-16, 17 and 19 levels, but opted to represent Bermuda at senior level after being called up by coach David Florizone.

Webster made his debut for Bermuda on 6 February 2019 in a friendly match against Guyana which ended in a 1-1 draw.
