The Ottawa 67’s are a historic junior hockey team that has long been a staple of Canadian hockey culture. Established in 1967, the 67’s have become a powerful force in the Ontario Hockey League, winning three league championships and competing in five Memorial Cup tournaments.

Travis Konecny is a 25-year-old forward who was drafted by the Philadelphia Flyers in the first round of the 2016 NHL Entry Draft. He has scored over 100 points in each of his three seasons with the Phantoms, and had 21 goals and 42 assists for 65 points in 2018–19.

Konecny played junior hockey with the London Knights before being drafted by the Flyers, where he spent two years developing under head coach Dave Hakstol before making his professional debut during the 2017–18 season. 

In his rookie year, Konecny led all rookies in scoring with 50 points (21 goals, 29 assists) while also appearing in all 82 games for Philly; this earned him an All-Rookie Team nomination as well as Second Team All American honours from College Hockey News magazine.

The following season saw continued success for Travis as he recorded 37 goals and 54 assists for 110 points – placing second overall on team behind Claude Giroux – to win himself a Hart Memorial Trophy nomination as league MVP; additionally.

He made his Stanley Cup playoffs debut against Washington Capitals in Round 1 and contributed four assists through eight games en route to a sixth seed exit at their hands. 

Over next two campaigns however things went less smoothly: despite recording career highs 52 points (25 goals, 29 assists) including 12 game-winning markers during Season 73/74 campaign leading PHI towards President's Trophy contention but ultimately disappointed.

Monahan was drafted by the Calgary Flames in the first round, seventh overall, of the 2013 NHL Entry Draft. Monahan played junior hockey with the Ottawa 67's before being traded to Calgary in exchange for defenceman Dougie Hamilton.

Monahan made his professional debut with the Abbotsford Heat of the American Hockey League (AHL) on October 9, 2014. On January 14, 2015, Monahan recorded his first career hat-trick against goaltender Keith Kinkaid of the Tampa Bay Lightning during a 5–1 victory at Scotiabank Saddledome in Calgary.

He scored his second hat-trick as a Flame on December 28th against Jonathan Bernier and Toronto Maple Leafs at Air Canada Centre – becoming justthefourth player in franchise history to score multiple hat tricks. 

Within one season and only the second teenager (19 years or younger)to do so since 1967-68 when Darryl Sittler did it for Edmonton Oilers under coach Glen Sather.

He also becamejustthethird the rookie ever to record two multi goal games within a single season and only the second teenager(19yearsoryounger).

Monahan finished runner up for Rookie of The Year honors behind Florida Panthers forward Aleksander Barkov but was awarded an Art Ross Trophy as top scorer in league play with 36 goals and 53 assists over 79 regular season games.

Leading all rookies and ranking sixth amongst all players with at least 80 games played; he is also Calgary’s fourth leading. Jarome Iginla (621 points), Joe Nieuwendyk(513 points)and captain Mark Giordano(545 points). 

In addition to winning both the Ted Lindsay Awardas MVPofan exhibition game against Team Europe on August 6th 2016at Bell MTS Place Winnipeg after scoring four goals including three overtime winners during 7:08 minutes Of ice time.

Gary Roberts is a left wing who played for the Tampa Bay Lightning from 1989 to 2003. He recorded 603 points in 1,035 games and was inducted into the Hockey Hall of Fame in 2009.

Gary Roberts began his career with the Toronto Maple Leafs before being traded to Tampa Bay in 1989. Over his thirteen-year NHL career, he scored 715 goals and added 548 assists for 1,305 points.

Roberts has had a successful international career as well; he won a silver medal at the World Championships in 1995 and competed at two Winter Olympics (2002 and 2006). After retiring from hockey, Roberts became an executive with Real Sports Productions Ltd., where he currently works as president/CEO.

In this role, he oversees all aspects of production for Real Sports documentaries including HBO's 24/7 series about Nascar racing among others. 

GaryRoberts resides in Florida with his wife Kara and their four children: daughters Emma (born 2000) and Madison (born 2002), son Aidan (born 2006), and youngest daughter Lennon (born 2010).

Cody Ceci is a defenceman for the Ottawa Senators. He was drafted by the Sens in the 2nd round of the 2011 NHL Entry Draft. 

Cody Ceci has had a successful career with Ottawa, winning two Stanley Cups (in 2017 and 2018) as well as reaching other playoff rounds multiple times.

In addition to his on-ice achievements, Ceci is also known for his charitable work with various causes, most notably cystic fibrosis research and cancer awareness initiatives Outside of hockey, Cody lives in Toronto with his wife Brooke and their son Caden who both attend school there.

Cody enjoys spending time outdoors including fishing, golfing, snowboarding and hiking among other activities Cody Ceci is a defenseman for the Ottawa Senators, and he was drafted by the team in 2012. 2. He has played with Edmonton, Toronto, Pittsburgh and now Ottawa. 

Cody Ceci is a right-shooting defenseman who can be relied upon to play physical hockey.

His stats are impressive: over 100 points in four seasons in the NHL. Cody Ceci is an important part of Canada's national team, and he will look to continue his good form this year at the World Cup of Hockey 2016 6. 

He has been reported as being unhappy with his role on the Sens recently but hopefully things will improve soon.

Bobby Smith was born in 1958 and is a centre for the Toronto Maple Leafs. He has played over 1000 regular season games with the Leafs, as well as appearing in 10 playoff games.

Bobby Smith also played for Team Canada at the world championships in 1988 and 2002, winning a silver medal both times. 

In 2007 he was inducted into the Hockey Hall of Fame, becoming only the third Canadian to be so honoured (the others being Guy Lafleur and Steve Yzerman).

After retirement from playing hockey, Bobby became an analyst on TSN's coverage of NHL games Bobby Smith was selected first overall in the 1978 NHL Draft by the Minnesota North Stars. 

Bobby played for the Montreal Canadiens, then moved onto play with the Dallas Stars and Toronto Maple Leafs before ending his career with the Calgary Flames.

He retired at age 41 after winning two Stanley Cups with Calgary in 1988 and 1989. Smith is a member of Canada's Hockey Hall of Fame and has been inducted into numerous other Halls of Fame, including that of Minnesota where he currently resides as an honorary coach emeritus. 

In 2006, he was awarded The Order Of Canada for his contributions to hockey both on and off the ice.

Steve Payne was born on August 16, 1958 in Toronto, Ontario. He is a Canadian professional ice hockey player who last played for the Minnesota North Stars of the National Hockey League (NHL).

Payne has also competed in the World Championships and Ice Hockey World Cups. Steve Payne retired from playing in 2001 but continued to work as a coach with several teams including HC Sochi of Russia's Kontinental Hockey League (KHL).

In 2009, he was inducted into the International Ice Hockey Federation Hall of Fame along with his brother Gerry who had also been a NHL player. 

Currently, Steve Payne resides in suburban Minneapolis where he works as an assistant coach with high school hockey programs Payne was a left winger for the Minnesota North Stars from 1978-1988.

He scored 196 goals and 259 assists during his career, making him one of the most prolific left wingers in NHL history. Payne also played with Canada at the World Championships and Olympics, finishing as runner-up twice (1984 & 1988) to Soviet Union's Vladimir Krutov. 

After retiring from hockey, Payne opened up his own restaurant chain in Minnesota which he ran until 2002.

Tim Young is a veteran player in the NHL and has had a successful career. He was drafted by the Quebec Nordiques in 1975 and played with them for six seasons before moving to the Colorado Rockies for two more years.

In 1981, he joined the Philadelphia Flyers and spent 11 seasons there before retiring in 1997. 

After his retirement from playing, Young worked as an analyst on television broadcasts of games involving his former teams until 2003 when he took over as head coach of the Rochester Americans (the Sabres' AHL affiliate).

He was fired after one season, but has since returned to broadcasting full-time and also coaches youth hockey in Ontario province where he grew up. 

Tim Young is married with three children and lives near Toronto Young was a highly touted prospect when he was drafted by the Minnesota North Stars in 1975. He spent four seasons with the North Stars before being traded to Winnipeg Jets in 1979.

Young had a successful tenure with the Jets, scoring over 100 points each season from 1980 to 1983. In 1984, he was traded to Philadelphia Flyers and played there until 1986 when he retired as a player due to injury. 

As a player, Young compiled 424 points (197 goals and 261 assists) in 668 games across all leagues combined.

Brad Shaw is a right-handed defender who has played for the Toronto Maple Leafs, the Los Angeles Kings, and the Montreal Canadiens. Shaw was drafted by the Toronto Maple Leafs in the second round of the 1985 NHL Entry Draft.

Shaw played his first NHL game with the Toronto Maple Leafs in 1985. Shaw played his last NHL game with the Montreal Canadiens in 2002. Shaw has also played for the Edmonton Oilers, the Tampa Bay Lightning, and the Calgary Flames.

Shaw was a member of the Canadian Olympic team that competed in the 2002 Winter Olympics. Shaw has two sons, Jake and Nolan. Shaw is a member of the Hockey Hall of Fame. Shaw was named the captain of the Canada men's national ice hockey team for the 2006 IIHF World Championships.

Brad Shaw was drafted by the Detroit Red Wings in the NHL Draft in 1982. Shaw played for the Hartford Whalers, Ottawa Senators, Washington Capitals, and St. 

Louis Blues during his playing career. Shaw was a member of the Canadian national team throughout his playing career. Shaw retired from professional hockey in 1999.

Shaw is currently a coach for the Kingston Frontenacs in the Ontario Hockey League. Shaw is a three-time winner of the Memorial Cup as a player with the Ottawa 67's. 

Shaw was inducted into the Hockey Hall of Fame in 2008. Shaw is currently the head coach of the Kingston Frontenacs in the Ontario Hockey League. Shaw is a respected coach in the hockey world and is known for his coaching expertise.

Andrew Cassels was born in Bramalea, Ontario, Canada on July 23, 1969. He is 6'1" and weighs 185 pounds. Cassels played centre for the Toronto Maple Leafs and Calgary Flames, winning a Stanley Cup with Calgary in 1989.

Cassels is a left-handed shot. He retired from hockey in 2003. Cassels is now a hockey commentator and analyst. Cassels has two children, a son and daughter. 

Cassels is currently residing in Toronto, Ontario. Andrew Cassels is one of the most successful hockey players of all time, with a record of 917 goals and 1,538 points in 1,917 career games.

Andrew Cassels was drafted by the Montreal Canadiens in the 17th round of the 1987 NHL Draft. He played for the Hartford Whalers, Calgary Flames, Vancouver Canucks, Columbus Blue Jackets, Washington Capitals and Canada over the course of his playing career. 

Cassels won a Stanley Cup with the Capitals in 2004. He retired in 2006 after playing for the Vancouver Canucks. Cassels is a two-time All-Star and holds the record for most assists in a season by a Canadan with 73 in 2002. 

Cassels is currently the president and CEO of the Ottawa Senators. He has also worked as an analyst for TSN and TVA Sports. Cassels was inducted into the Hockey Hall of Fame in 2014. He is married to Monique and they have two children.

Randy Cunneyworth was born in Etobicoke, Ontario, Canada on May 10, 1961. Cunneyworth is a left wing player who has played for the Toronto Maple Leafs, Detroit Red Wings, and Los Angeles Kings in the NHL.

He was drafted by the Toronto Maple Leafs in the first round, 14th overall, of the 1981 NHL Entry Draft. Cunneyworth has won the Stanley Cup twice with the Detroit Red Wings, in 1997 and 1998. He also won the Gold Medal with Canada at the World Championships in 1994.

On March 9, 2004, Cunneyworth was traded to the Los Angeles Kings in a deal that sent Dion Phaneuf to Toronto. In 2009, Cunneyworth retired from professional hockey. 

He currently resides in Ontario with his wife and two children. Cunneyworth is a member of the Hockey Hall of Fame and the Canadian Hockey Hall of Fame.

Logan Couture is a professional hockey player who has played for the San Jose Sharks since 2016. Couture was born in Guelph, Ontario, Canada, and is 6'1" and 185 pounds.

Couture played junior hockey with the OHL's Guelph Storm before being drafted by the Sharks in the first round of the 2007 NHL Entry Draft. Couture has played in the NHL for the Sharks, Boston Bruins, and Vancouver Canucks.

Brendan Bell is a defenceman who played for EHC Biel of the National League A in Switzerland during the 2010-11 season. Bell was drafted by the Montreal Canadiens in the 4th round, 106th overall, in the 2002 NHL Entry Draft.

He played college hockey at the University of Michigan, where he won a national championship in 2002 and was a First Team All-American in 2001-02. Bell has also played for the Dallas Stars, Calgary Flames, and Edmonton Oilers in the NHL.

He has represented his country at the 2006 IIHF World Championships, the 2007 IIHF World Championships, the 2008 IIHF World Championships, the 2009 IIHF World Championships, the 2010 IIHF World Championships, and the 2011 IIHF World Championships.

Bell has also played for Team Canada in the World Championships of Ice Hockey Elite Prospects in 2004-05, 2005-06, and 2007-08. He was named to the NHL All-Rookie Team in 2002-03. 

Bell was named to the NHL Second All-Star Team in 2006-07. He was traded to the Edmonton Oilers in exchange for Ryan Smyth on July 1, 2013.

Moe Lemay is a left wing who played for the Calgary Flames, Philadelphia Flyers, and Nashville Predators. Lemay was drafted by the Calgary Flames in the 6th round of the 1981 NHL Entry Draft.

Lemay played in 806 games over 14 seasons, scoring 304 goals and 260 assists. Lemay was traded to the Philadelphia Flyers in the 1998-99 season. Lemay played his final season with the Nashville Predators in the 2009-10 season.

Lemay was inducted into the Calgary Flames Hall of Fame in 2006. Lemay has also been inducted into the Philadelphia Flyers Hall of Fame and the Nashville Predators Hall of Fame. Lemay is currently a commentator for the Flames on TSN.

Lemay is married and has two children. Moe Lemay was a forward who played for the Vancouver Canucks, Edmonton Oilers, Boston Bruins, and Winnipeg Jets in the NHL. 

Moe Lemay was drafted by the Vancouver Canucks in the 1981 NHL Draft. Moe Lemay played for the Canucks, Oilers, Bruins, and Jets for a total of 12 seasons.

Moe Lemay retired from the NHL in 2000. Moe Lemay was a member of the United States National Team for a number of years. 

Moe Lemay was inducted into the Hockey Hall of Fame in 2006. Moe Lemay is currently the President and General Manager of the Hamilton Bulldogs in the AHL. Moe Lemay is known for his speed and offensive ability.

Moe Lemay is a Hall of Fame player who was a key part of the Canucks, Oilers, Bruins, and Jets teams of the 1980s and 1990s.

Brett Seguin was born on February 20, 1972 in St. Marys, Ontario. Seguin played hockey for the IHL's Phoenix Roadrunners, Fort Wayne Komets, and Dallas Stars.

Seguin was drafted by the Dallas Stars in the second round of the 1995 NHL Entry Draft. Seguin was considered to be one of the best centres in the NHL and was a two-time winner of the Lady Byng Memorial Award.

Seguin retired from professional hockey in 2013. Seguin is married to former Miss Canada, Barrie MacDonald. Seguin has two daughters and a son. Seguin is currently a hockey commentator for Fox Sports Southwest.

Brett Seguin is a three-time winner of the Stanley Cup. Brett Seguin was a talented forward who played for the Detroit Vipers, Muskegon Fury, WPHL, Austin Ice Bats, and Topeka Scarecrows in the minor leagues. 

Seguin was drafted by the Los Angeles Kings in the 1992 NHL Draft and he made his professional debut with the team in the 1992–93 season.

Seguin played for the Kings for eight seasons and he was a part of the team that won the Stanley Cup in 2002. Seguin was traded to the Dallas Stars in 2004 and he played for the Stars for six seasons. 

Seguin was traded to the Boston Bruins in 2010 and he played for the Bruins for four seasons. Seguin was traded to the Dallas Stars again in 2013 and he played for the Stars for two seasons.

Seguin was traded to the Dallas Stars again in 2017 and he played for the Stars for one season. Seguin was traded to the Boston Bruins again in 2018 and he played for the Bruins for one season.

Peter Lee is a retired English professional ice hockey right winger who played in the National Hockey League (NHL) for the Vancouver Canucks, Minnesota North Stars, Philadelphia Flyers, and the Boston Bruins.

Lee was born on January 2, 1956, in Ellesmere, England. He played in the NHL for the Vancouver Canucks, Minnesota North Stars, Philadelphia Flyers, and the Boston Bruins. Lee was a prolific goal scorer and was inducted into the British Columbia Hockey Hall of Fame in 2004.

Lee retired from professional ice hockey in 2002. He currently resides in British Columbia, Canada. Lee is a father of two and has been married to his wife, Diane, since 1978. 

Lee is the founder of the Peter Lee Foundation, which helps children with disabilities. Lee is a member of the British Columbia Sports Hall of Fame and the Vancouver Canucks Hall of Fame.

Blake Dunlop was born in Hamilton, Ontario in 1953. Dunlop played centre for the Toronto Maple Leafs from 1971 to 1984. He was a two-time Stanley Cup champion with the Leafs in 1974 and 1981.

After leaving the NHL, Dunlop played for the Calgary Flames and the Hartford Whalers. Dunlop retired from professional hockey in 1989. He is currently a hockey commentator for TSN and CTV. Dunlop was inducted into the Hockey Hall of Fame in 1996.

He has two daughters, one of whom is a hockey player herself. Blake Dunlop is a hockey legend and one of the most successful players in NHL history. Blake Dunlop was drafted by the Minnesota North Stars in the 1973 NHL Draft. He played for the North Stars, Philadelphia Flyers, St.

Louis Blues, and Detroit Red Wings. Dunlop scored 34 goals and 106 points in his NHL career. Dunlop also played for the WHA's New England Whalers.

Jim Fox is a retired professional ice hockey player. Fox played in the National Hockey League for the Edmonton Oilers, Calgary Flames, Philadelphia Flyers and Detroit Red Wings.

He was the runner-up for the Stanley Cup with the Edmonton Oilers in 1984. Fox was also a member of the Canadian national team. Fox retired from professional hockey in 1994. He now works as a hockey analyst for television networks.

Fox has two children. In 2013, he was inducted into the Alberta Sports Hall of Fame. Fox is a resident of Edmonton, Alberta. Fox was a prolific goal scorer in his NHL career, scoring more than 500 goals in total. Fox was a natural right winger and played for the Los Angeles Kings for most of his career.

Fox also represented Canada at international level, winning a gold medal at the 1984 Olympic Games. Fox retired from professional hockey following the 1989 season.

Simpson was born in Essex, England on May 4, 1960. He is 6 feet tall and weighs 175 pounds. Simpson played for the Sheffield Steelers, the Coventry Blaze, and the Nottingham Panthers in the NHL.

Simpson is a center and is left-handed. Simpson was drafted in the ninth round of the 1981 NHL Entry Draft by the Pittsburgh Penguins. He played for the Penguins from 1981 to 1987. Simpson was traded to the Calgary Flames in 1988.

Simpson played for the Flames from 1988 to 1990. Simpson was traded to the Edmonton Oilers in 1990. Simpson was drafted by the Chicago Black Hawks in the 1981 NHL Draft. Simpson played professional hockey with the Black Hawks from 1981 to 1992.

Simpson was a key player on the Black Hawks teams that won two Stanley Cups in 1985 and 1991. Simpson retired from professional hockey following the 1992 season.

Yvan Joly is a retired professional ice hockey player who played for the Montreal Canadiens and the Vancouver Canucks. He was originally drafted by the Montreal Canadiens in the second round of the 1980 NHL Entry Draft.

Joly played in 584 games over his career, scoring 99 goals and adding 169 assists. After retiring from professional hockey, Joly moved to British Columbia and became a hockey coach. In 2009, he was inducted into the Hockey Hall of Fame.

Joly and his wife, Laure, have two children. He currently resides in British Columbia. Joly is active in charity work and is a spokesperson for the Leukemia and Lymphoma Society. 

Joly is also a television personality and host of the Canadian reality television show "Hockey Showdown", which airs on CBC.

Jonathan Zion is a defenceman who played for a number of teams in the American Hockey League before making his NHL debut with the Cincinnati Mighty Ducks in 2006.

Injuries kept him out of the NHL for most of the 2010-11 season, but he returned in 2011-12 to play for the Portland Pirates. He played two seasons with the Manchester Monarchs before moving to the Syracuse Crunch in 2014-15.

Noel Hoefenmayer is a Canadian ice hockey player who was drafted by the Columbus Blue Jackets in the fourth round, 117th overall, of the 2016 NHL Entry Draft.

Hoefenmayer played three seasons with the Niagara IceDogs of the Ontario Hockey League (OHL). He made his professional debut with the Springfield Falcons of the American Hockey League (AHL) in the 2017–18 season.

Hoefenmayer was called up to the Blue Jackets on December 9, 2017. He scored his first NHL goal on December 13 against the Chicago Blackhawks. 

Hoefenmayer was traded to the Edmonton Oilers on February 26, 2019 in exchange for a 2020 fifth-round draft pick.

Hoefenmayer was named the Oilers' captain on March 10, 2019. Hoefenmayer is a two-time AHL All-Star and was named the league's MVP in the 2018–19 season. Hoefenmayer is a member of the Canadian national team.

Pierre Jarry was born in Montreal, Quebec on March 30th, 1949. He played right wing for the Montreal Canadiens from 1971-1975 and was a member of the Stanley Cup-winning team in 1972.

He also played for the Pittsburgh Penguins and Los Angeles Kings. He retired in 1984 after playing in 898 games. He is currently a hockey commentator for TVA Sports. Pierre Jarry is married with two children.

He has been involved in charity work and was inducted into the Hockey Hall of Fame in 2007. Pierre Jarry is a francophone and has spoken about the importance of the language in hockey. Pierre Jarry is currently 73 years old and lives in Montreal.

Pierre Jarry was drafted by the New York Rangers in the 12th round of the 1969 NHL Draft. Jarry played for the Rangers from 1969 to 1978. He scored 89 goals and added 225 assists for 346 points in 604 games. Jarry was a four-time All-Star and won the Calder Memorial Trophy in 1973.

Laframboise died of a heart attack in March 2011. Pete Laframboise was drafted in the 19th round by the California Golden Seals in 1970.

Bryan McSheffrey is a retired right winger who played in the NHL for 17 seasons. He was drafted by the Philadelphia Flyers in the first round of the 1973 NHL Entry Draft.

He played for the Flyers, Hartford Whalers, Los Angeles Kings, Detroit Red Wings, and Colorado Avalanche. He was a three-time Stanley Cup champion, with the Flyers in 1980, Detroit Red Wings in 1997, and Colorado Avalanche in 2001.

McSheffrey was also a two-time NHL All-Star and a recipient of the Lester B. Pearson Award, which is given to the NHL's best player. He retired in 2003 after a season with the Avalanche. He is currently an NHL analyst for TSN. He was inducted into the Ottawa Sports Hall of Fame in 2006.

He has two children, one of whom is also an NHL analyst for TSN, and another who is a professional soccer player.

Doug Crossman is a defenceman who has played for the Chicago Black Hawks, Philadelphia Flyers, and Ottawa Senators. He was drafted by the Chicago Black Hawks in the 3rd round of the 1980 NHL Entry Draft.

He played college hockey at the University of Michigan and was a member of their NCAA championship team in 1978. He was named captain of the Chicago Black Hawks in the 2000-01 season. Doug Crossman has also represented Canada at the World Championships and the Olympics.

He is married to Lori and has two children. Doug Crossman retired from hockey in 2006. He is currently a scout with the Ottawa Senators. 

Doug Crossman is a two-time Stanley Cup champion, with the Chicago Black Hawks in 2002 and the Philadelphia Flyers in 2007. Doug Crossman was drafted in the 1st round, #112 overall, by the Chicago Black Hawks in the 1979 NHL Draft.

He played his entire playing career with the Blackhawks, appearing in over 800 games and scoring over 100 goals. Crossman was a versatile player, able to play both forward and defense. 

He was a fan favorite in Chicago, and was a key player on the Blackhawks' Stanley Cup-winning teams in 1991 and 1992. After retiring from playing, Crossman went on to have a successful career in coaching.

He was the head coach of the Blackhawks' minor league affiliate, the Rockford IceHogs, for six seasons, and later served as the head coach of the United States men's national ice hockey team. Crossman is currently the head coach of the Kings' AHL affiliate, the Ontario Reign. 

He has led the Reign to two division titles and is currently in his fifth season with the team. Doug Crossman is one of the most successful NHL coaches of all time, and his legacy will long be remembered in Chicago.

He is a true ambassador of the game, and his impact on ice hockey will be felt for many years to come.

Randy Boyd was born on January 23, 1962 in Coniston, Ontario, Canada. He was a professional wrestler who competed in the United States. Boyd died on January 19, 2022 in Marietta, Georgia, U.S.

at the age of 59. Boyd was 5'11" and weighed 200 lbs. He was a professional wrestler who competed in the United States. Boyd was most famous for his time in the World Wrestling Federation (WWF).

Murray Wilson is a retired Canadian professional ice hockey centre. He played in the National Hockey League (NHL) for 15 seasons with the Toronto Maple Leafs, Edmonton Oilers, Vancouver Canucks and Carolina Hurricanes.

Wilson was a three-time Stanley Cup champion, with the Toronto Maple Leafs in 1979, Edmonton Oilers in 1987 and Vancouver Canucks in 1990. He was also a two-time Olympic gold medalist, with Canada at the 1976 and 1980 Olympics.

Wilson was born in Toronto, Ontario, Canada on November 7, 1951. He played hockey for the Toronto Marlboros of the Ontario Hockey Association (OHA) before being drafted in the ninth round of the 1971 NHL Amateur Draft by the Toronto Maple Leafs.

Wilson made his NHL debut with the Maple Leafs in 1973. He would play with the Leafs until he was traded to the Edmonton Oilers in 1979. Wilson played with the Oilers until 1987, when he was traded to the Vancouver Canucks. 

He would play with the Canucks until 1990, when he was traded to the Carolina Hurricanes. Wilson won three Stanley Cups (1979, 1987, 1990) with the Toronto Maple Leafs, becoming the first player in NHL history to accomplish this.

Wilson also won a gold medal at the 1980 Olympics. In 1998, Wilson was inducted into the Hockey Hall of Fame. 

Wilson currently serves as a color commentator for the Edmonton Oilers on Rogers Sportsnet. Wilson was married to Barbara from 1984 until her death in 2007. They had three children.

Final Words

The Ottawa 67’s are a historic junior hockey team that has long been a staple of Canadian hockey culture. Over the years, the team has produced some of the best players in the country, including future NHL captains such as Jason Spezza and Clarke MacArthur.
