Charles Washington was born and raised in Encino, California. He attended Crespi Carmelite High School where he excelled as a football player.

Growing up, Charles developed into an outstanding athlete who had the potential to reach great heights on the sports stage.

During his senior year of high school in 2010, Charles’ hard work paid off when he earned defensive MVP honors for that season’s league performance.

As a result of his impressive achievements during this period, scouts began taking notice of him and evaluating his talents more closely.

During this time frame he compiled 57 solo tackles, 29 tackle assists, 5 interceptions, 7 rushing attempts, 123 rushing yards and 4 touchdowns.
