Port Adelaide Football Club is a proud and storied club with a rich history. Founded in 1870, they are the oldest professional Australian rules football club in the country. Nicknamed the Power, they currently play in the Australian Football League (AFL) and their reserves team competes in the South Australian National Football League (SANFL).

Throughout their long and illustrious history, the Power have won a total of 10 premierships in both the SANFL and AFL. Aliir is a Kenyan international who played for Aspley in the NEAFL and East Fremantle in the WAFL. He was drafted by Port Adelaide with their 44th selection in the 2013 national draft and made his debut against North Melbourne at AAMI Stadium in Round 7 of 2016.

Aliir has been recognised as one of Australia's best key defenders, winning All-Australian honours twice (2016, 2017) and being named Best Defender at the AFLPA Awards 2018. 

In October 2018, he signed a two-year contract extension with Port Adelaide that will keep him at Alberton until at least 2021.

Aliir is married to Australian soccer player Lisa De Vanna and they have two children together - son Jaiyaan born in May 2019, and daughter Sienna born in December 2020 Aliir Aliir is a talented forward who has played for Sydney and Port Adelaide in the AFL. 

He was an All-Australian in 2021 and won the Showdown Medal that season. Aliir started his career with Sydney but moved to Port Adelaide at the end of the 2018 season. He has been valuable off half back this year, averaging 14 disposals per game. 

Aliir is contracted until 2020 and will be an important player for either side over that period of time. He should continue to improve as he develops his skills further in the professional AFL competition.

Hodges was born in Adelaide and played for Port Adelaide from 1987 to 1998. He represented South Australia on three occasions. Hodges is a powerful forward who kicked 771 goals in 205 games for Port Adelaide and the AFL.

After retiring from football, Hodges has worked as a radio presenter and commentator for rugby league matches. Scott Hodges was an important part of Port Adelaide's successful premiership era, winning three Ken Farmer Medals and kicking 153 goals in 1990.

He also represented South Australia on 3 occasions, playing a key role in their victory over Victoria in 1992. After retiring from football, Scott took up coaching with the Magpies' under-18s side before being appointed head coach for the club's VFL affiliate team in 2017.

Dean Brogan is a ruckman who has played for the Adelaide Crows, South Adelaide and Port Adelaide in the AFL. Dean Brogan made his debut with the Crows in 2000 and has since played over 200 games for the club.

In 2009, Dean Brogan was traded to South Adelaide where he spent two seasons before moving back to Port Adelaide in 2011. Dean Brogan won both of his premierships with Port Adelaide (2011 & 2014) and represented Australia at international level on numerous occasions.

In 2018, Dean announced his retirement from professional football after 15 years playing at the highest level possible. Dean Brogan is a former AFL player who spent the majority of his career with Port Adelaide. In 2004, he helped the Power win their first premiership and was later rewarded with a championship medal.

He left the club at the end of 2013 after playing 193 games over 7 seasons. Dean has also been involved in various other sporting ventures, including being captain of an SFL "Greatest Exports Team" as well as playing for South Australia in cricket and tennis respectively. 

Dean's greatest achievement may be raising two young children while still maintaining a high level of professional football play - something that many athletes would find difficult to do.

Jeremy Finlayson is a 26-year-old Australian Rules footballer who plays for Greater Western Sydney in the AFL. 

Finlayson was drafted by GWS with their 69th pick in the 2014 national draft and made his debut against Geelong in Round 15 of the 2017 season.

He stands at 6'6" tall and has kicked 18 goals from 22 games this season, averaging 13 disposals and 3 marks per game. Jeremy's father, Phil, played 100 matches for Fitzroy (in both the VFL and WAFL) during an illustrious career that saw him represent Australia on 11 occasions between 1987-1996.

Jeremy started playing cricket when he was five years old but switched to rugby league soon after because it was more affordable; he represented Wests Tigers U18s before making the switch to Aussie Rules as a 19-year old trainee with Sydney Hills NEAOLDL side in 2013. 

In addition to his football commitments, Finlayson also works as a personal trainer part time - one of many reasons why he loves spending time away from training sessions.

Craig Bradley was born in 1963 in Ashford, South Australia. Bradley played for Port Adelaide (SANFL) from 1981-1985 and then Carlton (VFL/AFL) from 1986-2002.

Bradley represented South Australia at interstate level for a number of years and was a part of the Australian national team from 1984-2002. Bradley was a versatile player, being able to play as a midfielder or forward.

Bradley retired from professional football in 2002, having amassed 352 AFL games and 247 SANFL games. Bradley is currently the assistant coach of the Port Adelaide Football Club. Bradley is a popular figure in the community and has been involved in a number of charitable organisations.

Warren Tredrea is a professional Australian rules footballer who has played for Port Adelaide in the Australian Football League (AFL). Tredrea was drafted in the 1996 national draft and made his debut for the club in 1997.

He has since played 255 AFL games, scoring 549 goals. Tredrea has represented South Australia on several occasions, including playing in the 1998 and 1999 national championships. Tredrea is a capable center half forward and is known for his strong marking and attacking play.

Tredrea has retired from the AFL but continqes to play for Port Adelaide in the SANFL. Tredrea is married with three children. Warren Tredrea is one of the most successful players in AFL history. He played for Port Adelaide for most of his career and was captain of the club for many years.

Warren Tredrea was a key player for Australia and was a three-time All-Australian. He also won a John Cahill Medal, eight Port Adelaide best and fairest awards, and kicked more goals than any other player in the club's history. Gavin Wanganeen was born in Mount Gambier, South Australia in 1973. He started his career with Salisbury North in the South Australian National Football League (SAAFL).

Wanganeen joined Essendon in the National Football League (NFL) in 1989 and played for the club until 2006. He played for Port Adelaide in the SANFL from 1990 to 2006 and represented South Australia on eight occasions.

Wanganeen was a part of the Essendon side that won the AFL Premiership in 1991. He was also a member of the Port Adelaide side that won the SANFL Championship in 1997 and the AFL Grand Final in 2003. 

Wanganeen has had a successful coaching career, serving as an assistant coach at Essendon from 2003 to 2006 and at Port Adelaide from 2007 to 2009.

He was appointed coach of the South Australian state side in 2010 and led the team to the Australian National Football Championships in 2013. Wanganeen remains a highly respected figure in the AFL and is currently an assistant coach at Port Adelaide.

Russell Ebert was an accomplished footballer who played with Port Adelaide and North Melbourne in the 1970s and 1980s. Ebert was known for his strong tackling and accurate passing, which helped him rack up numerous goals and honours.

Ebert died in November 2021 at the age of 72 after a long battle with cancer. Ebert's death will leave a big hole in the football community and his memory will be cherished by many fans. Ebert is survived by his wife and two children.

Todd Marshall was born on 8 October 1998 in Melbourne, Victoria. Marshall played his junior football with the Murray Bushrangers in the TAC Cup. He was drafted by the Western Bulldogs with the 16th pick in the 2016 national draft.

Marshall made his debut for the Bulldogs in Round 22, 2017, against Port Adelaide at Mars Stadium. Marshall is a key forward and is considered a strong mark. Marshall has played 39 games for the Bulldogs since his debut.

Fos Williams was a rover for the Port Adelaide Football Club from 1950 to 1958. He played a total of 205 games for the club, scoring 375 goals. Williams represented South Australia in 47 games between 1947 and 1958.

Williams later coached the West Adelaide Football Club in the SANFL from 1966 to 1971. Williams passed away on 1 September 2001, aged 79. Williams was a talented footballer who played for Port Adelaide from 1950 to 1958.

He was a premiership player with Port Adelaide in 1955 and led the club in goalkickers three times. After retiring from football, Williams became a coach and was successful in leading West Adelaide to a premiership in 1977.

Williams was inducted into the Australian Football Hall of Fame in 1985.

John Cahill is a South Australian Football Hall of Fame inductee who played for Port Adelaide in the SANFL. Cahill was a prolific goal scorer in the SANFL, amassing 264 goals in 264 games for the club.

Cahill also represented South Australia on 29 occasions, scoring 28 goals. Cahill coached the Port Adelaide reserves for two seasons after retirement from playing. Cahill is currently the coach of the Adelaide Crows in the Australian Football League (AFL).

Cahill was born in Adelaide in 1940 and has spent all his life in the city. Cahill is a distinguished member of the South Australian Football Hall of Fame. Cahill is married with two children and lives in Adelaide. Cahill is a cricket enthusiast and also played Australian rules football in his youth.

Cahill was Port Adelaide's captain from 1968 to 1973, leading the club to premierships in those years. Cahill is also a two-time McCallum Medallist, having won the award in 1956 with South Adelaide. Gray was born in Melbourne in 1988 and played his junior football for Oakleigh Chargers. Gray was drafted in the 2006 national draft by Port Adelaide and made his debut in 2007.

Gray enjoyed a breakout season in 2010, winning the John Worsfold Medal as the best and fairest player in the AFL. Gray was runner up in the 2012 AFL Rising Star award, and was selected in the 2012 All-Australian team.

Gray had another good season in 2013, winning the Port Adelaide Best and Fairest award. Gray was suspended for the 2016 season after testing positive for a banned substance. Gray returned in 2017 and played a key role in Port Adelaide's run to the AFL Grand Final.

Evans was a prolific full forward in the Victorian Football League (VFL) during the 1970s and 1980s, playing for Geelong and Port Adelaide. He represented South Australia at state level in 1979 and 1983.

Evans retired from professional football in 1986. He later worked as a sports journalist and commentator. Evans was inducted into the Australian Football Hall of Fame in 2009. He currently resides in Tasmania.

Evans is married with three children. In his spare time, he enjoys fishing and golfing. Evans is a popular media personality in Tasmania, where he hosts a sports show on local radio station 3AW.

Greg Phillips was one of the greatest players to ever play in the SANFL, winning the league's best and fairest award four times. Phillips also won a premiership with Port Adelaide in 1987.

Bob Quinn was born in 1915 in Birkenhead, South Australia. Quinn played for Port Adelaide from 1933 to 1947, captaining the club to victory in the 1939 SANFL Grand Final.

Quinn also played for Port and Torrens (World War II) as part of the War Allies. Quinn represented South Australia 19 times, including five games at interstate level. Quinn retired from playing in 1947 and went on to have a long career in coaching, including stints at Port Adelaide and the Adelaide Crows.

Quinn died in 2008 at the age of 93. Quinn is remembered as one of the greatest players in Port Adelaide's history and was inducted into the club's Hall of Fame in 2009.

Wingard is a midfielder / forward who has played for Hawthorn in the Australian Football League (AFL). Wingard was originally drafted by Imperial in the national draft in 2011.

Wingard made his AFL debut in 2012 against St Kilda at AAMI Stadium. Wingard has played over 150 games for Hawthorn since making his debut in 2012. Wingard has won the J. J. Liston Trophy twice (2013, 2017) and the Leigh Matthews Trophy (2017) while with Hawthorn.

Wingard was traded to Hawthorn by Port Adelaide in the off-season. Wingard is currently the captain of Hawthorn. Wingard has represented Australia at the international level on several occasions.

Lobbe played a total of 63 games for Port Adelaide over 4 seasons. Lobbe was delisted by Port Adelaide at the end of the 2014 AFL season. Lobbe signed with the Adelaide Crows in 2015.

Lobbe played a total of 33 games for the Adelaide Crows over 2 seasons. Lobbe was traded to the Gold Coast Suns in the 2017 AFL Trade Period. Lobbe played a total of 5 games for the Gold Coast Suns over 1 season.

Lobbe was drafted by Port Adelaide with pick 27 in the 2010 AFL draft. Lobbe made his AFL debut for Port Adelaide in the 2010 AFL season and played 92 games for the club before joining Carlton in the 2018 AFL season.

Mark Williams was a prolific goal scorer during his playing career, amassing over 200 goals over 11 seasons with Port Adelaide. Williams has also been a successful coach, guiding Port Adelaide to three premierships between 1999 and 2010.

Williams is currently the head coach of the Gold Coast Suns. Williams was a premiership player with Port Adelaide in 1979 and 1980. He was a two-time best and fairest winner with Collingwood, in 1981 and 1985. He was a captain of Collingwood from 1983 to 1986.

Williams represented Australia at international level in 1980. He retired from playing in 1992. Williams was inducted into the Collingwood Hall of Fame in 2001. Williams is currently the coach of Werribee in the Victorian Football League (VFL). 

Williams was appointed head coach of the Victorian Football League side Melbourne in October 2018. Williams is one of the most successful coaches in Australian Rules football history.
