Louis Vasquez started his NFL career with the San Diego Chargers in 2009. After two seasons with the Chargers, Vasquez was traded to the Denver Broncos in 2012.

In 2013, Vasquez signed a one-year deal with the Oakland Raiders and played for them until 2016. 

In 2017, Louis Vasquez signed a three-year contract with the Arizona Cardinals and currently plays for them as their starting guard Vasquez was drafted by the Denver Broncos in 2009 and started 101 games for them over the course of six seasons.

Vasquez became a Super Bowl champion with the Broncos in 2015, after they defeated the Carolina Panthers 43-8. Vasquez has also been named to first-team All-Pro twice (2013, 2017) and is currently an unrestricted free agent.

Louis Vasquez attended Rancho Cucamonga High School before going on to play college football at UTEP. After his NFL career ended, Louis Vasquez began working as an analyst for Fox Sports 1 covering major events such as Wimbledon and UGA Football Games.

Patrick Mahomes II is the son of Patrick Mahomes, who was the starting quarterback for the Kansas City Chiefs in 2017 and won a Super Bowl with them that year.

He played college football at Texas Tech where he set several records, including the most touchdown passes in a season (43) and most total touchdowns (70). After his successful collegiate career, Mahomes was drafted by the Chiefs in the first round of the 2017 NFL Draft.

As of 2019, he has led or shared top honors with three different teams on their way to victory: The Kansas City Chiefs (2017), Los Angeles Rams (2018), and New England Patriots (2019). Patrick Mahomes II is a talented quarterback who has had an incredible career in the NFL.

He has won multiple awards, including Super Bowl MVP and NFL Most Valuable Player, and is one of the best players in the league. Patrick Mahomes II also holds several records, including the most touchdown passes in a season and career.

Zach Thomas was drafted by the Miami Dolphins in 1996 and played for them from 1996-2007. He signed with the Dallas Cowboys after his release from the Miami Dolphins and played for them from 2008-2009.

Zac Thomas spent a year with the Kansas City Chiefs before retiring in 2009. Zac Thomas is a 7-time Pro Bowler and 2-time NFL Alumni Linebacker of the Year. He was drafted by the Miami Dolphins in the third round of the 1996 draft and spent his entire career with them.

Thomas had an outstanding career as a run defender, recording 1,720 tackles, 20.5 sacks, two interceptions, and seven Pro Bowl appearances throughout it all. 

After hanging up his cleats following the 2006 season, he became an analyst for CBS Sports Network covering NFL games pregame show coverage on Sundays from 2007 to 2013 before retiring completely in 2014 at age 39 years old. 

Due to health concerns related to numerous concussions he sustained during his playing days (he has since been diagnosed with chronic traumatic encephalopathy).

Wes Welker was a wide receiver for the San Diego Chargers and Miami Dolphins from 2004 to 2006. Wes Welker helped lead the Dolphins to two playoff appearances during his time in Miami, including their victory over the New England Patriots in 2010.

In 2013, Wes Welker became the receivers coach for the New England Patriots after previously serving as an assistant offensive coordinator under Bill Belichick with the Browns (2008–2010).

 Wes Welker is a well-known and respected NFL player who has spent his entire career with the New England Patriots.

Jordyn Brooks was born on October 21, 1997, in Dallas, Texas. She attended Stratford High School before enrolling at Texas Tech University where she played linebacker for the Red Raiders.

In 2020, Jordyn was drafted by the Seattle Seahawks with their first-round pick (27th overall) in the 2020 NFL Draft and has since been a regular starter for them. 

Jordyn is married to her college sweetheart and they have one child together who was born in 2019.

Jordyn Brooks is a 2019 second-team All-American linebacker for the Kansas Jayhawks. Jordyn was drafted in the sixth round of the 2020 NFL Draft by the Buffalo Bills. 

Jordyn has played in 41 games with 36 starts, totaling 398 tackles, 2 sacks, 12 pass deflections, and 1 forced fumble.

In addition to her play on the field, Jordyn is also known for her work as an ambassador for the charity and her contribution to her community through events like “Big Brothers Big Sisters”.

Allen was a highly-touted linebacker prospect coming out of high school, and he did not disappoint in his college career with the Texas Tech Red Raiders.

He started all 44 games he played for the team during his time there, recording 191 total tackles (106 solo), 10 sacks, 2 interceptions, and 4 passes defended.

Allen made an immediate impact in the NFL as a rookie with the Los Angeles Rams, tallying 47 total tackles (26 solo) and 3 sacks in 16 games played. Unfortunately for Allen and the Rams, they were unable to make it past their first playoff game that season.

The Oakland Raiders took notice ofAllen's play during his rookie year and signed him to a three-year contract worth $15 million dollars early in 2019 offseason. Injuries have been an issue for Allen thus far though - 

He has only managed to play in 5 games so far this season due to various injuries including ankle, back/neck surgeries Thankfully though Raider Nation is hoping that things turn around soon for their young defensive star.

Sammy Morris played football for the Buffalo Bills and Miami Dolphins from 2000 to 2003. After playing in the NFL, Morris became an assistant director of player support development at Texas Tech.

Sammy Morris is a native of Oxford, England who attended John Jay High School before attending Texas Tech University. Morris has worked with players from all levels of football and knows how to help them reach their potential on and off the field.

Sammy Morris is known for his positive attitude towards life and his dedication to his work Morris is best known for his time as a running back with the Dallas Cowboys. 

Morris was one of the most prolific rushers in NFL history, amassing 3,053 yards on the ground and scoring 26 touchdowns during his career.

Morris also played an important role in New England's Super Bowl victory over Arizona in 2016. 

After spending two years with Dean College, Morris has been appointed running backs & special teams coach at Texas Tech University where he will work with rising stars such as Jason Sanders and Kameron Martin.

Crabtree played football at Dallas Carter High School before transferring to Texas Tech. He was drafted by the San Francisco 49ers in 2009 and made his NFL debut with them that year.

Crabtree spent four seasons with the 49ers, winning a Super Bowl title in 2013. After leaving San Francisco, Crabtree joined Oakland Raiders and then Baltimore Ravens before retiring in 2018.

Michael Crabtree is a three-time first-team All-American and two-time Biletnikoff Award winner. 

He was also a unanimous selection to the Big 12 Conference’s first team as a freshman in 2007, and finished his college career ranked second all time with 154 receptions for 2,753 yards and 22 touchdowns.

A five-year starter at Texas Tech, Michael was drafted by the Oakland Raiders in 2009 where he had an impressive rookie campaign with 71 catches for 1,115 yards and six touchdowns before being released after one season due to salary cap reasons. 

He then signed with San Francisco 49ers where he played until 2014 when he was traded to Baltimore Ravens who eventually let him go after just one season there too due to salary cap reasons again.

This year (2015) Michael has been back playing football professionally in Arizona Cardinals and so far has impressed scouts with 14 receptions for 283 yards and one touchdown.

Kliff Kingsbury is a former quarterback in the NFL who has had a successful coaching career. He played for the New England Patriots and the New Orleans Saints in the early 2000s.

He then had a short stint with the Denver Broncos before spending time as the backup quarterback for the Texas Tech Red Raiders. In 2017, he was hired as the head coach of the UCLA Bruins football team.

Kingsbury is credited with helping to turn around the fortunes of the New England Patriots during his time as a player. He is also known for his creative play-calling and ability to adapt to different situations.

As a coach, Kingsbury has led his teams to a number of victories, including a berth in the College Football Playoff. In his first season at UCLA, he led the team to an 8-5 record. Kingsbury is a highly-rated coach and is considered to be one of the best in the business.

10. Gabriel Rivera

Gabriel Rivera was a nose tackle for the San Antonio Spurs and Dallas Cowboys. He was drafted by the Cowboys in the 1st round of the 1983 NFL Draft. Rivera played in the NFL for 10 seasons and was a part of the Cowboys' Super Bowl XII and XXVII teams.

Rivera was born in Crystal City, Texas, in 1961. He attended San Antonio's Jefferson High School and played college football at Texas Tech. Rivera made his NFL debut with the Cowboys in 1983. He was a part of the team that won Super Bowl XII in 1993 and Super Bowl XXVII in 1995.

Rivera retired from the NFL in 1998 after playing for the San Francisco 49ers and the Tampa Bay Buccaneers. 

He later became a football coach and was the head coach of the San Antonio Silver Stars of the WNBA. Rivera died on July 16, 2018, at the age of 57. He was survived by his wife, children, and grandchildren.

Wilson was drafted in the sixth round of the 2020 NFL Draft by the Jacksonville Jaguars. Wilson is currently a member of the Jacksonville Jaguars' practice squad. Tyree Wilson was a two-time first-team All-American at West Rusk High School in New London, Texas.

Wilson was a two-time first-team All-Big 12 player at Oklahoma. Wilson was drafted in the fifth round of the 2018 NFL Draft by the Arizona Cardinals. 

Wilson signed a four-year, $2.3 million contract with the Cardinals in May 2018. Wilson made his NFL debut in Week 1 of the 2018 season.

Wilson recorded his first NFL touchdown in Week 11 of the 2018 season. Wilson was released by the Cardinals on September 1, 2018. 

Wilson was signed to the Philadelphia Eagles’ practice squad on September 5, 2018. Wilson was waived by the Eagles on November 5, 2018. Wilson was signed to the Seattle Seahawks’ practice squad on November 8, 2018.

Jakeem Grant was born in Athens, Texas in 1992. He attended John Horn High School and played for the Texas Tech Red Raiders. Grant was drafted by the Miami Dolphins in the 2016 NFL Draft, but never played for them.

He was signed by the Chicago Bears in the offseason, but was released in February 2021. Grant was signed by the Cleveland Browns in May 2022 and has been with them ever since. 

Grant is a talented and versatile player who has been a major contributor for the Cowboys the past few seasons.

Grant is a threat as a receiver and runner, and has been a Pro Bowl and Second-team All-Pro selection in the past. Grant is coming off a strong season in which he caught 100 passes for 1,140 yards and seven touchdowns. 

Grant is a valuable asset on both offense and defense, and should continue to be a key player for the Cowboys moving forward.

Le'Raven Clark was drafted by the Indianapolis Colts in the third round of the 2016 NFL Draft. Clark played college football at Texas Tech and was a three-year starter.

Clark has appeared in 36 games over the course of his career, starting in all but one. Clark has been a mainstay on the Colts' offensive line, starting all but one of the games he's played in.

Clark is a tall and imposing tackle who is known for his strength and power. Clark is set to become a free agent in 2020 and will likely be looking for a new team to continue his career. Le'Raven Clark is a versatile player that played both tackle and guard at Texas Tech.

He was a second-team All-Big 12 selection as a tackle in his first two seasons at Texas Tech. He was drafted by the Philadelphia Eagles in the third round of the 2015 NFL Draft. 

He has started 18 games at guard and six games at tackle during his career. Clark has been a reliable player for the Eagles, starting all 64 games he has played in.

Clark has also been a reliable receiver out of the guard position, catching 31 balls for 359 yards and three touchdowns. Clark is considered one of the best guard prospects in the draft, and he could be a starter at either tackle or guard in the NFL. 

Clark is a versatile player that can play both tackle and guard, making him a valuable asset to any team.

Clark is a quality player that will be an important part of the Philadelphia Eagles' future.

14. Kerry Hyder

Hyder was undrafted in the 2014 NFL Draft, but was signed by the New York Jets. He played for the Detroit Lions from 2015-2018 and the Dallas Cowboys from 2019.

Hyder had a successful tenure with the Lions, recording 44 sacks in five seasons. With Dallas, Hyder recorded six sacks in 2019. Hyder is coming off a successful season with the 49ers, recording six sacks in 12 games.

Kerry Hyder was a two-time Second-team All-Big 12 selection at Texas. Hyder was drafted by the San Francisco 49ers in the fourth round of the 2018 NFL Draft. Hyder is listed as a linebacker on the 49ers' roster and is expected to compete for a spot on the team's 53-man roster.

E.J. Holub was a linebacker for the Dallas Texans and Kansas City Chiefs from 1961-1970. He was a two-time All-American and was selected in the first round of the NFL Draft in 1961.

Holub was inducted into the Texas Tech Sports Hall of Fame in 1984 and the Lubbock County Sports Hall of Fame in 1993. 

Holub passed away on September 21, 2019 at the age of 81. Holub was a two-time first-team All-American at Texas Tech University and was drafted by the Kansas City Chiefs in the first round of the 1960 NFL Draft.

Holub played for the Chiefs for six seasons and was part of their Super Bowl IV championship team. After his playing career, Holub served as the Chiefs' team vice president from 1977 to 1984. 

Holub was inducted into the Kansas City Chiefs Hall of Fame in 1985. Holub was also named to the Texas Tech Red Raiders' All-Century team in 2000.

Holub currently resides in Kansas City, Missouri, and is the owner of a landscaping business. Holub is married and has three children. 

Holub is a member of the National Football Foundation and Hall of Fame. Holub is a humanitarian and has donated money to a number of charities over the years.

Anderson was a running back for the Green Bay Packers from 1966-1971. He was selected in the first round of the 1965 NFL Draft and played for the Packers for six seasons.

DeAndre Washington was a highly-touted running back prospect coming out of high school. He played two seasons at Texas Tech before being drafted by the Oakland Raiders in the fifth round of the 2016 NFL Draft.

Washington made his NFL debut in the 2016 season and played in 16 games, rushing for 469 yards and three touchdowns. He made a big impact in the 2017 season, becoming the Raiders' lead rusher with 1,077 yards on 217 carries (5.3 yards per carry).

Byron Hanspard was drafted by the Atlanta Falcons in the second round of the 1997 NFL Draft. He played for the Atlanta Falcons (1997-1999) and the Tampa Bay Buccaneers (2000-2002).

Dave Parks was a standout receiver and tight end for the Texas Tech Red Raiders from 1962-1967. He was drafted by the San Francisco 49ers in the first round of the 1964 NFL Draft and played for the 49ers for four seasons.

Parks was a huge part of the 49ers' offense during his time in the league, recording over 1,000 receiving yards and 10 touchdowns in his four seasons. He also made a significant contribution on the ground, recording over 1,000 yards and 10 touchdowns as a receiver and tight end.

Parks retired from the NFL after the 1967 season and went on to have a successful career in coaching, most notably with the Texas Tech Red Raiders. 

He was inducted into the Texas Tech Athletics Hall of Fame in 1990 and the College Football Hall of Fame in 2003. Dave Parks passed away on August 8, 2019 at the age of 77 after a long battle with cancer.

Hadnot was drafted in the 1980 NFL Draft by the Philadelphia Eagles, but he never played in the league. After his NFL career, Hadnot worked as a football coach at Lubbock High School. He died on March 30, 2017 after a long battle with cancer.

James Hadnot was a pioneer in the sport of football, and his legacy will live on in the hearts of his fans. James Hadnot was drafted by the Chiefs in 1980 and played for them from 1980 to 1983. In 1985, the Gunslingers signed him and he played for them until he retired in 1992.

Watts played cornerback for the Tampa Bay Buccaneers from 1985-1991 and the New Orleans Saints from 1992-1994. In 1995, he was a member of the Atlanta Falcons.

He signed with the Chicago Bears in 1997, but retired after one season. Watts has since worked as a football analyst for various networks. He was inducted into the Tampa Bay Buccaneers Hall of Fame in 2002.

Daniel Loper is a former professional football player who played for the Tennessee Titans from 2005 to 2008. Loper was originally drafted in the fifth round of the 2005 NFL Draft by the Tennessee Titans.

Loper played college football at Texas Tech. Loper was a member of the Titans' 2005, 2007, and 2008 teams. Loper retired from professional football in 2008. Loper currently coaches football at a high school in Texas.

Smith was drafted by the Baltimore Ravens in the 7th round of the 2005 NFL Draft. He played for the Ravens from 2005-2008, before moving on to play for the Minnesota Vikings from 2009-2011.

Smith played a significant role in the Vikings' success in the 2010 and 2011 seasons, winning two NFC North titles. He signed with the Tampa Bay Buccaneers as a free agent in 2012, but was released just a few months later.

Smith has since retired from playing football, but remains a coach in the NFL. Mike Smith has had a long and successful career coaching linebackers in the NFL. 

Smith was a linebackers coach with the New York Jets from 2010-2011, before joining the coaching staff of the Texas Tech Red Raiders in 2012.

He was promoted to defensive coordinator in 2014, and continued in that role with the Texas Tech Red Raiders until 2015. Smith then joined the Kansas City Chiefs as assistant defensive line coach in 2016, before being promoted to outside linebackers coach in 2017. 

He has been with the Green Bay Packers since 2019, and has been their outside linebackers coach since 2021.

Harrell played quarterback for the Saskatchewan Roughriders in 2009, but did not make an NFL roster. After playing quarterback for the Saskatchewan Roughriders, Harrell became the offensive coordinator and quarterbacks coach for the Green Bay Packers.

In his three seasons with the Packers, Harrell helped the team win two consecutive NFC North titles. Harrell is currently the offensive coordinator and quarterbacks coach for the Purdue Boilermakers. 

Harrell has a wealth of coaching experience, including time as the quarterbacks coach for the Texas Tech Red Raiders.

Harrell is known for his innovative offensive schemes, which have helped him develop some of the NFL's top quarterbacks.

Harrell is considered one of the most successful offensive coordinators in the NFL, and he is widely respected by his peers.
