Christian Makoun is a Venezuelan footballer who currently plays for New England Revolution in the MLS. Christian started his career with Zamora before joining New England Revolution in 2018.

He has played as both defensive midfielder and defender for the club so far. Christian was born on 5 March 2000 in Valencia, Venezuela, and he has been playing football since he was young. Christians senior career began at Zamora where he made 36 appearances over three seasons between 2015-18.

In 2018, Christian joined New England Revolution after being signed by head coach Jay Heaps from Zamora FC's youth team Christian Makoun Reyes is a versatile player who can play either as a defensive midfielder or defender Makoun was born in France to a Haitian father and Ivorian mother. 

Makoun started his career with Zamora, before moving on to play for Juventus U23 and Inter Miami during the 2018-19 season.

He then joined Fort Lauderdale CF on loan for the 2020 MLS season, helping them win the Florida Cup. In January 2021, he signed with New England Revolution of Major League Soccer (MLS).

Fernando Aristeguieta is a Venezuelan footballer who currently plays for Puebla. Fernando Aristeguieta started his career at San Ignacio de Loyola before moving to Caracas in 2007.

After impressing with Caracas, he joined Centro Ítalo in 2009 and scored 14 goals in 44 appearances during his two-year stay there. In 2011, Fernando Aristeguieta signed for Puebla and has since made over 100 league appearances for the club, scoring 27 goals along the way.

Fernando Aristeguieta is primarily a striker but can also play as a winger or as an attacking midfielder if needed. He represented Venezuela at U17 level and was part of their squad that competed at the U20 World Cup where they finished 3rd overall behind Brazil and Argentina .

Fernando Aristeguieta is a Venezuelan footballer who currently plays for Puebla in Mexico's Liga MX. He has also played for Caracas and Nantes in France, and Morelia and Mazatlán in Mexico. 

Fernando Aristeguieta made his professional debut with Caracas aged just seventeen, later joining Nantes where he achieved promotion to Ligue 1.

Fernando Aristeguieta has represented Venezuela at the international level since 2010, making thirty appearances and scoring one goal as they reached the Copa América final that year but were narrowly beaten by Argentina.

Machís is a Venezuelan forward who currently plays for Juárez. Machís made his debut in 2011 with Mineros de Guayana and went on to play 28 games for them that season.

In 2012, Machís joined Independiente Táchira where he played 11 matches before returning to Venezuela the following year and joining newly promoted Juárez.

Machís has so far scored eight goals in all competitions for Juárez, including four in La Liga this season as they currently sit third behind Barcelona and Real Madrid respectively with nine matches remaining.

With Venezuelans making up one-third of Mexico's World Cup squad, it will be interesting to see if Machís gets called up by Roberto Martínez when the competition kicks off next month in Russia.

Darwin Machís was born in Valencia, Venezuela on 7 November 1991. At the age of 19, he made his professional debut with Caracas FC in the Venezuelan Primera Division during the 2010 season. 

After making 21 appearances and scoring one goal during the 2011–12 season, Darwin Machís joined Udinese Calcio on loan for the 2012–13 Serie A season where he made 26 appearances and scored five goals before returning to Caracas FC at the end of that campaign.

The following year saw him sign for Leganés CF from UD Almería on a season-long loan deal; here, he made 29 appearances and scored six goals as they narrowly avoided relegation from La Liga after finishing in 17th place – their highest finish since 1986. 

In January 2015, DarwinMachis signed for Greek club PAOK F .C .on an 18-month contract but only featured twice (both coming off bench) before being released by PAOK at the conclusion of their 2014–15 Superleague Greece campaign without having appeared in any competitive matches.

In May 2016, it was announced that Machís had rejoined Spanish side Huesca on a two-year contract until June 2019 – again playing mainly as a substitute over those two seasons.

On 20 July 2018 it was announced that Machis would be joining Italian side Cádiz CF on a three-year deal starting from July 1st; however this move failed to materialize after failing to receive clearance from Uefa which ruled him out until December 2020 due to irregularities found within his registration documents.

Soteldo is a Venezuelan winger who currently plays for Santos on loan from Tigres UANL. Soteldo made his professional debut with Caracas in 2011 and has since played for various clubs, most notably Santos where he has won two league titles.

Soteldo is an attacking midfielder who can also play as a winger. He is known for his pace and dribbling ability, which makes him very dangerous in the attacking third of the pitch. 

Soteldo was called up to the Venezuela national team early in 2018 and made his international debut against Peru shortly afterwards.

With age and experience coming into his game, Yeferson Soteldo looks set to become one of the stars of South American football over the next few years Yeferson Soteldo is a versatile defender who can play in both the back four and midfield.

Alejandro Guerra is a Venezuelan attacking midfielder who has played for Caracas, Palmeiras and River Plate in his career. Alejandro Guerra began his professional career at Caracas in 2002 before moving to Palmeiras the following year.

At Palmeiras he won three Brazilian titles including two Copa Libertadores (2007, 2010) and one Intercontinental Cup (2009). 

He also played in the 2009 FIFA Club World Cup with River Plate where they reached the final but were defeated by Barcelona.

In 2011, Alejandro Guerra joined River Plate on loan from Palmeiras and helped them win their sixth Argentine league title that season as well as their first ever Copa Argentina. 

After returning to Palmeiras, he signed for Atlético Madrid on a permanent basis in January 2013 but only made five appearances before joining Al-Nassr FC of Saudi Arabia in July of that same year.

Alejandro Guerra rejoined Atlético Madrid on loan again ahead of the 2016–17 season and scored 10 goals during 38 matches which helped them clinch La Liga title and reach the UEFA Champions League group stage for the first time since 1995–96 campaign.

This was followed by another successful stint at Al-Nassr where he won back-to-back UAE Pro League titles (2017–18, 2018–19).

On 8 August 2019 it was announced that Alejandro Guerra had signed with MLS side Columbus Crew SC pending receipt of his P1 visa.

Alejandro Guerra generally plays as an attacking midfielder or central forward although he can also fill any other position within team formations depending upon needs at any given moment. 

This versatility has earned him nicknames such as 'El Tuca' ('The Chief') due to his leadership qualities both on and off the pitch.

At the international level, Alejandro González has represented Venezuela at Under 17s, U20s (three times), senior squads making his full debut against Peru on 21 March 2007 going onto make 56 caps scoring six goals[5], captaining Venezuela to their second place finish at CONMEBOL's 2014 World Cup qualification tournament.

José Manuel Rey is a Venezuelan international footballer who has played for Deportivo B, Caracas and Emelec. Rey made his debut in 1995 with Marítimo before spending six years at Caracas between 1996 and 2002, helping the club win two Copa América titles and three Venezuelan championships.

In 2003, he signed for Ecuadorian side Emelec where he remained until 2007 when he moved to Bahrain Club as a free agent. After one season in Bahrain, José Manuel Rey returned to Venezuela to play for Zulia FC before retiring from professional football in 2011 after playing 111 games over 11 seasons.

He represented Venezuela at the 1991 FIFA U-17 World Championship as well as the 2001 Copa America tournament, both of which were won by the nation under Hugo Sánchez's management.

José Manuel Rey was also part of Rafael Santos' squad that reached the semi-finals of the 2006 World Cup qualifiers but narrowly missed out on qualification for South Africa due to an inferior goal difference against Trinidad & Tobago (1–0).

In March 2016 it was announced that José Manuel Reyes had been appointed head coach of Portuguesa Futebol Clube joining compatriot Bebe scoring 7 goals back then managing Espanyol Valencia.

Juan Arango was born on 16 May 1980 in Maracay, Venezuela. He started his football career with Universidad Católica de Venezuela in 1996. Arango moved to Nueva Cadiz in 1999 and went on to make over 200 appearances for the club.

In 2006, Arango moved abroad to play for German side Borussia M'gladbach. Arango made over 100 appearances for Borussia M'gladbach before moving to Al-Sadd in Qatar in 2017. Arango has represented Venezuela at both Under-17 and Under-20 levels.

Salomón Rondón is a Venezuelan striker who is currently playing for River Plate. Rondón started his career with San José de Calasanz in 1996, before moving to Deportivo Gulima in 2004.
