Cody Gakpo is a Dutch-born winger who currently plays for Liverpool. He began his youth career with NEC Nijmegen before moving to Feyenoord in 2016. He made his senior debut for Feyenoord in 2017 and went on to make 10 appearances for the club that season.

In 2018, he joined Liverpool and has made six appearances so far this season, scoring one goal. Cody Gakpo is a midfielder who has spent his entire senior career with Dutch club PSV. 

He has made 106 appearances for the club and scored 36 goals. Cody Gakpo was born in the United States but moved to Indonesia as a child and then to Netherlands at the age of 10.

Cody Gakpo played for Jong PSV before joining PSV in 2016, where he has become an important part of their squad. Cody Gakpo has represented Holland at youth levels, including playing 3 times for the U18 team and 5 times for the U19 team before making his debut for the senior side in 2017. 

In 2019, he helped Netherlands qualify for Euro 2020, scoring 5 goals during qualifying play which saw them top their group ahead of Hungary and Sweden on goal difference.

After helping Netherlands win silverware at both the domestic level (Eredivisie) and the international level (U21 European Championship), Cody is now looking forward to representing his country at Euro 2020 itself later this year.

Jurrien Timber is a 21-year-old Dutch centre back who currently plays for Ajax. He started his career at DVSU before moving to Feyenoord in 2014 and then to Ajax the following year.

In 2018, he made 39 appearances for Jong Ajax - helping them reach the Eredivisie play-offs that season. Jurriën has also been capped at youth level by Netherlands, making five appearances between 2014 and 2018.

Timber is a midfielder who joined Ajax in 2019 and has made 66 appearances for the club so far. Timber started his career with Netherlands youth teams before making his international debut in 2015. 

He has since played at under-16, under-17, and under-19 levels before making his senior team debut this year.

Timber is known for being an attacking midfielder who can create chances for himself and others on the pitch.

Dušan Tadić is a Serbian professional footballer who currently plays as a forward for Dutch club Ajax. He made his senior debut with local side Ajax in 2007 and has since established himself as one of the Netherlands' most prolific frontmen.

Tadić was part of Serbia's victorious squad at the 2018 FIFA World Cup, where he scored two goals in their campaign to reach the final. Dušan Tadić was born on 20 November 1988 in Bačka Topola, SR Serbia, SFR Yugoslavia to parents Slobodan and Dragana.

After making his senior debut with Ajax in 2007, Tadić went on to win three Eredivisie titles (2008–2010), one KNVB Cup (2009), an Europa League title (2015) and two Dutch Super Cups (2013 & 2017).

In December 2017, it was announced that he would join French side Paris Saint-Germain during the summer transfer window. However, PSG were unable to get him released by Ajax so they eventually sold him back to Amsterdam six months later.

Ibrahim Sangaré is a 25-year-old Ivorian defensive midfielder who currently plays for PSV. He started his career with hometown club Koumassi before moving to France to join Saint-Étienne in 2013.

After two seasons with the Ligue 1 side, he joined Dutch side PSV in 2016 and has since made over 100 appearances for them. 

He represented Ivory Coast at U17, U20, and senior levels and was part of the team that reached the semi-finals of the 2017 Africa Cup of Nations.

In February 2018, he scored his first goal for PSV in a 2–0 win against FC Groningen; this was later nominated as Goal of the Month by Voetbal International magazine. 6 .

Ibrahim Sangaré is a versatile and experienced defender who has represented his country at both youth and senior level. Ibrahim Sangaré started his career with French side Toulouse before moving to Dutch club PSV in 2016. 

Ibrahim Sangaré was an important part of the Ivory Coast team that won the 2015 African Cup of Nations title, as well as the 2017 Africa Cup of Nations campaign.

He will return to France this season when he joins Ligue 1 side Toulouse B on a two-year deal. Ibrahim Sangaré is known for his strong defending skills, which have seen him labelled one of the best defenders in Europe.

Davy Klaassen is a Dutch footballer who plays for Ajax. He has also played for HSV Wasmeer and HVV de Zebra's in his youth career. Davy Klaassen was born on 21 February 1993 in Hilversum, Netherlands and started playing football at the age of five with local club HVV de Zebra's.

After impressing during his time at youth level, Klaassen joined Dutch giants Ajax in July 2009 and made his debut three years later against Groningen in the Eredivisie. 

Since joining Ajax, Davy Klaassen has become one of the most popular players within the squad and has won two successive Eredivisie titles as well as being crowned Johan Cruijff Klasseman (a title given to the best player within Holland) twice consecutively between 2014-2015 and 2016-2017 season respectively.

In addition to winning trophies with Ajax, Davy Klaassen has also represented Netherlands national team at under-19s, under-21s, senior level and was part of their successful 2017 FIFA World Cup campaign where they reached quarter-finals before losing to France1. 

Having spent six seasons with Amsterdam side since 2009, it was announced by manager Peter Bosz that he would be leaving after talks over a new contract failed to materialize following their run to the Champions League semifinals this past season which ended up losing 4–1 on aggregate against Liverpool FC.

Jesper Karlsson was born on 25 July 1998 in Falkenberg, Sweden. He started his youth career with IF Böljan before joining AZ in 2014. Jesper Karlsson has represented Sweden at various youth levels and has also played for the under-21 team.

In total, Jesper Karlsson has made 63 appearances for AZ, scoring 16 goals across all competitions Jesper Karlsson is a versatile defender who has played for both Falkenbergs FF and IF Elfsborg in Sweden. He has also represented Sweden at U19 level and the U21 team.

Orkun Kökçü is a 22-year old Dutch midfielder who currently plays for Feyenoord. He began his youth career at Olympia Haarlem before moving to EDO in 2009.

In 2015, he made his debut for the Netherlands U21s and has since gone on to make several appearances for their senior side. 

Possessing excellent agility and dribbling skills, Orkun is known as one of Feyenoord's key attackers - able to both create chances himself and set up teammates with accurate passes.

Born in Haarlem, Netherlands, Orkun is of Turkish descent - meaning that he represents his country at international level through players from all over the world playing football professionally – something which he is very proud of.

Steven Berghuis is a Dutch footballer who plays for Ajax. He made his professional debut with Vitesse in 2007 and spent three seasons there before joining Go Ahead Eagles in 2009.

After a year at AEK Athens, he joined Ajax in the summer of 2013 and has since played more than 250 matches for the club, scoring 30 goals. In 2016, Berghuis helped Netherlands win their first ever European Championship title.

He was named Dutch Footballer of the Year for both 2015 and 2016[5][6] and also won two Eredivisie titles (with Ajax) as well as two KNVB Cups (both with AEK).

On 28 November 2017,[7] Berghuis scored his 100th goal for Ajax during a 5–0 victory over Excelsior Rotterdam. With 78 caps to his name, he is currently the fourth-highest-capped player in Netherlands' history behind Arjen Robben, Wesley Sneijder, and Robin van Persie.

Joey Veerman is a Dutch midfielder who currently plays for PSV Eindhoven. He made his debut for PSV in the 2017-18 season and has since become an important part of their team.

Joey is known for his hard work on the pitch and good passing skills, which have helped him to develop into one of the top midfielders in Europe. He is also a capable goalscorer, having scored over 20 times in total during his career so far.

Joey is considered to be a very promising young player and could go on to achieve great things if he continues to progress at this rate. Veerman is a versatile defender who can play at either left-back or centre-half. He started his career with RKAV Volendam, before joining Dutch giants Feyenoord in 2005.

In 2009, he moved to Volendam’s rivals JVC Kerkrade, where he made 89 appearances and scored seven goals over three seasons. In 2016, Veerman joined Heerenveen – one of the Netherlands’ most successful clubs – and has since played 71 times for them in all competitions scoring 12 goals. 

Veerman has represented his country on several occasions at youth level but hasn't yet tasted international success senior-wise; however, he is currently part of the Netherlands U19 squad that are preparing for their first ever European Championship appearance later this year.

Bergwijn is a Netherlands international winger who currently plays for Ajax. Bergwijn started his career at Ajax before moving to PSV in 2014. After two seasons with PSV, he joined Jong PSV in 2016 where he has since played 112 games and scored 29 goals.

Bergwijn was called up to the Dutch national team for the first time in 2017 and made his senior debut that year against Luxembourg. 

He is known as an attacking winger who can play on either flank or as a No 10 behind the striker Bergwijn is a versatile and attacking midfielder who has impressed for club and country over the past few years.

He started his career at PSV before moving to Tottenham Hotspur in England in 2017. Bergwijn has since established himself as one of the best young midfielders in Europe, helping Ajax reach the UEFA Champions League semi-finals this season. 

The Netherlands international was part of the Dutch side that won Euro 2016, scoring an important goal against Spain en route to glory.

Bergwijn is also a regular for Holland at U21 level, where he has helped his team win silverware on multiple occasions including runners-up medals at both the European Under-17 Championship and UEFA European Under-20 Championship. 

With plenty of experience under his belt, Bergwijn will be looking to help Spurs achieve their first major trophy since 2013 when they take on Ajax in tomorrow's Europa League final.

Noni Madueke is a young English winger who currently plays for PSV Eindhoven in the Dutch Eredivisie. Noni started his career at Crystal Palace, before moving on to PSV in 2017.

He has represented England at youth level, and was part of the squad that won the U20 World Cup in 2017. 

In 2018, he made his debut for PSV as a substitute against Feyenoord Rotterdam in the UEFA Europa League Tournament; scoring one goal from 33 appearances all competitions combined during 2018–19 season (21 starts).

He was named Player of The Month for October 2019 by Dutch media after playing an influential role both domestically and internationally throughout that month with 5 goals scored including 2 goals against.

Wijndal is a talented left-back who has played for Ajax since 2018. Wijndal started his career with ZVV Zaandijk before joining HFC Haarlem in 2010. He made his senior debut for AZ in the Eredivisie in 2018 and was an important part of their title-winning side that year.

Wijndal represented Suriname at youth level but chose to play for the Netherlands instead, making his international debut in 2017. 

The 23-year-old is considered one of the brightest prospects at Ajax and looks likely to stay with the club for many years to come. Owen Wijndal is a Dutch footballer who currently plays for Ajax in the Dutch Eredivisie.

He made his professional debut with Jong AZ in 2016 and has since gone on to make 59 appearances for them, scoring 2 goals. In 2017, he joined Ajax and has since played 105 times, scoring 3 goals.

Kenneth Taylor is a Dutch footballer who currently plays for Ajax. He made his debut for Ajax in the Eredivisie in 2016 and has since become a key player for the club.

Kenneth Taylor has represented the Netherlands at youth level and was part of their team that won the U17 European Championship in 2015. 

In October 2018, he captained Ajax to victory in the KNVB Cup final, becoming just the fourth player ever to win three domestic cup titles with two different clubs (Ajax, AZ Alkmaar, PSV).

Edson Álvarez is a Mexican professional footballer who currently plays for Ajax. He started his career with América before moving to Ajax in 2019. Mexico, making his debut in 2016.

In addition to playing football, he also competes in track and field events such as the 110m hurdles and 200m sprints. Edson Álvarez was born on October 24th 1997 in Tlalnepantla, México.

Edson Alvarez started his career at Atlas de Guadalajara before joining Dutch side Ajax in January 2019. 

He made his international debut for Mexico in 2017 and has since represented the country at several tournaments including the CONCACAF Gold Cup, CONCACAF Nations League and Copa America Centenario. 

In November 2018 he scored his first goal for Mexico in a 3-1 victory over Honduras, which helped them qualify for the FIFA World Cup Russia finals later that year.

Daley Blind is a Dutch international defender who currently plays for Bayern Munich. Blind made his professional debut with Ajax in 2008, and went on to make 102 appearances for the club over three seasons before joining Groningen on loan in 2010.

In 2014, Blind transferred to Manchester United where he has since played 146 games and scored five goals. A versatile defender capable of playing at either centre-back or left-back, Blind was part of the Netherlands team that finished runners-up at UEFA Euro 2016.

With over 90 appearances for Manchester United, Daley Blind ranks as one of their longest-serving players and remains an integral part of their squad going into the 2020 season.

On 2 July 2018, it was announced that blind had signed a new contract with Manchester United until 2022 which will keep him at Old Trafford until at least 30 June 2023.

Florian Grillitsch is a 27-year-old Austrian footballer who currently plays for Ajax. He started his career with SVSF Pottschach in 2001 and then played for St.

Pölten until 2013. At club level, Grillitsch has been an important part of the Ajax team that have won three Eredivisie titles since 2016, as well as the Dutch Cup in 2018.

Luis Sinisterra is a Colombian winger who currently plays for Leeds United. He made his debut for the club in the EFL Cup against Burton Albion and has since appeared in several other competitions, most recently playing in their victory over Nottingham Forest in the Championship.

Luis Sinisterra has also represented Colombia at youth level and was part of their squad that competed at the U-20 World Cup last year. 

His imposing height sees him as an important player for both club and country, with many expecting great things from him in the future Luis Sinisterra is a Colombian professional footballer who currently plays for Dutch club Feyenoord.

Guus Til is a young, attacking midfielder who currently plays for PSV. He started his career at Geinburgia, before moving on to SV Diemen in the Netherlands.

In 2017, he joined Spartak Moscow and has since made an impact, scoring nine goals in all competitions. Til is known for his fast-paced play and hard work off the ball; this has seen him become a mainstay in Russia’s national team set-up over recent years.

Guus Til will be looking to continue his good form with PSV when they take on Feyenoord Rotterdam in their next league game Til joined AZ in the summer of 2016 from Jong AZ. He made his senior debut for the club later that year and has gone on to make 76 appearances since then.

Til is a versatile defender who can play at centre-back or as a defensive midfielder, making him very valuable to AZ. Til has been capped by the Netherlands at U20 level and also featured for them at U21 level, winning silverware both times he’s played with either side.

Mark van Bommel is a Dutch professional footballer who plays as a defensive midfielder for Belgian side Royal Antwerp. Van Bommel started his career at RKVV Maasbracht before joining PSV in 1999.

He spent six seasons with the Eindhoven club, helping them to two league titles and three UEFA Champions League appearances. In 2005, Van Bommel moved to Barcelona where he made 24 appearances before leaving in 2006 to join Bayern Munich.

Adam Maher is a Moroccan international footballer who currently plays for Damac FC. Maher started his career at SV Diemen before moving to AVV Zeeburgia in 2004.

He spent four seasons with AZ, making over 100 appearances and scoring 20 goals. In 2010, Maher signed for Dutch side PSV Eindhoven where he has made over 150 appearances and scored 34 goals since joining the club.

Dirk Jan Klaas Huntelaar is a Dutch professional footballer who plays as a striker for Spanish club Valencia and the Netherlands national team. He began his career at VV H.

en K., before moving to PSV Eindhoven in 2002. After two seasons with PSV, he moved to Ajax where he won three successive league titles between 2006 and 2009.

Olivier Boscagli is a defender who currently plays for PSV. Olivier Boscagli started his career at FC Beausoleil, before moving to Nice in 2011. Olivier Boscagli made his international debut for Monaco in 2016 against Spain and has since represented them at youth level.

Afonso Alves is a Brazilian striker who has played for Atlético Mineiro and Corinthians. He was part of the Brazil squad that won the 2002 World Cup. Afonso Alves started his career at Atlético Mineiro, joining them in 2001.

During his time there he scored 41 goals in 101 appearances. After leaving Atlético Mineiro, Afonso Alves signed for Corinthians in 2006 where he spent two seasons before moving to Valencia on a free transfer in 2009.

Karim el-Ahmadi was born on January 27th, 1985 in Enschede, Netherlands. He started his career at UDI Enschede before moving to Twente in 2007. El Ahmadi made over 100 appearances for Twente and won two Dutch cups with the club.

Idrissi is a winger who currently plays for Feyenoord on loan from Sevilla. Idrissi has played in the Netherlands for clubs like FC Bergen, Halsteren and NAC Breda before joining Sevilla in 2018.

Idrissi is known for his quick feet and speed as a winger, which makes him a threat to score goals both inside and outside of the box. With 28 appearances and six goals under his belt since joining Sevilla last year, Idrissi will be hoping to help his side win silverware this season.

Oussama Idrissi is a Moroccan footballer who plays as a striker for Feyenoord. He began his career with local side Raja Casablanca before signing with Dutch side Feyenoord in 2011. 

In the Netherlands, Idrissi has represented both the U16 and U21 teams, scoring 21 goals in 53 appearances over that span.

In 2018, he joined Spanish club Atlético Madrid on loan until 2020; however, after only 8 appearances for them he was loaned back to Feyenoord later that year. On 24 December 2019, it was announced that Idrissi had signed with Sevilla ahead of the 2020–21 season.[1] 

Oussama is married to fellow Moroccan international defender Aïcha Soudani and they have two children together - a son named Tariq and a daughter called Zahraa (born September 2016).

His favourite food is kebabs followed by couscous while his favourite drink is tea.

Mauro Júnior is a Brazilian midfielder who currently plays for PSV. He made his professional debut in the Eredivisie with Desportivo Brasil in 2013 and has since played for several other clubs, including PSV and Shakhtar Donetsk.

The 23-year-old was part of Brazil's under-20 squad that won the 2017 Toulon Tournament and reached the final of the Under-21 Copa America, where they were beaten by Chile. 

Mauro Júnior is known as a hard worker on the pitch and also possesses excellent defensive skills Mauro Júnior is a versatile midfielder who can play in any of the three midfield positions.

He started his career at Desportivo Brasil, before joining Dutch side Jong PSV in 2017. In 2018, he joined PSV on loan and made an instant impact with 24 appearances and six goals. 

Júnior was called up to the Brazil U23 team for their 2020 Olympic campaign, but did not feature in any games due to injury. Mauro Júnior has been linked with a move away from Europe this summer, with Heracles Almelo reportedly interested in signing him on loan.

Theo Janssen is a Dutch midfielder who currently plays for Vitesse. Theo Janssen began his youth career with Vitesse before moving on to play for several other Dutch clubs including Feyenoord and PSV Eindhoven.

In 2012, Theo Janssen joined Vitesse in the Netherlands Premier League where he has since played 143 matches scoring 19 goals. 

Ahead of the UEFA Europa League group stage match between Ajax and Vitesse, it was announced that Theo Janssen had been diagnosed with testicular cancer but would continue to play as scheduled pending further tests results later this week which are expected to be positive.

Despite treatment, Theo Janssen announced on 13 August 2018 that he had passed away from the disease at age 41 after a long battle against cancer Theo Janssen is a Dutch international footballer who plays for Vitesse Arnhem. 

He has played in the Netherlands national team since 2006 and has won five caps. Theo Janssen started his career with hometown club Vitesse, before moving to Genk on loan in 2003.

After two seasons at Twente, he signed for Ajax in 2008 where he made 31 appearances over three years before joining Vitesse again. 

In January 2014, it was announced that Janssen had joined Premier League side Everton on a four-and-a-half year contract for an undisclosed fee reported to be £18 million ($27 million). With 38 goals from 174 appearances across all competitions.

Theo Janssen is currently ranked 4th highest scorer of all time at Ajax and 8th highest scorer of all time by number of league goals scored with 136 goals from 429 matches played (including cup games).

Theo Janssen represented the Netherlands at Euro 2016 where they reached the semi-finals but were beaten by Portugal.

John Heitinga is a Dutch centre back who has played for Ajax and Everton. In 2008, Heitinga joined Atlético Madrid and helped the club win La Liga that year.

He left Atlético Madrid in 2009 to join Everton where he made 115 appearances over two seasons before joining Fulham in 2014. John Heitinga was born on November 15th, 1983 in Alphen aan den Rijn, Netherlands and currently plays for Jong Ajax (manager).

Having started his career with ARC before moving to neighbouring Ajax, John has enjoyed successful spells with both clubs domestically and internationally during his time as a professional footballer - most notably representing the Netherlands at Euro 2004 & World Cup 2010 .

John Heitinga was born on December 10, 1985 in Rotterdam, Netherlands. John started his footballing career playing for Sparta Rotterdam before joining Hertha BSC in 2004.

Where he made over 300 appearances and won 2 Bundesliga titles as well as the German Cup and UEFA Champions League during his time at the club.

In 2013, John transferred to Ajax where he helped them win back-to-back Eredivisie titles and reached the final of both the Dutch Cup and Europa League. After leaving Ajax in 2017, Heitinga took up a role with Jong Ajax as their manager until 2021. 

During that time they achieved promotion to A1 (U19) level from U18s which is an impressive achievement considering how young most of their players are.

Outside of football, John has been involved in radio commentary since 2016 alongside former professional footballer Edwin van der Sar who is also his mentor figure within sports broadcasting circles. 

John married fellow footballer Daphne Kloeckner in July 2018 after being together for 4 years prior to that date. They welcomed their first child into the world just weeks later on August 14th - a boy named Enzo was baptised shortly afterwards.

John announced his retirement from professional football following Jong Ajax's relegation from A1 (U19) level at the end of 2020 season.
