Newcastle Falcons is a professional rugby union team based in Newcastle upon Tyne in the North East of England. Founded in 1877, the team has gone through many transformations, finally taking the name Newcastle Falcons in 1990 when it joined the English Premiership Rugby league.

Throughout their history, Newcastle Falcons have consistently achieved success, winning the Premiership Rugby title in 1998 and 2019, as well as the Anglo-Welsh Cup in 2005, 2007 and 2009. With a passionate fan base, the club continues to draw in large crowds, competing in the top tier of English rugby union.

Sebastian de Chaves is a rugby union player who has played for Leicester Tigers and London Irish. He was born in Johannesburg in 1990 and attended De La Salle Holy Cross College before playing for the Sharks, Cheetahs and Mont de Marsan.

In 2012, he made his debut for Leicester Tigers against Northampton Saints and went on to play 67 times over the next three seasons including 19 appearances during the 2016-2017 season as they reached the Premiership final. 

He joined London Irish at the end of 2017 but left after just one season due to personal reasons; this led him to join the French side Mont de Marsan where he currently plays club rugby.

Sebastian de Chaves is a professional rugby player who plays for Newcastle Falcons. He has played in the Guinness PRO14, European Rugby Champions Cup, and Anglo-Welsh Cup. 

In March 2019 he was named to England's senior squad for the first time ahead of their Six Nations Championship campaign. 

De Chaves made his debut for London Irish in October 2017 and went on to make 47 appearances for them over four seasons before joining Wasps in February 2020.

At the international level de Chaves has represented Portugal at U19, U20, and Senior levels since making his debut against Spain U19s back in 2013 aged just 16 years old - scoring two tries along the way.

Dean Richards was born on July 11th, 1963 in Nuneaton, England. Dean played rugby union for John Cleveland College and then went on to play for Leicester Tigers and Bath Rugby.

He also represented England at international level. In 1995, Dean became the head coach of Gloucester Rugby and led them to victory in the Premiership title that year as well as two European titles (1999 & 2001).

He left Gloucester after a successful five-year stint in 2005 to take up a coaching position with Harlequins RFC where he has remained since then. Dean is widely regarded as one of the greatest coaches ever due to his success with both Gloucester Rugby and Harlequins RFC over the past 25 years or so.

As well as this, he has been awarded an MBE for services to sport in 2009 by Queen Elizabeth II which recognised his contribution towards improving physical health amongst young people through sport.

Vereniki Goneva was born in Fiji on 5 April 1984. He played for US Colomiers from 2009 to 2011, and has since moved to Mont-de-Marsan. Vereniki is a wing, centre or fullback, and has represented Fiji at international level.

In 2014 he married Raijeli Katalau and the couple have two children together. Vereniki Goneva is a Fiji international rugby union player. Vereniki played for Leicester Tigers from 2011-2012 and then moved to Newcastle Falcons in 2013.

In 2016, he joined Harlequins on a 6-month contract before moving back to Newcastle Falcons in May of the same year.

Adam Radwan was born in 1997 in Osmotherley, North Yorkshire, England. He started playing rugby union at the age of eight and has since played for Hartlepool Sixth Form College and North Yorkshire County RFC.

Radwan has represented England at U16, U18, U19 and U20 level. Radwan made his senior debut for North Yorkshire County RFC in February 2016. He has since made 12 appearances for the club, scoring two tries. Radwan is currently playing for Northampton Saints in the Aviva Premiership.

Will Welch is a English footballer who plays as a defender for Newcastle United. He started his career at Newcastle United, and made his first-team debut in 2007.

Kyle Cooper was born on 10 February 1989 in Johannesburg, South Africa. He attended Glenwood High School and played rugby union for Sharks. Cooper moved to England to play for Newcastle Falcons in 2010.

Conor Kenny was born on 25 July 1996 in London, England. He attended Garbally College and played rugby union for West Offaly Lions, Buccaneers and the Ireland under-20 squad.

Jamie Noon is a 43-year-old English rugby union player who currently plays for CA Brive in the Pro D2. Noon was born in Goole, Yorkshire, in 1979 and attended Lawrence House, Fyling Hall and Newcastle College before studying at Northumbria University.

Noon made his senior debut for Northumbria University in 2000 and went on to make over 100 appearances for the side.

George Patrick McGuigan was born in Northallerton, North Yorkshire, England on 30 March 1993. He started playing rugby union at Gosforth Academy and played for Darlington Mowden Park in the Premiership.
