The Montreal Alouettes have been a staple of Canadian football since their founding in 1946. Over the years, the team has experienced both highs and lows, but remain one of the most successful teams in the Canadian Football League (CFL).

Hal Patterson was an NFL and CFL receiver who played for the Montreal Alouettes in 1958. He attended Kansas where he was a two-time All American wide receiver and first team All Big Eight quarterback.

After his playing career ended, Hal became a successful broadcaster for the Kansas City Chiefs and Toronto Argonauts before retiring in 2001. 

Hal Patterson died from leukemia at age 79 on November 21, 2011 after a long battle with the disease.(Kansas City Star) Hal Patterson was a standout player in the CFL and played for eight different teams over 11 seasons.

He won three Grey Cups with the Montreal Alouettes, including back-to-back championships in 1963 and 1965. After retiring from playing, he became an assistant coach with Hamilton during its successful run to the 1970 Grey Cup championship game. 

He is now best known as a member of Canada's Football Hall of Fame, where he was inducted in 1971.

Anthony Calvillo is a former professional quarterback in the Canadian Football League. He played for the Montreal Alouettes from 2003 to 2007 and then returned to the team as quarterbacks coach in 2015.

Calvillo attended Utah State University, where he played football and baseball. As a quarterback, he finished second in the nation in passing yards in 1995 and led the Aggies to the Sun Belt Conference championship in his senior year.

Calvillo was drafted by the Montreal Alouettes in the second round of the 1997 CFL Draft. He played for the team from 2003 to 2007, making the playoffs all six seasons. After he retired as a player, Calvillo became a quarterbacks coach for the Montreal Alouettes.

As of the end of the 2017 season, he had served in that role for three seasons. Calvillo was born in Los Angeles, California, but he and his family moved to Utah when he was a child. He attended La Puente High School in La Puente, California, and played football and baseball there.

Calvillo and his wife, Brooke, have three children. He is a Mormon and has served in various church leadership roles in the past. 

Calvillo is a veteran of the United States Army, where he served in the 101st Airborne Division. He is also a certified coach through the National Football League Coaching Association.

In March of 2017, Calvillo was diagnosed with lymphoma. He underwent treatment and is now in remission. Anthony Calvillo is a former professional quarterback in the Canadian Football League. 

He played for the Montreal Alouettes from 2003 to 2007 and then returned to the team as quarterbacks coach in 2015. He is currently the quarterbacks coach for the Montreal Alouettes.

Cahoon was a standout RB at Brigham Young and was drafted by the Montreal Alouettes in the 1998 CFL Draft. Cahoon has spent his entire career in the CFL, playing for the Alouettes, Saskatchewan Roughriders, and Hamilton Tiger-Cats.

Cahoon has had a successful career, winning three Grey Cups with the Alouettes and Saskatchewan Roughriders. He is also a three-time CFL All-Star. Cahoon is known for his hard running and strong tackle performances. He is currently a free agent and is looking for a new team.

Cahoon is a beloved figure in the CFL, and is popular with fans for his outgoing personality and sense of humour. 

Ben Cahoon was a CFL All-Star for three consecutive seasons, and won a Grey Cup championship with the Montreal Alouettes in 2002 and 2009. Cahoon was a Canadian first-round draft pick in 1998, and spent nine seasons with the Alouettes.

He is the Montreal team's all-time leading receiver with 1,017 receptions for 10,916 yards and 54 touchdowns. Cahoon was inducted into the Canadian Football Hall of Fame in 2014.

Rice was drafted by the Montreal Alouettes in the sixth round of the 2012 CFL Draft. Rice played college football at the University of Manitoba. Rice has yet to make an appearance in the CFL.

Rice is currently a free agent. Rice is a 6'6" offensive lineman. Rice is expected to join the Montreal Alouettes in 2022. Rice is a Canadian citizen. Rice is active in the community. Rice is a versatile offensive lineman who can play both right and left tackle.

Ackie was selected by the Montreal Alouettes in the 3rd round of the 2012 CFL Draft. Ackie has played linebacker for the Alouettes since 2012 and has racked up over 100 tackles in each of the past 4 seasons.

Ackie was named the Alouettes' Most Valuable Player in both the 2017 and 2018 seasons. Ackie is a member of the Canadian national team and has been a part of the World Cup and Pan American Games squads. Ackie is scheduled to become a free agent at the end of the 2019 season.

Ackie is married and has two children. Ackie was a high school football standout in Preston, and was drafted by the Montreal Alouettes in the 2015 CFL Draft. Ackie played for the Montreal Alouettes from 2015 to 2018. During that time, he had two seasons with over 100 tackles.

Ackie signed with the Ottawa Redblacks in the offseason of 2018, and has since had a successful career in the CFL. 

In 2019, he was named the CFL's Most Outstanding Defensive Player. Ackie is currently a key player for the Montreal Alouettes. He is an excellent tackler, and has a knack for making big plays on defense.

Ackie is a versatile player, able to play both as a linebacker and defensive lineman. He will be a key part of the Montreal Alouettes' future.

Jeshrun Antwi was born on October 4, 1997, in Israel. Antwi played running back for the Montreal Alouettes in the CFL from 2019 to 2022. Antwi was drafted by the Alouettes in the sixth round of the 2019 CFL Draft.

Antwi has played for the Calgary Stampeders in the Canadian Football League (CFL) as well as for the Israel national football team. Antwi is considered to be a very fast and powerful running back. Antwi is scheduled to join the Montreal Alouettes for the 2022 CFL season.

Jeshrun Antwi was born in Montreal, Quebec in 1997. Antwi played football at Sir George Williams University and was a running back for the Laval Rouge et Or. 

He was drafted by the Montreal Alouettes in the 2018 CFL draft and made his debut in the 2019 season. Antwi has been a part of the Alouettes' playoff team in each of his first three seasons, amassing over 1,000 rushing yards and 10 touchdowns.

Antwi has also been a regular on the Alouettes' practice squad, where he has played in over a dozen games. 

Antwi is a member of the Canadian national football team, and has played for the country at the U-20, U-23, and senior levels. In the 2019 Vanier Cup, Antwi led the Alouettes to their first championship in franchise history.

7. Peter Dalla Riva

Peter Dalla Riva is a 77-year-old retired football player who played for the Treviso and Oakville Black Knights in the Canadian Football League. Dalla Riva was born in Italy in 1945 and played football for his country at the international level.

He first came to prominence in the CFL with the Treviso team in the late 1960s and early 1970s. Dalla Riva was a strong receiver and was particularly lethal in the open field, amassing over 1,000 yards in each of his three seasons with the Black Knights.

He retired from professional football in the early 1980s and later worked as a football commentator for Italian television. Dalla Riva is a member of the Canadian Football Hall of Fame and the Treviso Hall of Fame. 

He currently resides in Treviso, Italy. Dalla Riva was awarded a citizenship certificate by the Italian government in 2014 in recognition of his contributions to Italian football. He is also a member of the Italian Football Federation's technical commission.

Stanback is a running back with the Montreal Alouettes and signed with the team as an undrafted free agent in 2017. Stanback attended Uniondale High School in Hempstead, New York and played for the school's football team.

Stanback started his college career at UCF before transferring to Virginia Union. In his two seasons with the Alouettes, Stanback has appeared in 25 games and has rushed for 511 yards and three touchdowns. 

Stanback is considered a versatile running back with the ability to run between the tackles and catch the ball out of the backfield.

Stanback is entering his third season in the NFL and is expected to have a big year with the Alouettes in 2020. William Stanback was drafted by the Montreal Alouettes in the fifth round of the 2019 CFL Draft. 

Stanback played college football at the University of Miami. Stanback has been a mainstay on the Montreal Alouettes' offensive line since being drafted, starting all 18 games he appeared in as a rookie.

Stanback is a physical run blocker who excels at getting to the second level. Stanback is a potential long-term solution at left guard for the Alouettes. Stanback is one of only two American players on the Montreal Alouettes' roster. 

The Alouettes are hopeful that Stanback can develop into a starting left tackle in the future. Stanback is a candidate for the Terry Evanshen Trophy, which is awarded to the Canadian player of the year. Stanback is a hard worker who is looking to improve his game every season.

9. Sam Etcheverry

Etcheverry played quarterback for the Montreal Alouettes in the Canadian Football League. He led the Alouettes to the Grey Cup in 1971 and 1973. Etcheverry was inducted into the Canadian Football Hall of Fame in 1996.

Etcheverry died from prostate cancer in 2009 at the age of 79. Etcheverry was an All-American at the University of New Mexico. He was drafted by the San Diego Chargers in the third round of the 1958 NFL Draft. Etcheverry played for the Chargers, Philadelphia Eagles, and Washington Redskins.

He finished his career with the Alouettes. Etcheverry was a two-time CFL Most Outstanding Player. Etcheverry was a star player in the CFL, NFL and Super Bowl. He was born in Trinidad and Tobago, and played for the Montreal Alouettes, St. Louis Cardinals, San Francisco 49ers and New York Giants.

He was a three-time Most Outstanding Player and two-time Jeff Russel Memorial Trophy recipient. He died in 2006 at the age of 76.

Scott Flory was born on July 15th, 1976 in Regina, Saskatchewan. He played college football at the University of Saskatchewan and was drafted by the Montreal Alouettes in 1998.

He has spent most of his career as an administrator with the CFLPA (President from 2014-2016) and most recently as the head coach of the Saskatchewan Huskies. He is currently in his fourth season with the Alouettes and his first as the team's offensive line coach.

Flory has also coached at the high school and college level. He is married with two children and lives in Regina. Flory is a passionate advocate for player safety in the CFL and is known for his tough but fair coaching style. He is a regular participant in charity events and is dedicated to helping others.

Scott Flory is one of the most respected and well-known Canadian football coaches and is considered a pioneer in the game.

11. Tyrell Richards

Tyrell Richards was drafted 44th overall by the Montreal Alouettes in the 2018 CFL Draft. Richards has played in 37 games for the Alouettes since being drafted, registering 146 tackles, five sacks, two interceptions, and two touchdowns.

Richards was named a CFL All-Star in 2019 and was also named to the East Division All-Star Team. Richards is a native of Ottawa, Ontario. Richards is a member of the Canadian national football team. Richards is expected to contend for a starting linebacker position with the Alouettes in 2020.

Tyrell Richards was drafted 1st overall by the Montreal Alouettes in the 2022 CFL Draft. Tyrell Richards was born in Toronto, Ontario but attended Clarkson Secondary in Mississauga, ON.

 Tyrell Richards played college football at Syracuse. Richards was a two-time All-American and was a member of the Syracuse Orange team that finished as national champions in 2019.

Tyrell Richards was drafted by the Montreal Alouettes in the 1st round of the 2022 CFL Draft. Richards has started all 10 of his career games with the Montreal Alouettes. 

Richards has recorded 277 tackles, 15 sacks, 5 interceptions, and 2 fumble recoveries in his 10 career games. Richards has helped lead the Montreal Alouettes to a 9-5-0 record in his 10 career games.

Richards is a strong leader on and off the field for the Montreal Alouettes.

12. Uzooma Okeke

Uzooma Okeke played college football at SMU. After his playing days were over, Okeke became an NFL OT. He spent time with the Jacksonville Jaguars and Atlanta Falcons, before retiring in 2013.

Okeke is currently an American football analyst for Fox Sports. Okeke was born in Beaumont, Texas and has Nigerian heritage. He is married and has two children. Okeke is an avid golfer and owns a number of properties around the country.

In 2013, Okeke was named an honorary assistant coach for the SMU Mustangs football team. Okeke is a member of the Texas Sports Hall of Fame. Uzooma Okeke was born in Nigeria, but moved to Canada as a child. Okeke played college football at the University of Ottawa.

He was drafted by the Montreal Alouettes in the 1997 CFL Draft. Okeke played for the Montreal Alouettes for six seasons, before moving to the Ottawa Rough Riders in 2006. Okeke was a CFL All-Star in 1997 and 1999. He also won a Grey Cup with the Ottawa Rough Riders in 2006.

Okeke retired from professional football in 2007. Okeke has since been involved in coaching and teaching. Okeke was inducted into the Canadian Football Hall of Fame in 2014.

Geno Lewis is an American wide receiver who played collegiately for Penn State and Oklahoma. He was drafted by the Montreal Alouettes in the fourth round of the 2018 CFL Draft.

Lewis made his CFL debut in the Alouettes' season-opener against the Saskatchewan Roughriders and finished the game with 2 catches for 25 yards. Lewis recorded his first career touchdown in the Alouettes' victory over the BC Lions on July 8.

Lewis is a two-time Big Ten Conference Champion (2013, 2017) and was a first-team All-American in 2017. Lewis has also been a member of the United States national team and has played in three consecutive World Cups (2015-18). He is the son of former NFL wide receiver Eugene Lewis.

Lewis is married and has one daughter. Geno Lewis is a professional football player who currently plays for the Montreal Alouettes in the Canadian Football League (CFL). 

Lewis has appeared in two CFL All-Star Games and was named the Terry Evanshen Trophy winner as the CFL's most outstanding offensive player in 2018.

Geno Lewis attended high school at Plymouth (PA) Wyoming Valley West and played football for the school's team. 

He was a three-time all-state selection and was drafted in the fourth round of the 2017 NFL Draft by the Carolina Panthers. Lewis signed with the Montreal Alouettes in May of 2017 and has since been a key part of their offense.

He has caught 276 passes for 4,347 yards and 28 touchdowns in his career. Geno Lewis is a versatile receiver who can run routes in the short and intermediate areas as well as the deep part of the field. 

He is a dangerous weapon in the red zone and can score from anywhere on the field. Lewis is a hard worker who is constantly looking to improve his game.

He is a team player who is always looking to help his teammates win. Lewis is a natural leader on and off the field. He is well-respected by his teammates and is a key part of the Montreal Alouettes' success. 

Geno Lewis is a candidate for the CFL's Most Outstanding Player award in 2019 and 2020. He is a dynamic receiver who is always dangerous in the open field.

Worthy was undrafted in 2015 but signed with the Houston Texans. He spent two seasons with the Texans before signing with the Jets in 2016. In four seasons with the Jets and one with the Argos, Worthy has accumulated 87 catches for 1,262 yards and seven touchdowns.

He was traded to the Alouettes in May of this year and has since made an impact in the league. Worthy is a versatile receiver who can play both in the slot and outside. He is a good route runner and has good hands. Worthy is a physical player who can make big plays down the field.

He is entering his fourth season in the league and is ready for another big year. Worthy is a hard worker who is always trying to improve his skills. Chandler Worthy is an American football player who has played for the CFL's Montreal Alouettes over the past two seasons. 

Worthy has played in 33 games over the past two seasons, recording 375 receiving yards and 4 touchdowns.

Worthy was originally drafted by the Pittsburgh Steelers in the fourth round of the 2020 NFL Draft but was traded to the Alouettes before the start of the season. Worthy is a strong receiver who is able to make big plays down the field.

Adarius Pickett is a 26-year-old defensive back who played college football at UCLA. He was not drafted in 2019, but signed with the Chicago Bears. Pickett was born and raised in El Cerrito, California.

George Dixon was a running back for the Montreal Alouettes in the CFL. He had an impressive career, rushing for over 12,000 yards and winning three division titles.

He also played for the Baltimore Colts and Washington Redskins in the NFL. Dixon died of a heart attack in 1990 at the age of 56. George Dixon was a linebacker for the Montreal Alouettes from 1959-1965.

He was a CFL All-Star in 1962 and 1963 and was named the league's Most Outstanding Player in 1962. Dixon also played in the American Football League for the Oakland Raiders in 1966 and 1967. He was inducted into the Canadian Football Hall of Fame in 1974.

Dixon died in 2005 at the age of 67.

Greg Reid played cornerback for the St. Louis Rams in 2014 and the New Orleans VooDoo in 2015 before joining the Jacksonville Sharks in 2016. He was signed by the Tampa Bay Storm in 2017 and has since appeared in eight games, recording four tackles and two interceptions.
