The Vancouver Canadians are a Minor League Baseball team located in beautiful Vancouver, British Columbia. Established in 2000, the Canadians are part of the Northwest League and are affiliated with the Toronto Blue Jays.

The team plays their home games at the iconic Nat Bailey Stadium and are the only MiLB team based in Canada. With a long history of success, the Canadians have won multiple championships and have become a beloved part of Canadian baseball.

Biggio was born in Houston, Texas and played high school baseball at Klein Oak High School. He was drafted by the Toronto Blue Jays in the second round of the 2014 MLB draft.

Biggio made his MLB debut with the Blue Jays on May 24, 2019 and has since appeared in 49 games for them, batting .228 with 2 home runs and 11 RBIs. In 2018, he led all Minor Leaguers in hits (171) and doubles (41).

In 2017, he finished third in voting for American League Rookie of The Year behind Mike Trout of Los Angeles Angels and Aaron Judge of the New York Yankees; both players were first-time All-Stars that year as well. Cavan Biggio is a professional baseball player who has played for the Toronto Blue Jays since 2019.

He was born in Texas and attended college at LSU before being drafted by the Blue Jays in 2016. In 2018, he won his first major league championship with Toronto and was also named an All-Star that year. As of 2019, Cavan Biggio has hit 37 home runs and 127 RBIs in his career so far.

2. Nate Pearson

Pearson was drafted in the 3rd round of the 2016 MLB Draft by the Toronto Blue Jays. He made his professional debut with the Gulf Coast Blue Jays in 2017 and pitched to a 2-1 record with a 2.57 ERA in 7 games (7 starts).

In 2018, he split time between Class A Advanced Dunedin and Double-A New Hampshire, posting a combined record of 10-5 with a 2.85 ERA in 23 starts. 

Pearson made his Major League debut on September 1st, 2020 against the Chicago White Sox and earned the win after pitching 5 innings yielding one run on four hits while striking out six batters.

 After making only two more appearances for Toronto that season before being sent down to Triple-A Buffalo where he posted an 8-6 record with a 3.61 ERA over 27 starts.

Pearson returned to Toronto in 2021 as their starting pitcher and went 9-8 with an 4th-place finish in Cy Young voting despite leading baseball with 277 strikeouts over 213 innings pitched.

The 26-year-old lefty is currently pitching for Team USA at the World Baseball Classic 2019 tournament.

4. Logan Warmoth

Logan Warmoth is a infielder for the Seattle Mariners. He made his debut with the team in 2019. Warmoth was drafted by the Mariners in the first round of the 2016 MLB draft.

He has played in 161 games for the Mariners, batting .235 with 16 home runs and 54 RBI. Warmoth is from Dunedin, Florida. Logan Warmoth is a 27-year-old shortstop who is in his fifth season with the Washington Nationals.

Murphy has played in over 1,500 games in the MLB. Murphy is a versatile infielder who can play both second and third base.

 Murphy made his MLB debut with the Kansas City Royals in 2004. He was traded to the Oakland Athletics in 2007 and played with them until 2008.

Murphy played for the Florida Marlins and Miami Marlins in 2010-2012. Murphy signed with the Chicago Cubs in 2013 and played with them until 2014. Murphy was traded to the Texas Rangers in 2014.
