Lucas Giolito is a 28-year-old pitcher for the Chicago White Sox. He had a successful MLB debut in 2016, but has since struggled with injuries. Giolito attended Beverly Hills High School and was drafted by the Washington Nationals in the first round of the 2013 MLB Draft.

Injuries have dogged him throughout his career, including Tommy John surgery after just two seasons in the majors and an elbow injury that forced him to miss all of 2018 season.

He's still only 26 years old and could bounce back if he can stay healthy; however, there are concerns about his long-term durability due to past injuries.

Giolito throws right-handed and predominantly relies on four pitches - a fastball, slider, changeup, and curveball - which he uses to get batters out either by striking them out or inducing ground balls depending on their location.

In 2020 he was traded to the Mets and enjoyed another successful year before being dealt again later that year to Tampa Bay Rays where he continues to pitch today.

Minnesota Twins

Byron Buxton Career

  • All-Star (2022), Gold Glove Award (2017), Platinum Glove Award (2017)

Byron Buxton was the top prospect in baseball before having a poor 2015 season. Despite his struggles, Buxton is still one of the most talented players in the game and has potential to be an all-star outfielder.

His ability to hit for power and average makes him dangerous on both sides of the ball, making him a valuable player on any team. The Twins have high expectations for Byron Buxton in 2016 after he put together strong performances at Double-A and Triple-A last year.

If he can stay healthy, there's no reason why Byron Buxton couldn't become one of the best hitters in baseball history Byron Buxton is a talented and exciting player in the MLB. He has been an All-Star twice, won a Gold Glove Award, and Platinum Glove Award.

His batting average has been poor over the past few seasons but he still manages to produce some good numbers.

In 2016 however, he began to put it all together again and ended up hitting 42 home runs while driving in 160 runners en route to an All-Star selection - his first such honor ever.

In 2017, he played an instrumental role for both teams as they made it all the way to their respective World Series games.. Jake Lamb is currently signed with The Angels through 2021 and has already put up impressive numbers during that time span including .285 batting average, 29 home runs and 106 RBIs over 185 appearances.

Lamb was drafted third overall by the Arizona Diamondbacks in 2014, and has since developed into one of their key players. He had a breakout year in 2017, hitting .236 with 94 home runs and 337 RBIs. Lamb is an all-around hitter who can hit for power or average, and his team would be lost without him on the field.

The Diamondbacks traded Lamb to Oakland earlier this offseason as part of a blockbuster deal that brought Jon Lester to Arizona; it's uncertain what Lamb's future looks like now that he's switch teams twice already during his career.

Lamb will turn 27 years old in 2020, so there may be some regression involved for him over the next few seasons - but don't count him out yet.

25. Keone Kela

Texas Rangers

Keone Kela

At just 24 years old, Keone Kela has a lot of potential left in him and looks poised to continue playing at an high level for many more seasons to come.

26. Ryan Dull

Oakland Athletics

Ryan Dull

Ryan Dull is a 33-year-old right hand pitcher for the Oakland Athletics. He was signed as an undrafted free agent in 2009 and has spent his entire career with the club.

His biggest weakness may be his propensity to give up home runs; he gave up 37 of them last season, which ranked fourth among AL pitchers who tossed at least 100 innings.

With the emergence of young arms such as Sean Manaea and Aroldis Chapman on Oakland's roster, it seems likely that Dull will see more competition for starting spots next year.

Dull was selected in the second round of the 2015 MLB Draft by the Oakland Athletics. He made his debut for the A's on September 1st, 2015 and finished up his rookie campaign with a win-loss record of 8-9 and an ERA of 4.31.
