Antoine Winfield Sr. is a Hall of Famer and one of the most accomplished players in NFL history. He was drafted by the Kansas City Chiefs in 1985, and spent his entire career with them before retiring in 2003.
During his time with the Chiefs, he won two Super Bowls (XXIV and XXV) and was named MVP of both games. After retirement, Winfield served as an analyst for ESPN during their coverage of the NFL until 2011 when he stepped down due to health concerns related to diabetes mellitus type 2 management.

In 2007, he was drafted by the Arizona Cardinals and spent six seasons with their franchise before retiring in 2015 as a member of their all-time leading rusher list. His son, Antoine Jr., currently plays for the Kansas City Chiefs and has also represented Saint Paul at various levels in football over the years.
