The I-League is India’s premier football competition and is one of the most watched leagues in the world. It is the second tier of Indian football after the Indian Super League and is contested by 11 teams from all over India.

The league has been running since 2007 and has seen many great teams, players and moments since its inception. The 2022–23 season is set to be an exciting one, with teams vying for the title and a chance to play in the AFC Cup and AFC Champions League.

Marcus Joseph began his senior career with United Petrotrin. He was loaned to Racing Club in the Venezuelan Primera División in the winter of 2013. He made his debut for Racing Club on 14 February 2014 in a game against Caracas FC.

Jourdaine Fletcher is a Jamaican international footballer who plays as a striker for NEROCA. Fletcher attended Cornwall College and played for their football team before joining the youth setup of Manchester United.

Farshad Noor is a midfielder who currently plays for Gokulam Kerala in the Indian Super League. He has previously played for PSV and Wilhelmina Boys. Farshad was born in Mazar-i-Sharif, Afghanistan, in 1994.
