College career

Antonio Hamilton attended South Carolina State University, where he played for three seasons in a total of 33 games.

During his college career, he recorded 73 tackles and one sack along with four interceptions and nine passes defended.

Professional career

Antonio Hamilton was signed by the Oakland Raiders as an undrafted free agent on 10 May, 2016. After signing with the team and going through several training camps, he eventually made it to their 53-man roster.

During his first year in the NFL, Hamilton appeared in 14 games for Oakland at cornerback and special teams positions. He recorded ten solo tackles along with two pass deflections during that season of playtime.

The following 2017 season saw Antonio become a larger part of the defensive game plan as well as continuing to perform duties on special teams units when called upon.

In this second campaign with the Raiders, he played 15 regular-season contests while starting four times; tallying 29 total tackles (24 solo), six passes defended and one interception which came against Kansas City Chiefs quarterback Alex Smith back in week 17 action where it resulted into a 34–14 victory for Oakland that day.
