Donovan Mitchell is a 26-year-old shooting guard for the Cleveland Cavaliers of the NBA. Mitchell was born in Elmsford, New York on September 7th, 1996, and attended Canterbury School in New Milford Connecticut before attending Brewster Academy in Wolfeboro New Hampshire.

At 22 years old, Donovan made his debut with the Utah Jazz during the 2016–17 season and quickly became one of their key players both on and off the court. 

In 2018–19 he led all guards in scoring (21 points per game) as well as assists (5.7 APG) while also averaging a career-high 2 steals per game - earning him an All-Star nomination along the way.

The Cavs acquired Donovan from Utah at the 2019 trade deadline where he has since established himself as one of their most important players both offensively and defensively - helping them to reach finals contention once again this year.

John Stockton is a retired NBA point guard who played for the Utah Jazz from 1984 to 2003. He was drafted 16th overall in the 1984 NBA draft and went on to play 14 seasons with the Jazz, earning 11 All-Star appearances and two MVP awards.

After retiring as a player, he served as an assistant coach with the Sacramento Kings from 2006 to 2013 before joining the Golden State Warriors coaching staff in 2014. In 2017, he became head coach of Stockton Heat FC of the American Basketball Association (ABA).

John Stockton was born on March 26, 1962, in Spokane, Washington, and raised in Gonzaga Prep School where he starred for four years before going on to attend G John Stockton is best known for his incredible mastery of the point guard position and his 12-year career with the Utah Jazz.

He was a 10-time NBA All-Star, 2x First Team All-NBA (1994, 1995), 6x Second Team All-NBA (1988–1990, 1992, 1993, 1996), 3x Third Team All-NBA (1991, 1997, 1999), and 5x NBA All-Defensive Second Team player. 

John also holds many records in both regular season and playoffs play: 9× assists leader (1988–1996), 2× steals leader (1989, 1992) and most games played in an era with 19000+ minutes played – 18781 total between 1988/89 - 2004/05.

He retired as one of only 4 players to have their jersey number retired by two different teams: No 12 by Utah Jazz; No 12 Gonzaga Bulldogs.

Karl Malone is often considered one of the best power forwards in NBA history. He played for the Utah Jazz from 1985 to 2004 and was inducted into the Basketball Hall of Fame in 2009.

Karl Malone was born on July 24, 1963, in Summerfield, Louisiana. After high school, Malone attended Louisiana Tech where he played college basketball until 1985. 

The 13th overall pick in the 1985 NBA draft by the Utah Jazz, Karl Malone made an immediate impact as a power forward with his aggressive play and strong rebounding skills.

Over 18 seasons with Utah and two more with Houston (2004–2005), Malone won three MVP awards, five All-Star games, four scoring titles, and two regular season championships while averaging 26 points per game or more nine times apiece Karl Malone was a dominant player in the NBA for over 20 years, winning multiple awards and titles. 

He helped lead the Utah Jazz to two Championships and is widely considered one of the best players in league history.

Malone has also been involved with various charities throughout his career, including work with autism awareness.

Adrian Dantley was a prolific scorer in the NBA for over 20 years, and is one of only two players (the other being Kareem Abdul-Jabbar) to score more than 25,000 points in his career.

Adrian Dantley began his professional basketball career with the Buffalo Braves before being traded to the Houston Rockets midway through his rookie season. 

After spending four seasons with Houston, Dantley was traded to the Milwaukee Bucks where he would spend most of his time playing for them over the next decade.

In 1992, Dantley joined forces with Michael Jordan on the Chicago Bulls and helped lead them to three consecutive championships during that period. 

Following retirement as a player, Adrian Dantley went on to become head coach of the Utah Jazz from 2003 until 2011, amassing a record of 342–269 (.553).

Pete Maravich was one of the greatest players in NBA history and is widely regarded as one of the best ever. He was known for his incredible shooting ability, which made him a dominant force on the court.

Maravich spent most of his career with the Atlanta Hawks, where he helped lead them to several championships. He also played for the New Orleans Jazz and Orlando Magic before retiring in 1988. Pete Maravich died from injuries sustained in a car accident just two years after retiring from professional basketball.

His death has left an indelible mark on both sports and popular culture alike. Pete Maravich was a shooting guard who played in the NBA for nearly 20 seasons. 

He is best known for his scoring ability, which earned him five All-Star appearances and two Second-Team All-NBA honors. Maravich led Georgia to consecutive National Championships as a junior and senior before being drafted by the Atlanta Hawks in 1970.

In his first season with the team, he won rookie of the year honors and helped lead them to their only championship win in franchise history that same year. 

After spending four seasons with Atlanta, Maravich was traded to the Utah Jazz where he became an integral part of one of the most successful franchises in league history. 

The Jazz made three straight Finals appearances during his time there, winning championships in 1978 and 1979; both times he averaged over 20 points per game on route to earning MVP awards both years respectively.

Following another brief stint with New Orleans (where he teamed up again with Karl Malone), Pete retired from professional basketball after playing for Boston during 1980–81 season. 

Overall, Maravich finished his career ranked sixth all-time in scoring average at 28 points per game while holding records for Most Points Scored In A Season (1977) and Most Assists Per Game (7).

Deron Williams is a retired point guard who played in the NBA for 10 seasons. He was drafted third overall by the Utah Jazz in 2005 and spent five seasons with them before joining the New Jersey/Brooklyn Nets franchise in 2011.

Deron won an NBA championship with the Brooklyn Nets in 2017, his last season playing professionally. Deron Williams is a three-time NBA All-Star and two-time All-NBA Second Team selection. In 2005, he was the consensus second-team All-American.

Andrei Kirilenko is a Russian-American power forward and small forward who played in the NBA for 13 seasons. Kirilenko was drafted 24th overall by the Utah Jazz in 1999, and he spent most of his career with them before moving to CSKA Moscow in 2011.

He averaged 18 points per game during his 10 years with Utah, but he became more known for his defensive abilities after joining CSKA Moscow, where he won three Russian League titles and two EuroLeague championships. 

In 2015, Kirilenko retired from professional basketball following a stint with the Brooklyn Nets that coincided with Russia's successful bid to host the 2018 FIBA World Cup.

Andrei Kirilenko has since started working as an ambassador for Nike Russia, helping promote their products across the country Andrei Kirilenko was a versatile player who could play multiple positions on the court. 

He started his career with the Minnesota Timberwolves and played there for six seasons before being traded to the Brooklyn Nets. After spending two seasons with the Nets, he signed with CSKA Moscow in 2015 where he continued to produce offensively until retiring in 2018.

Andrei Kirilenko is a three-time Russian League MVP and four-time Russian Player of the Year recipient, as well as a EuroBasket MVP and EuroLeague Top Rebounder.

9. Mark Eaton

Eaton was a versatile player who excelled at both shooting and defense. After playing college basketball for UCLA, he was drafted by the Utah Jazz in 1982.

He played for the Jazz until 1994, helping them to several playoff appearances during that time. In 1997, Eaton signed with the Orlando Magic where he spent two seasons before retiring from professional basketball.

After his retirement from basketball, Eaton pursued a career in business; he currently works as an executive vice president of operations for a manufacturing company in Park City, Utah Eaton was selected by the Utah Jazz with the No.

53 pick in the 1982 NBA Draft. Eaton played for the Jazz from 1982 to 1994, where he won two NBA Defensive Player of the Year awards and three All-Defensive First Team selections. 

After retiring from playing basketball, Eaton served as a color commentator for both television broadcasts and online streaming platforms during his time with ESPN/ABC networks until 2017 when he left due to personal reasons.

Mark Eaton is currently an ambassador for Be The Match cancer foundation which helps find bone marrow donors worldwide who can save lives by curing blood cancers like leukemia or lymphoma using stem cells collected after death from people who have a matching genetic makeup (Eaton’s mother died from leukemia).

Carlos Boozer played for the Cleveland Cavaliers from 2002 to 2004. He then played for the Utah Jazz from 2004 to 2010. Carlos Boozer was a power forward and is considered one of the best players in Cav's history.

He is now retired but has worked as an analyst on ESPN since 2017 Carlos Boozer is a former NBA player who played for the Chicago Bulls, Los Angeles Lakers and Guangdong Southern Tigers. He has appeared in two All-Star games and was an all-NBA third-team selection in 2008.

Carlos Boozer was born on December 12th, 1980 in Newark, New Jersey. At Michigan State, he led the Spartans to their first NCAA championship since 1984 and won. 

First-team All-ACC honors as a junior after averaging 18 points and 10 rebounds per game en route to being named Third Team All-American by both the Associated Press (AP) and National Association of Basketball Coaches (NABC).

After being drafted with the No 17 overall pick by Chicago, Boozer helped lead them to 3 consecutive conference finals appearances before joining forces with Kobe Bryant at LA. 

Where they won 2 championships together during his 4 seasons there before retiring at the end of the 2016/17 season playing for the Guangdong Southern Tigers of China's CBA league.

Mike Conley Jr. is a professional basketball player who currently plays for the Utah Jazz in the NBA. 

He was born on October 11, 1987, in Fayetteville, Arkansas, and played college basketball at Ohio State before being drafted by the Memphis Grizzlies in 2007.

Conley has been an integral part of the Memphis Grizzlies since he joined the team as a rookie and has helped them win two championships (2008–09 and 2013). 

He is also a three-time All-Star (2012, 2014, 2017) and was named to the NBA's All-Defensive First Team in 2016.

Injuries have limited him to just 59 games over the past two seasons but he is expected to be fully recovered by 2019/20 when he will likely resume his place as one of the best point guards in league history. 

Mike Conley Jr. is a professional basketball player who has played for the Memphis Grizzlies and Utah Jazz in the NBA.

He was drafted by Memphis with the fifth overall pick in 2007 and has since won three league championships, two All-Star appearances, and been named to an All-Defensive Team twice. Born in Dayton, Ohio on March 7th, 1984, Conley attended Oak Hill Academy in Mouth of Wilson. 

Virginia before playing college ball at Athens College where he averaged 21 points per game as a senior en route to being named first-team all-conference and NABC Division II Player of The Year.

After leaving college early due to NCAA sanctions which were later lifted after pleading guilty to reduced charges concerning his involvement with an illegal gambling ring while still attending. 

Athens College, Conley joined the US National Team Development Program under head coach Jerry Colangelo where he helped lead them to victory at the 2004 World Championship. 

The tournament as well as garnering MVP honors despite averaging just 12 minutes per game over four games played including one off-the-bench role against Spain's Real Madrid junior team (the eventual Euroleague Champions).

Following his time spent with USA Basketball along with a summer workout stint with then reigning NBA Champion Detroit Pistons that included meeting then superstar Shaquille O'Neal – whom he credits for giving him "a lot of inspiration. Conley was selected by Memphis ahead of such highly touted draft prospects. 

LeBron James, Dwyane Wade, and Chris Bosh during what turned out to be one of franchise history’s most successful picks ever despite having only appeared in 41 games. 

Over two seasons due to recurring injuries suffered throughout his rookie campaign (2007–08). Which limited him primarily to shooting guard duties behind starting point guards. 

Tony Allen and Mike Miller respectively; nevertheless scored 16 points per contest on 43% shooting from 3-point range en route earning. 

Western Conference Rookie Of The Month honors for December 2007 following consecutive 20+ point performances against Sacramento Kings (#9/#10) & Seattle SuperSonics (#8/#9).

Due largely in part due to those aforementioned injuries combined along with inconsistent play both offensively & defensively - particularly during stretches when healthy - through much of his sophomore season (2008–09). 

It wasn't until late February 2009 that head coach Rick Majerus finally inserted Conley into the starter's minutes alongside. Allen again leading up to him winning 27 consecutive games stretching all the way back tot eh end of January 2010 – their longest winning.

Jordan Clarkson is a 30-year-old shooting guard and a point guard who was drafted by the Utah Jazz in the second round of the 2010 NBA Draft. He played college basketball at Tulsa, where he won back-to-back NCAA national championships in 2013 and 2014.

After spending two seasons with the Jazz, Clarkson was traded to the Cleveland Cavaliers in 2015 as part of an eight-player deal that sent George Hill to Utah. 

In his five seasons with Cleveland, he has averaged 17 points, four rebounds, and three assists per game while playing 43% of his games off the bench or less due to various injuries sustained over time.

On July 6th 2019, it was announced that Jordan Clarkson had been waived by the Cavs following their acquisition of Jose Calderon from Toronto Jordan Clarkson was drafted 46th overall by the Washington Wizards in the 2014 NBA draft. 

Jordan Clarkson played for both the Los Angeles Lakers and the D-Fenders before joining Cleveland in 2018. Jordan Clarkson is a two-time All-Rookie First Team selection, as well as a Second-team All-SEC honoree during his collegiate career at UCLA.

Hornacek was a shooting guard and point guard in the NBA for 14 seasons. He has been a coaching consultant with the Utah Jazz since 2011. Hornacek is known for his tireless work ethic and ability to get his players up and play hard on any given night.

He is considered one of the best coaches in modern basketball history, having led several teams to postseason appearances over the past few years. Hornacek played for the Phoenix Suns and Philadelphia 76ers in his playing career. 

Hornacek was an assistant coach for the Utah Jazz from 2011 to 2013, before being promoted to head coach of the Suns in January of 2014.

In his two seasons as head coach of the Suns, he led them to a 38-44 record before being fired midway through the 2016 season. Hornacek then became head coach of the Knicks in March 2018, but was dismissed just over one year later after compiling a 17-65 record throughout his tenure with New York City.

Joe Ingles is a small forward and power forward for the Milwaukee Bucks in the NBA. 

He was born on October 2, 1987 in Adelaide, Australia. Joe attended high school at Pasadena (Adelaide, South Australia) and Lake Ginninderra (Canberra, ACT).

In 2005 he played with the Australian Institute of Sport before being drafted by the Utah Jazz in 2009 without playing any professional games. Joe has been with the Jazz ever since and has averaged 8 points per game over his career so far.

Darrell Griffith was a shooting guard who played for the Utah Jazz from 1980 to 1991. He was drafted by the Jazz in 1980 and became one of their most important players during that time.

In 1990, he led the team in scoring with 21 points per game and helped them make it to the playoffs that year. After leaving Utah, Griffith had brief stints with several other teams before retiring in 1991 at the age of 34.

Griffith was a four-time All-American and two-time NCAA champion at Louisville. He was drafted by the Utah Jazz in the first round of the 1981 NBA Draft and went on to become one of their all-time greats, winning an NBA Rookie of the Year award in 1981, as well as being selected to three All-Rookie First Teams.

Griffith also won an MVP Award during his time with Utah, helping them make it to the playoffs six times over his eight seasons there - including back-to-back appearances in 1997 and 1998. 

On July 23rd, 2001, Griffith announced his retirement from professional basketball after playing for 16 years - making him one of only five players ever to achieve this feat (joining Karl Malone, Michael Jordan, Kobe Bryant and Dirk Nowitzki).

Darrell is now retired from basketball but still involved in various charity work; most notably serving as Vice President for Basketball Operations for USA Basketball since 2015.

Bailey was a powerful power forward and center who had a long playing career in the NBA. Bailey was selected by the Utah Jazz with the seventh overall pick in the 1983 draft, and he played for them from 1983 to 1999.

Bailey won a championship with Utah in 1995, and he also made two All-Star appearances during his career. Bailey finished his playing days with stints with the Timberwolves (1991–1994) and Chicago Bulls (1999). Bailey was an All-ACC selection in both his junior and senior seasons at NC State.

Bojan Bogdanović was born on April 18, 1989, in Mostar, SR Bosnia and Herzegovina. He played college basketball at Real Madrid where he averaged 11 points and 5 rebounds per game over three seasons.

Al Jefferson is a former NBA center and power forward. He was drafted by the Boston Celtics in 2004 and played for them from 2004-2018. Jefferson had an impressive career with Minnesota Timberwolves before joining the Hornets in 2018.

Paul Millsap is a 2017–2018 All-Star and 2-time Defensive Player of the Year. He was drafted by the Utah Jazz in 2006 and has played for them since then, except for one season where he spent time with the Atlanta Hawks.

In his 17 seasons in the NBA, Millsap has averaged 18 points per game and 8 rebounds per game. His contract with the Denver Nuggets expires at the end of 2020, so it will be interesting to see what he does next year. Millsap is a versatile player who can play both forward positions.

Millsap was drafted by the Utah Jazz in 2006 and has played for them since then. He is a three-time All-Star and two-time Defensive Second Team selection, as well as being WAC Player of the Year twice. 

In 2013, he signed with the Atlanta Hawks and has been there ever since - making him one of only six players to have stayed with one team throughout their NBA career so far.

Millsap will miss part of the season after undergoing surgery on his left thumb but is expected to make a full recovery in time for next year's campaign hopefully. 

Paul loves playing against fellow countryman Damian Lillard, stating that they are "two gunslingers going at it."

After retiring as a player, Malone began coaching with the Sixers' D-League affiliate Delaware 87ers in 2006.

After retiring as a player, Malone became an assistant coach with the San Diego Stingrays before joining the Columbus Riverdragons in 2005. In 2006, he joined the Florida Flame as head coach and led them to two playoff appearances before leaving at the end of that season.

Since then, Malone has been working as an analyst for ESPN and TNT while also pursuing other coaching opportunities.

Jeremy Evans was born on October 24, 1987, in Monroe, Louisiana. He attended Crossett High School where he played basketball for the varsity team. After graduating from high school, Evans went to Western Kentucky University and starred for the Hilltoppers as a power forward and center.

Malik Beasley is a 26-year-old shooting guard and small forward for the Utah Jazz. Malik was originally drafted by the Atlanta Hawks in the second round of the 2015 NBA draft, but he never played for them because he was traded to Denver Nuggets just three months later.

He had a breakout season with Denver in 2020, averaging 20 points, six rebounds, and two assists per game while helping them reach the playoffs. In 2021, Malik signed with Phoenix Suns as a free agent but only managed to play 14 games before being waived again. 

In 2024, he joined Milwaukee Bucks and once again had an impressive season statistically – scoring 21 points per game on 46% shooting from three-point range en route to winning the Sixth Man of The Year Award.

Kelly Olynyk was born in Toronto, Ontario on April 19th, 1991. He played college basketball for Gonzaga before being drafted by the Dallas Mavericks in 2013.

Alec Burks was a highly sought-after shooting guard prospect coming out of high school, and he showed plenty of promise in his freshman season at Colorado.

The Detroit Pistons took him with the 12th overall pick in the 2011 NBA draft, and he has since emerged as one of the most promising young point guards in the league.

John Drew was born in Alabama in 1954. He played college basketball at Gardner–Webb and then went on to play professional basketball for the Atlanta Hawks from 1974-1986.

John had a successful playing career, winning two NBA Championships with the Hawks in 1978 and 1982. After retiring from professional basketball, he pursued a number of business ventures before passing away in 2022 aged 67 years old.

John Drew was a standout player in the 1970s and 1980s, winning two NBA All-Star games and being named to the CBA Newcomer of the Year award. 

After playing for several teams in his early years, Drew made an impact with Utah Jazz before being traded to the Atlanta Hawks where he became one of their key players. I

Tinsley was a five-time All-Star and two-time champion with the Indiana Pacers. He averaged 19 points, 4 assists, and 3 rebounds in his NBA career. Tinsley has also played for the Memphis Grizzlies, Atlanta Hawks, Milwaukee Bucks, Sacramento Kings, Washington Wizards, and Minnesota Timberwolves over the course of 13 seasons.

In 2013 he retired from professional basketball after playing for six different teams in nine years Jamaal Tinsley is a professional basketball player who has played for the Indiana Pacers, Memphis Grizzlies, Los Angeles D-Fenders and Utah Jazz in his career. 

He was voted to the NBA All-Rookie Second Team in 2002 and Consensus second-team All-American in 2001.

In 2001 he became Big 12 Player of the Year after averaging 18 points and 8 assists per game while helping lead the Wildcats to an appearance in the NCAA Tournament as a No. 16 seed where they lost to eventual champion Syracuse 90–81. 

Jamaal Tinsley signed with Indiana as an undrafted free agent out of Kentucky University in 2001 and averaged over 10 points per game from 2002 until 2009 when he was traded to Memphis before retiring due to knee surgery after playing just 47 games that season due to injury.

After retirement from basketball, Jamaal started working as an assistant coach for Weber State University under head coach Randy Rahe from 2011 until 2013 before being hired by current Phoenix Suns head coach Jeff Hornacek on June 14th, 2014.

Horton-Tucker is a young shooting guard who played college basketball for Iowa State. Horton-Tucker was drafted by the Utah Jazz in the 2020 NBA draft and will be playing with them this season.

Horton-Tucker has a good shot and can create shots for himself or others on the court. He is not afraid to take risks, which sometimes works out and other times does not - but he always gives it his all regardless of what happens.

Horton-Tucker is an exciting player to watch due to his high energy level on the court, as well as his ability to make shots from anywhere on the floor Talen Horton-Tucker was selected 46th overall in the 2019 NBA draft by the Orlando Magic.

The 6'7" shooting guard went to play for two teams this past season, first with the Los Angeles Lakers and then with the South Bay Lakers of the G League before signing a contract with Utah Jazz as a free agent in June 2020. 

In his rookie year, Horton-Tucker averaged 10 points per game on 47% shooting from three-point range en route to being named an All-Rookie Second Team selection.

He has since increased that average each year, culminating in becoming an all-time great marksman for Utah averaging 27 points per game last season while knocking down over 50% of his shots from downtown.
