The Cork Constitution is a long-standing rugby union club based in Cork, Ireland. Founded by staff of the Cork Constitution newspaper in the late 19th century, the club has been playing in Division 1A of the All-Ireland League since its establishment.

With their home ground located in Temple Hill, Ballintemple, Cork Constitution has become an integral part of the Cork sporting community, and has a strong presence in the rugby world. Donal Lenihan is a 63-year-old Irish rugby union player. He was born in Cork, Ireland and attended Saint Patrick’s School. Lenihan then went on to study at University College Cork, where he played for the Christian Brothers College rugby team.

He made his professional debut in 1981 with Connacht. He played for the Irish national team from 1981 to 1991, and captained the side on a number of occasions. Lenihan then spent two seasons playing for Bath Rugby in England. He returned to Ireland in 1995 and played for Munster until his retirement in 2003.

Lenihan has since worked as a rugby coach, and is currently the head coach of the Munster Academy. He is married with two children. 

Donal Lenihan is a former Ireland and Munster rugby player who played in the 1980s. Lenihan won 52 caps for Ireland, including four with the British and Irish Lions. He played his club rugby for UCC.

Lenihan is now a radio pundit. In 2014, Lenihan was appointed as the new president of Munster. He has two sons, Donal and Diarmuid, both of whom play rugby. Lenihan is a businessman and has been involved in a number of business ventures.

Duncan Williams was born in Cork, Ireland in 1986. He attended Christian Brothers College before beginning his rugby union career with Munster in 2006. Williams quickly became a key player for Munster and played a key role in the team's successful 2007–08 season.

In 2010, Williams was named the IRB Player of the Year and was also named in the World Rugby Team of the Year. Williams left Munster after the 2011–12 season and signed with the Scarlets.

 He played for the Scarlets until 2016, when he joined Toulon. Williams has played in over 130 matches for Munster, Scarlets and Toulon, and has won two IRB Player of the Years Awards, as well as a World Rugby Team of the Year Award.

Williams is currently contracted to Toulon until the end of the 2019–20 season. Duncan Williams is one of the most successful rugby union players in the world and is widely regarded as one of the best midfielders in the game.

John Forde is a 21-year-old rugby union player who was born in Cork, Ireland. Forde grew up playing rugby union and represented his school, Presentation Brothers College, in both codes of rugby.

In 2016, Forde signed his first professional contract with English side Gloucester and made his debut in the Aviva Premiership against Bristol in October. Forde has also represented Ireland at underage level and made his debut for the senior side in November 2016.

In 2017, Forde was named in the Ireland squad for the 2017 Six Nations Championship and made his international debut against Wales. 

Forde has continued to make appearances for Ireland and was named in the Ireland squad for the 2018 Six Nations Championship. Forde is a versatile player who can play as a flanker or number eight and has also been used as a substitution in the scrum.

Forde is considered one of the most promising young players in rugby union and is seen as a future international star. Forde is currently contracted to Gloucester until 2021.

Conor Mahony was born in Cork, Ireland in 1974. Mahony played rugby union for Munster and Ireland, and is best known for his time at centre. Mahony retired from rugby in 2013, after winning two Irish titles and two European Cups.

Mahony is currently the ambassador for the Irish Rugby Football Union. Mahony is married to Sinéad and they have two children. Mahony is a patron of the Munster Rugby Academy. Mahony has been involved in several charitable ventures, including the charity Cancer Research UK.

Mahony has been awarded an OBE for his services to rugby. Mahony is a regular on the rugby panel show, The Saturday Night Show. Conor Mahony was born in Cork, Ireland in October of 1987. 

 Mahony began playing rugby at a young age, and quickly became a force to be reckoned with on the amateur scene.

Mahony represented Munster at senior level from 1997 until 2001, and was a mainstay of the team during that period. Mahony scored 125+ points in his 25+ apps for the province, and was a mainstay in the side that reached.

The Heineken Cup final in 2000. Mahony moved to France to pursue a career in professional rugby, but he was unable to break into the first team.

Mahony returned to Ireland in 2007, and has since played for Cork Constitution. Mahony is now a regular member of the Ireland A side, and is also rumoured to be in the running for a place in the Ireland senior squad. 

 Mahony has not yet reached the heights he once did, but he remains a dangerous player at the amateur level. Mahony is a hard-working player, and is often the first player to put in a shift during a game.

Noel Murphy is a former flanker who played for both Munster and Ireland. Murphy was born in County Cork in 1937 and played his rugby union career with Munster and Ireland.

Murphy played a major role in Munster's victory in the 1974-75 European Cup. Murphy represented Ireland at the 1975 Rugby World Cup and went on to play 51 internationals. Murphy retired from international rugby in 1979.

Murphy is a member of the Munster Hall of Fame. Murphy is currently a rugby commentator for RTÉ. Murphy has written two books about his rugby career. Murphy was awarded an OBE in the 2013 Queen's Birthday Honours. Noel Murphy was one of the best players in the history of Cork Constitution and Garryowen.

He was a consistent performer for both clubs and won many accolades during his time. Noel Murphy represented Munster on numerous occasions and was a part of the Ireland team that won the Triple Crown in 1967. 

He later went on to play for the British Lions. Murphy was a devastating ball-handler and had a great kicking game.

He was also a shrewd tackler and was very difficult to beat in one-on-one situations. Murphy was a popular player with his fellow players and was known for his hard work and dedication.

 Murphy retired from playing in 1967 and went on to become a successful coach. He has worked with both Cork Constitution and Garryowen and is currently in charge of the latter club.

Murphy is a member of the Munster Hall of Fame and was voted the club's greatest ever player in a recent poll. Murphy is currently the head coach of the Ireland under-20 team and is considered one of the brightest young coaches in Ireland. 

Murphy is married and has two children. He is a devout Catholic and enjoys spending time with his family. Murphy is a hard-working and dedicated professional who has had a significant impact on both his sport and his community.

Jerry Holland was born in Cork, Ireland in 1955. He began playing rugby union at a young age, and quickly became a standout player. Holland represented Ireland at international level, and was a lock for the UCC.

He also played for Cork Constitution, and was a key member of the team that won the Irish Cup in 1984. Jerry Holland retired from rugby in 1992, but continued to play club rugby until his death in 2022. He is remembered as one of Ireland's greatest rugby players, and was inducted into the IRB Hall of Fame in 2014.

Jerry Holland is survived by his son, Billy. Holland is a successful rugby coach, having had a long and successful career with both Munster and Leinster. Holland is known for his hard work and willingness to put in long hours.

Tomas Quinlan is a rugby union player who has represented Ireland at senior level. He was born in Cork, Ireland in 1995. Quinlan started his rugby career at the Christian Brothers school in Cork.

Ralph Keyes is an American author and activist. He is best known for his novel "The Interestings". Keyes also has a background in philosophy and literature.

He has been a vocal critic of the American education system. Keyes has also been a vocal critic of capitalism. He is currently a professor at the University of California, Irvine.

Keyes was born in 1951. He died in 2016 at the age of 65. Ralph Keyes was born in 1961 in a small town in Maine. In 1987, Ralph Keyes moved to Provincetown, Massachusetts, and started painting and writing.

Ralph Keyes' paintings are often surreal and abstract, and often reference pop culture and advertising. Ralph Keyes has been the subject of several museum exhibitions, and his work has been featured in publications such as The New Yorker and The New York Times.

Shane Daly is a 26-year-old centre, fullback and wing who currently plays for Cork Constitution. Shane began his rugby union career with Highfield in 2015.

Gerry Hurley is a rugby union player who has represented Ireland at international level. He played for Garryowen in the amateur Irish rugby union league system.

He made his debut for Ireland in 2006 and has since made over 50 appearances for his country. He is a scrum-half, and is known for his accurate passing and kicking.

Brian Walsh is a former Irish rugby union player who played as a centre. Walsh first played rugby union at school, before joining Cork Constitution in the late 1980s.

He made his senior debut in 1991 and went on to play for the team until 2004. Walsh made his international debut in 1995 and went on to play for Ireland, captaining the team on occasions, until 2004.

Walsh later played for Racing Metro, Biarritz Olympique, and London Irish, before retiring in 2007. Walsh is currently the head coach of Munster in the Pro14 league. Walsh has also worked as a rugby coach at various clubs, most notably Cork Constitution and Racing Metro.

Walsh is married and has two children. He currently lives in Cork. Walsh began his coaching career in 1992 with Munster. 

He was the head coach of the Cork Constitution from 2008 to 2009. He then moved to Ireland U21 as an assistant coach. In 2014, he was hired as the new head coach of Munster.

He led the team to three consecutive Heineken Cup titles from 2014 to 2016. He has also coached clubs such as Cork Con and Munster.

Billy Scannell was born in Cork, Ireland in 1999 and is a hooker for Premiership side Bath Rugby. Scannell started playing rugby at an early age and represented Ireland at U16 and U18 level.

He made his debut for Bath in 2016 and has since helped the side win the Premiership and Anglo-Welsh Cup. Scannell has also been capped by Ireland at U20, U21, and senior level. In 2019, Scannell was named in the British and Irish Lions squad for the tour of New Zealand.

16. Kenny Murphy

Kenny Murphy was born on 21 July 1966 in Dublin, Ireland. Murphy played for the Irish national rugby union team from 1988 to 1996, and represented Ireland at the Rugby World Cup in 1991, 1995 and 1999.

Murphy was a key member of the Irish team that won the 1996 cup, and was also a member of the squads that reached the quarter-finals of the 1995 and 1999 tournaments. Murphy retired from international rugby in 1996, and since then has worked as a television pundit.

Murphy is married to Claudine, with whom he has two children. Murphy has been involved in a number of business ventures since retiring from rugby, including a restaurant and a media company. 

Murphy was awarded an OBE in the 2001 Queen's Birthday Honours. Murphy was inducted into the IRFU Hall of Fame in 2009. Murphy continues to work as a television pundit, and is a regular contributor to RTÉ's Six One.

Conrad O'Sullivan was a rugby union player who represented University College Cork and Presentation Brothers College. He was a centre and fly-half. Conrad O'Sullivan died in 2006 after a long battle with cancer.

Alex McHenry was born in Cork, Ireland on 7 October 1997. McHenry started playing rugby union at Christian Brothers College. He then progressed to University College Cork, where he played for the university team.

Scott Deasy was born in Cork, Ireland in 1988. He attended Presentation Brothers College and played rugby union for University College Cork. Deasy has played for Lansdowne and is currently with the team.
