Dušan Vlahović is a young Serbian striker who was signed by Juventus in the summer of 2021. He has made his senior debut for them and scored on his first appearance.

Aleksandar Mitrović is a Serbian footballer who plays for Fulham in the English Premier League. He started his career at Partizan, before moving to Teleoptik in 2011.

In 2013 he joined Partizan again and went on to score 25 goals over two seasons. At the age of just 28, Mitrović represented Serbia at the 2018 FIFA World Cup.

Sergej Milinković-Savić is a midfielder for Lazio and was part of the Serbia national football team that competed at the 2018 World Cup. Sergej Milinković-Savić spent his youth career playing for Grazer AK in Austria before moving to the Serbian side Vojvodina in 2013.

Sergej Milinkovič-Savic made his debut for Serbia in a 1-0 victory over Kosovo on 10 June 2018, coming on as a substitute in the 85th minute.

Luka Milivojević was born on April 7th, 1991 in Kragujevac, Serbia. He is a midfielder for Crystal Palace and has played for them since January 2016. 

At international level, he has represented Serbia at various age groups from under-17 to under-21 levels before making his senior debut in November 2014.

Dušan Tadić is a Serbian professional footballer who currently plays as a forward for Dutch club Ajax. He made his senior debut with local side Ajax in 2007 and has since established himself as one of the Netherlands' most prolific frontmen.

Tadić was part of Serbia's victorious squad at the 2018 FIFA World Cup, where he scored two goals in their campaign to reach the final. Dušan Tadić was born on 20 November 1988 in Bačka Topola, SR Serbia, SFR Yugoslavia to parents Slobodan and Dragana.

Filip Kostić was born on 1 November 1992 in Kragujevac, Serbia. He plays as a winger for Juventus and has made over 100 appearances for the club since joining from Radnički Niš in 2014.

Luka Jović is a Serbian professional footballer who plays as a striker for Serie A club Fiorentina. He made his senior debut with Red Star Belgrade in the 2013–14 season, and went on to make over 80 appearances for the club before moving to Fiorentina in 2018.

Jović has represented Serbia at youth level, including appearing at the 2014 FIFA World Cup where he scored against Brazil in their opening match of the tournament.

Nemanja Vidić is a Serbian professional footballer who plays as a centre-back for Premier League club Manchester United and the Serbia national team. 

A product of hometown Jedinstvo Užice, Vidić made his senior debut with Red Star Belgrade in 2000 before moving to Premier League side Manchester United in 2003.

He has also played for Inter Milan and Barcelona, winning two Serie A titles with the latter. Holder of 38 international caps, Vidić represented Serbia at the 2006 World Cup and Euro 2008 finals, helping them to their first major tournament victory since 1990 at Euro 2012.

Retiring from international play after the 2014 World Cup qualifiers due to injury,[4][5] he announced his return for 2019 shortly before that year's edition commenced but withdrew again soon afterward citing family reasons.

Matija Nastasić is a Serbian football player who currently plays for Mallorca in the Spanish La Liga. Nastasić began his career with ZSK Valjevo, before moving to Partizan in 2008.

Nikola Maraš was born in Belgrade, FR Yugoslavia on 19 December 1995. He started his youth career with Partizan before joining Rad in 2010. Nikola Maraš made his senior debut for Rad in a 2-1 loss to KRC Genk in the 2014–15 Belgian Jupiler Pro League season.

Miloš Veljković is a Swiss-born centre back who currently plays for Werder Bremen. He made his senior debut with Tottenham Hotspur in 2013 and went on to make over 200 appearances for the club, before joining Middlesbrough on loan in 2015.

Mihajlović was born in Vukovar, SR Croatia, SFR Yugoslavia in 1969 and played for Borovo, Vojvodina and Red Star Belgrade before joining Roma in 1994. 

He spent 12 seasons with the Italian side, making 126 appearances and winning two Serie A titles.

Mihajlović retired from professional football in 2004, having played for Lazio for 20 years. He later became a manager, taking charge of Fiorentina in 2010.

However, he was sacked after only six months in charge. Mihajlović died in Rome, Italy, aged 53, in December 2022, after a long battle with illness.

He is survived by his wife, two daughters and son. Mihajlović was an attacking full-back who was known for his pace, crossing and shooting.

Stefan Mitrović is a Serbian professional footballer who plays as a centre-back for Spanish club Getafe. Mitrović started his career at Red Star Belgrade, before moving to Rad Belgrade in 2008.
