Atlas Fútbol Club is a Mexican football club based in the city of Guadalajara, Jalisco and part of the Liga MX. Founded in 1916, Atlas is one of the oldest Mexican football clubs and is widely renowned for its illustrious history, having won three league titles and four domestic cups.

During the mid-20th century, Atlas enjoyed its golden era, but since then, the team has seen its highs and lows. Nevertheless, Atlas F.C. remains an important club in Mexican football and its passionate fan base is dedicated to supporting the team through thick and thin.

Pável Pardo is a Mexican professional footballer who plays as a defensive midfielder for América. After playing for Atlas and Tecos in Mexico, he moved to Germany to play for VfB Stuttgart.

He then spent three years with American side América before joining German club Schalke 04 on a free transfer in 2011. 

Pardo has represented his country at every level from under-17 onwards, including the 2001 FIFA World Youth Championship and the 2006 World Cup where Mexico reached the quarter-finals.

In 2009, he signed with Bundesliga side Werder Bremen but only made one appearance before returning to America later that year without playing any games for them either. 

He rejoined Schalke 04 in February of 2012 after spending two seasons out on loan at Greek giants Olympiakos FC where he helped lead them to their first-ever championship title in their history Currently plays his football mainly for Club Atlas de Guadalajara wearing #10 shirt.

Emanuel Aguilera is a professional football player who plays as a centre-back for Argentine side Racing Club de Avellaneda. Aguilera started his career with local side Independiente Mendoza before joining River Plate in 2007.

He spent three seasons at the club, making over 100 appearances and scoring six goals. In 2011, Aguilera moved to Spanish outfit Real Madrid Castilla where he played 43 matches over two seasons.

Helping the team win promotion to La Liga in his first season and reach the Copa del Rey Final in his second campaign.

After leaving Real Madrid Castilla, Aguilera joined Italian side SSC Napoli where he made 38 appearances and scored one goal over two years before moving back to Argentina again to join Racing Club de Avellaneda ahead of the 2017–18 season. 

Emanuel Aguilera has also represented Argentina at the international level playing 58 times between 2009 and 2018 including 33 caps whilst representing his country at various tournaments such as World Cup 2010 (where they were knocked out by Spain).

Copa America Centenario 2016 (where they reached the semi-finals) and Confederations Cup 2017 (where they lost 2–1 against Portugal).

Víctor Emanuel Aguilera was born on 11 June 1989 in Mendoza, Argentina.[1] He began playing football with local side Independiente Mendoza before transferring to River Plate in 2007[2]. 

The following year he signed for Spanish outfit Real Madrid Castilla but left after just two seasons due to injury[3]. 

After returning home, Emanuel joined Italian side SSC Napoli,[4] spending two years there until rejoining Racing Club de Avellaneda prior their inaugural season in Primera Division.

Julián Quiñones is a Colombian forward who currently plays for Atlas. He made his professional debut in the 2017 season and has since scored five goals in seventeen appearances.

Julión was born on March 24th, 1997, and has been playing football since he was young. Julián is known for his speed and dribbling abilities, which have seen him score many goals during his time at Atlas so far.

He will be looking to continue this form into the 2018 season as he looks to make an impact at international level soon. Julián Quiñones is a midfielder who has played for UANL in Liga MX and Atlas in the Mexican National League.

He made his senior debut with UANL in 2016, before moving to Venados on loan the next year. In 2017, he joined BUAP on a season-long loan, helping them reach the Copa MX final that year. 

He was called up to Colombia's under-20 team for their 2017 FIFA World Cup qualifiers later that year and scored against Venezuela in their first game of the campaign.

Alfonso González is a Mexican midfielder who currently plays for Monterrey. He made his senior debut in 2012 with Atlas and has since played 88 games for the team, scoring 14 goals.

Alfonso was born in Reynosa, Tamaulipas, Mexico on 5 September 1994.[1] At the age of just 16 he signed for Atlas and went on to make over 100 appearances for the club before making his senior international debut in 2016 at the age of just 28 years old.

Alfonso represented Mexico at youth level before making his full international debut aged just 22 years old in 2015 against Panama.[3] Arturo González is a Mexican footballer who has represented his country at various youth levels and now plays for Monterrey in Liga MX.

He made his senior international debut in 2014, scoring four goals in thirteen appearances for Mexico's U23 side before being called up to the full national team later that year. 

Arturo González is known for his speed and dribbling ability on the pitch, which has seen him score many goals from close range throughout his career.

His performances with Monterrey have earned him praise from pundits both within Mexico and abroad, with some predicting great things for him if he continues to develop as a player.

Aldo Rocha is a Mexican footballer who currently plays for Atlas as a defensive midfielder. He came up through the academies of Pachuca and León and made his professional debut in 2011 with Atletas.

In 2016, he signed for MLS side Columbus Crew SC but only played one game before being loaned out to Liga MX side Club Tijuana. 

After returning from his loan spell at Tijuana, Rocha rejoined Columbus and finished the season with 20 appearances and 2 goals under his belt.

This year, Aldo has been an important part of Atlas' title-winning campaign which saw them clinch their first league championship since 2001. 

He has represented Mexico at U17, U20, and senior levels winning silverware at both tournaments including captaining the team to victory at the 2017 CONCACAF Gold Cup where they reached the semi-finals before losing to eventual champions USA.

Jared Borgetti is a Mexican international striker who has played for Atlas, Santos Laguna and Sinaloa. He is most famous for his time at Bolton Wanderers where he scored 19 goals in two seasons.

Following his release from Bolton, Borgetti joined Pachuca but only stayed there for one season before moving to Mexico City side Toluca in 2006. 

At the age of 35, Borgetti announced his retirement from football after failing to regain his form with Toluca following an injury-hit season in 2009/10.

In total, Jared Borgetti made 295 appearances in La Liga, Premier League and Football League Championship combined as well as scoring 188 goals during a 17-year professional career Borgetti was born in the United States but played for Mexican club Al-Ittihad. 

Borgetti had a successful international career with Mexico, playing in 89 matches and scoring 46 goals.

Borgetti is most famous for his goal against Ecuador at the 2007 Copa America which helped Mexico to reach the semifinals where they lost to Brazil. After retiring from football, Borgettti has started working as an analyst with Fox Sports Deportes and ESPN Brasil respectively.

Corona is a Mexican international goalkeeper who currently plays for Cruz Azul. He started his career with Atlas in 2002 and went on to play for Tecos from 2004-2009.

Corona joined Cruz Azul in 2009 where he has played 436 games, keeping 157 clean sheets along the way. His Mexico national team debut came in 1997 when he was part of the U17 side that reached the semi-finals of the World Cup.

Corona is known as one of Liga MX's most consistent goalkeepers, having helped Cruz Azul win back-to-back league titles in 2013 and 2014 respectively Corona was born on April 9, 1989 in Monterrey, Nuevo León. 

Corona started his career playing for Club Tijuana's youth academy and made his professional debut with the club in 2006.

In 2008, he transferred to Santos Laguna where he would go on to make over 200 appearances and score 32 goals before joining Pumas UNAM in 2018. Corona has represented Mexico at both U23 and Olympic level, winning a silver medal at the 2012 London Olympics. 

He is currently contracted to play for Pumas UNAM until 2020 and will likely be looking to represent his country once again at the upcoming CONCACAF Gold Cup later this year.

Milton Caraglio is a professional footballer who plays as a striker for Venados in the Liga MX. Milton was born on 1 December 1988 in Rosario, Argentina and started his career with local side Rosario Central before moving to Europe to join Dutch side Feyenoord in 2006.

After one season at Feyenoord, Milton joined Italian side Palermo where he spent two seasons before returning to Spain and joining Racing Santander. 

In January 2011, Milton signed for Mexican club Cruz Azul where he made 25 appearances during the 2010-11 season before signing for Venados ahead of the 2012 Apertura campaign.

Oswaldo Sánchez is a Mexican goalkeeper who played for Atlas, América and Guadalajara. He was part of the Atlas team that won the 1993-94 Mexican First Division.

Sánchez played 276 games for Guadalajara and kept 111 clean sheets. Sánchez was part of the Mexico national team that won the CONCACAF Gold Cup in 1996. He signed for Santos Laguna in 2006 and stayed with the club until his retirement in 2014.

Oswaldo Sánchez was named goalkeeper of the year in Mexico in 2006 and 2012. He is currently the goalkeeping coach of Santos Laguna.

Mario Méndez was born on 1 June 1979 in Guadalajara, Jalisco, Mexico. He started his career with Atlas in 1998 and played for them until 2003. He then moved to Toluca and played for them until 2006.

He then moved to Monterrey and played for them until 2007. He then moved to Vélez Sársfield in Argentina and played for them until 2008. He then returned to Mexico and played for Puebla until 2009. He then moved to Tigres UANL and played for them until 2012.

He then retired from football and started a career as a coach. He is currently the coach of Atlante. Mario Méndez began his career at Toluca in the Mexican first division. Méndez went on to play for Atlas, Irapuato, and San Luis in the Mexican second division.

Méndez was called up to the Mexican national team in 2000 and has since made 37 appearances. Méndez was part of the Mexico team that won the 2003 CONCACAF Gold Cup. 

Méndez left Toluca in 2008 and signed with Club América. Méndez joined Toluca again in 2012. Méndez was a part of the Mexico team that qualified for the 2014 World Cup.

Espinoza was born in 1981 in Sinaloa, Mexico and started playing football at a young age. He began his professional career with Atlas in 1999 and remained with the club until 2004.

During his time at Atlas, Espinoza won three Mexican championships and made over 46 appearances. After leaving Atlas, Espinoza moved to Tapatío and has since been the club's captain.

Espinoza is married and has two children. He is currently the head coach of Tapatío. Gerardo Espinoza is a Mexican football manager and former player.

Gonzalo Vargas is a Uruguayan professional footballer who currently plays for Gimnasia de La Plata. He started his career with Defensor Sporting before moving to Gimnasia de La Plata in 2004.

Vargas has played in Argentina, Spain, and Uruguay, and has also represented his country at international level. He is known for his accurate finishing and aerial ability. Vargas is a past winner of the Uruguayan Golden Ball award.

He is the son of former footballer César Vargas. In February 2019, Vargas was banned from football for six months after testing positive for cocaine. He is married with two children. Vargas is a Uruguay national team regular and has made over 100 appearances.

Vargas was born in Montevideo, Uruguay and started playing football at a very young age. He made his senior debut for Uruguay in 2002 and has since gone on to make over 100 appearances for his country. 

Vargas is best known for his time at Monaco where he helped the club to two Ligue 1 titles and a Coupe de France.

In 2012, Vargas joined Argentine side Bella Vista and has since helped them to promotion to the top flight. Vargas is currently contracted to Argentinos Juniors and is expected to feature in their upcoming season.
