Alain Laurier was born on September 12th, 1944 in Créteil, France. He started his career with Champigny-Coeuilly in 1965 and starred for Reims from 1972 to 1974.

Laurier then moved to Paris FC and helped the team to win the Coupe de France in 1974. He retired from playing in 1976 but continued to work as a football coach until his death in 2009.

Alain Laurier is widely considered to be one of the best midfielders of his era and is considered one of the greatest players of the 1970s. He was inducted into the French Football Hall of Fame in 2002 and the Ligue 1 Hall of Fame in 2006.

Laurier was posthumously awarded the Légion d'honneur in 2010. Alain Laurier died on May 10th, 2009, at the age of 68. Born in 1960, Alain Laurier started his managerial career in 1976 at Le Mans. He later moved to Caen and spent three years there before joining AS Poissy in 1983.

Laurier then spent three years at Grenoble before joining FC Istres in 1986. He stayed with Istres for four years before leaving to take up a position with Qatar in 1996. 

Laurier then returned to France to take up the same position with Al Wasl FC in 1999. He left Al Wasl FC in 2000 to take up a position with Dijon.

He then spent two years with Dijon before returning to Qatar in 2002. Laurier then spent four years with Qatar before moving back to France to take up the same position with Qatari side, Al Wasl FC, in 2004. 

He left Al Wasl FC in 2006 to take up the same position with Olympique Lyonnais.

Final Words

Paris Football Club has produced some of the best players in the world and it is no surprise that they have won numerous trophies over the years. Some of the best Paris FC players of all time include Zinedine Zidane, Thierry Henry, and Cristiano Ronaldo.
