Alphonso Davies was born on November 2, 2000 in Buduburam, Ghana. He has played for Edmonton Internationals and Bayern Munich since the age of 16. Alphonso Davies is a left-back and winger for Bayern Munich.

In 2019, he helped Bayern Munich win the German Cup and reach the Champions League Final. Alphonso Davies has been called up to represent Ghana at various youth levels including U20 World Cup qualifiers in October 2018.

Tristan Blackmon was born in Las Vegas, Nevada on August 12th 1996. Tristan played football for Bishop Gorman High School and joined the University of Akron before signing with Vancouver Whitecaps FC in 2016.

He has made six appearances for the Caps so far this season and is a regular starter at right-back. Trian has represented United States youth teams at various levels including Under-17s, U20s and U23s which culminated with him making his full international debut against Trinidad & Tobago in May 2017.

Outside of football, Tristan is studying business administration at the University of British Columbia Tristan Blackmon is a talented young American soccer player who has been playing professionally for several years now. 

Tristan was born in California and began his career with Orange County SC before moving to the Seattle Sounders FC 2 team in 2016.

In 2017, he signed with the Burlingame Dragons of the Premier Development League (PDL) where he starred throughout the season as they reached the playoffs. Blackmon then moved up to MLS side Los Angeles FC on a free transfer in 2018, making an immediate impact by scoring two goals during his debut season. 

He made another move this offseason, joining Phoenix Rising on loan for the 2019 USL season before returning to LAFC at the end of it all.

Despite being just 28-years-old, Tristan has already amassed over 70 appearances and 16 goals across various leagues around North America since starting out professional footballing careers back in 2014.

Kekuta Manneh is a Gambian-born, American professional soccer player who currently plays for Vancouver Whitecaps FC in Major League Soccer. He started his career with Texas Rush before moving to Lonestar SC in 2011.

After impressing at the club, he was signed by MLS side Vancouver Whitecaps FC in August of that year. In 2017, Manneh helped lead the club to its first Canadian Championship title and was named MVP of the competition after scoring five goals over three games.

He has also represented The Gambia at international level on several occasions and made his senior debut in March 2016 against Sierra Leone. 

With both club and national team ambitions high, Manneh looks poised for continued success as he continues to play professionally around North America Kekuta Manneh is a talented young striker who has been in the MLS for 3 seasons now.

He has scored 22 goals and 101 assists in 222 appearances with Vancouver Whitecaps FC, Columbus Crew, and St. Gallen. Kekuta Manneh was born on January 31st, 1996 in Accra Ghana.

 At the age of 10 he moved to Canada with his family where he started playing soccer at an early age and eventually attended college at Akron University before signing with Vancouver Whitecaps FC in 2017.

One of Manneh's most impressive skills is his ability to dribble past defenders which makes him difficult to defend against even when one-on-one; this often leads to scoring opportunities for team mates or himself. 

In December 2018, it was announced that Kekuta Manneh would be joining Pachuca during their season in Liga MX - Mexico's top tier league - after spending two years out injured recovering from a serious injury sustained while playing for Columbus Crew SC earlier that year (see #5).

On November 22nd 2021 it was announced that Kekuta had signed a contract extension with St Gallen until 2024 following successful performances since returning from injury (see #6).

Nicolás Mezquida is a Uruguayan midfielder who currently plays for Volos. He started his career at Peñarol before moving to Greek side Olympiacos in 2013.

With 101 league appearances and 12 goals over six seasons across two clubs, Nicolás Mezquida has proven himself as one of South America's most prolific midfielders. 

In 2019, Nicolás Mezquida joined Colorado Rapids on a free transfer after leaving Volos at the end of the 2018–19 season; he made his MLS debut against Darmstadt 98 later that month.

In January 2020, Nicolás Mezquid was traded to Colorado Rapids 2 where he will continue to play until 2022 when he is expected to retire from professional football aged 35 years old having played 80 matches for three different teams throughout his illustrious career.

Kei Kamara is a Sierra Leonean international forward who currently plays for Canadian club CF Montréal. 

He was born in Kenema and played youth football with Kallon, before going on to play college soccer at California State Dominguez Hills Toros, where he made over 100 appearances and scored 43 goals.

After failing to land a professional contract following his graduation from college, Kei joined MLS side New England Revolution in 2006 but only stayed with the team for one season before moving onto English side Portsmouth FC later that year. 

In 2008, he signed for Houston Dynamo where he made over 70 appearances and scored 31 goals during three seasons there before joining Montreal Impact in 2015.

Kei has represented Sierra Leone at various levels including the senior national team, making his debut in 2004 and captaining them at the 2014.

World Cup qualifiers which led to their first-ever appearance at a major tournament when they reached the quarter-finals of the Africa Cup of Nations later that year. 

As well as playing professionally, Kei also works as an education ambassador for UNICEF focusing on helping children affected by war or disaster around the world.

Jordan Harvey is a left-back who played for UCLA Bruins during his college career. He has represented the United States at youth level before making his senior international debut in 2006.

Jordan Harvey started out as a striker, and was part of Striker's FC until he joined UCLA in 2002. After establishing himself as a regular first team player with the Bruins, Harvey moved to England to play for Portsmouth on loan in 2005 before returning home later that year to play for LA Galaxy.

He made over 100 appearances in MLS during his time there, and also had spells with Houston Dynamo (2007), Toronto FC (2008) and Seattle Sounders (2013). 

In January 2014, Harvey signed with English Championship side Derby County on an 18-month contract but left after just six months due to family reasons.

Cristian Dájome is a Colombian forward who currently plays for Vancouver Whitecaps FC. Dájome started his career with Atlético Nacional before moving to Europe to play for Dutch side PSV Eindhoven.

Julian Gressel is a German-born full-back who currently plays for Vancouver Whitecaps FC. Gressel first came to prominence at youth level with SpVgg Greuther Fürth, before moving to Quelle Fürth in 2009.

Thomas Hasal was born in Cambridge, Ontario, Canada on July 9, 1999. He joined the Vancouver Whitecaps FC youth team in 2012 and has since played in the club's U-17, U-19, and U-23 teams.

Sebastian Berhalter was born on May 10, 2001 in London, England. He is a midfielder for Vancouver Whitecaps FC and has played for Hammarby IF since 2012.

Men’s National Team. Nerwinski began his career in 2005 with the New Jersey Soccer Association (NJSA) 04 club. He played college soccer at the University of Connecticut. Nerwinski joined the Vancouver Whitecaps FC in 2017 and made 141 appearances for the club over four seasons.

He joined St. Louis City in 2022 but has not played for the club since.
