Stamkos is a talented and skilled hockey player who has been able to achieve great success with the Tampa Bay Lightning. 

Stamkos was born in Canada but grew up playing hockey for minor league teams before being drafted by the Lightning in 2008.

He has won multiple awards, including two Conn Smythe Trophies as MVP of the playoffs, during his time with the Lighting. 

Stamkos is set to become an unrestricted free agent at the end of this season and there are many rumors linking him to a move away from Tampa Bay.

However, he has yet to confirm any plans and will most likely decide what route he takes later this year. 

Stamkos is one of the most exciting players in NHL history and his ability on the ice guarantees that he will continue achieving great things for years to come. 

Stamkos was the first overall draft pick in 2008 by the Tampa Bay Lightning.

Stamkos has had a successful career with the Lightning, leading them to two Stanley Cup appearances and one Eastern Conference championship. 

Stamkos is also a key member of Canada's national team, having won gold at both the 2014 Olympics and World Championships. He will be an important player for years to come as he continues to develop his skills on ice.

Nikita Kucherov is a talented and skilled player who has been developing at an impressive rate since joining the Tampa Bay Lightning in 2014. 

He has scored over 100 goals in each of his four seasons with the team, making him one of their most important players.

Kucherov was also named to the NHL All-Star Team for the 2017–2018 season, becoming only the third Russian player ever to be nominated for that award. 

His success on the ice has led to him being featured as a model for various brands and magazines, including GQ Russia and L'Officiel Hommes France among others.

Victor Hedman is a defenseman for the Tampa Bay Lightning. He was drafted by the Bolts with their first-round pick, number seven overall in 2008. 

Hedman has made an impact on both ends of the ice during his time in Tampa Bay and has twice been named to the NHL All-Star Team (2011, 2013).

Injuries have slowed down Hedman in recent years but he is still considered one of the best defenders in the game. 

Victor Hedman will continue to play at a high level for as long as he can stay healthy – he’s a player that fans should keep an eye on going forward. Victor Hedman is a defenseman for the Tampa Bay Lightning.

He was drafted by the team in 2009 and has been with them since. Victor Hedman has had a successful career, winning two Stanley Cups with the Lighting and being named to multiple All-Star teams. 

Victor Hedman also plays for Sweden at the international level and has won a gold medal at the World Championships as well as silver medals at both the Olympics and the World Cup of Hockey.

In 2017, Victor Hedman signed an eight-year contract extension with the Lightning that will keep him with the club until the 2024-25 season.

Brayden Point was born in Calgary, Alberta on March 13, 1996. He is 5 ft 10 in tall and weighs 178 lbs. Brayden started skating at the age of 3 and has been skating ever since.

In 2014 he won a bronze medal with Team Canada at the World Junior Championships in Sofia, Bulgaria. 

Brayden currently resides in Toronto, Ontario where he continues to skate and compete for his country internationally Brayden Point is a right-handed shot center who was drafted by the Tampa Bay Lightning in the 79th round of the 2014 NHL Draft.

In his rookie season with the Lighting, Point scored 26 goals and 66 points in 82 games played. He has continued to be one of the team's top scorers during his sophomore year, tallying 43 goals and 97 points through 78 games so far this season. 

With such consistent play at both center and wing throughout his career thus far, it is no wonder that Point has been named to Canada's World Junior Championship roster for 2018.

BraydenPoint will look to continue his impressive form as he leads Team Canada into action against Sweden on December 26th in Malmo, Sweden.

5. Ondřej Palát

Ondřej Palát is a Czech professional ice hockey player. He was selected by the Tampa Bay Lightning in the third round, 86th overall, of the 2009 NHL Entry Draft.

Palát made his North American debut playing with Syracuse Crunch of the AHL during the 2012–13 season. On 2 July 2013, he signed a one-year contract extension with Syracuse Crunch to remain with team for at least another year.

Injuries forced him to miss most of 2014 playoffs but still managed to win Calder Cup championship as leading scorer despite not appearing in final 4 games against Hershey Bears due to injury Settlement reached between both teams on 17 May 2014).

Signed a two-year deal worth $1 million per season on 26 June 2016 with HC Kladno Steel Pilsen in Czech Extraliga (ECHL). Ondřej Palát was drafted by the Tampa Bay Lightning 208th overall in the 2011 NHL Draft. 

Ondřej has spent most of his playing career with the New Jersey Devils, but he also played for the Tampa Bay Lightning from 2013 to 2016.

Ondřej is a left winger and he shoots left-handed. He has represented his Czech Republic national team at various levels over the course of his career. Ondřej is known for being a hardworking player who brings energy and toughness to each game he plays. 

He is often used as a substitute or pinch runner during games due to his speed and quickness on the ice. Ondrej Palát currently resides in Prague, Czech Republic with his wife Lena and their two young children Brady and Reagan.

6. Alex Killorn

Alex Killorn is a hockey player who primarily plays for the Tampa Bay Lightning. He was drafted by the Lightning in 2008, and has since become one of their most reliable players.

Killorn has won two Stanley Cups with the Lightning (2010, 2012), as well as four Eastern Conference Championships. He is known for his strong play on both offense and defense, and is often relied upon to help lead his team to victory.

Killorn also played on Canada's Olympic Gold Medal-winning teams in 2010 and 2014, amassing over 20 points each time he took part in the tournament. AlexKillorn currently resides in Florida with his wife Lauren and their daughter Lila Rose Alex Killorn was born on October 2nd, 1987 in Toronto, Ontario.

He played Junior hockey for the Oshawa Generals of the Ontario Hockey League (OHL). He made his professional debut with the Manchester Monarchs of the American Hockey League (AHL) in 2009–10. After spending two seasons with the Monarchs, Killorn signed a three-year contract with Tampa Bay Lightning on July 4th, 2012.

His first season with Tampa Bay saw him score 24 goals and 42 assists for 76 points in 77 games played as he helped lead them to their fourth consecutive Eastern Conference Championship appearance and eventual Stanley Cup victory against Los Angeles Kings in seven games at Staples Center Memorial Day Weekend 2013. 

In 2014-15 Alex ranked second among all NHL left-wingers behind only Steven Stamkos scoring 71 points (27 goals & 46 assists) while also ranking third overall on the team's powerplay goal-scoring tally (+19).

On March 27th, 2015 he scored an overtime winner vs Ottawa Senators to give Tampa Bay their first-ever playoff series win over Ottawa since 1988. In 2016-17 Alex registered career highs across nearly every statistical category including Goals (35), Assists (64), Points (97), Penalty minutes(231) and Games Played(82). 

The following year saw him top those totals once again by recording 41 goals and 64 assists for 105 points earning himself Second Team All Star selection along the way.

7. Anthony Cirelli

Anthony Cirelli is a 25-year-old right winger who was drafted by the Tampa Bay Lightning in the first round, 18th overall, of the 2015 NHL Entry Draft. Over his four seasons with the Syracuse Crunch (AHL), he scored 113 goals and added 144 assists for 269 points in 359 games.

In 2018, he made his NHL debut with Tampa Bay and recorded six points (1 goal and 5 assists) in 19 games. He has represented Canada at both junior level (2015 World Junior Championship) and international level (2018 IIHF World Championship). 

In addition to hockey, Anthony also enjoys playing golf and tennis Anthony Cirelli is a center who was drafted by the Tampa Bay Lightning in the 72nd overall in 2015.

He has primarily played on the left wing during his career, but he has also been used as a right winger and even at center for brief periods of time. 

Anthony finished fourth amongst all rookies with 50 points this season, which helped him make an impact with the team and earn some major accolades such as being named to Canada's World Cup roster. 

Anthony is still relatively new to professional hockey, so there are definitely areas of his game that he can continue to improve upon moving forward.

Zach Bogosian is a defenseman for the Buffalo Sabres. He was drafted by the Sabres in 2009, and has since played over 600 games with them. Bogosian has been quite durable throughout his career, playing in at least 66% of all games he's appeared in.

He is best known for his shotblocking ability; according to hockeyreference., he has blocked more shots than any other player during the past four seasons combined. 

In 2016-17, Bogosian had a down year statistically; however, he still managed to play over 20 minutes per game and help lead the Sabres to their first playoff berth since 2006.

Bogosian is married and has two children who are both teenagers - one boy and one girl - together they make up what is apparently an interesting family life off the ice. Zach Bogosian is a defenseman for the Winnipeg Jets. 

He was drafted by the Atlanta Thrashers in 2008 and has since played for them, Tampa Bay Lightning, and Buffalo Sabres.

Zach Bogosian is considered to be one of the best defensive defensemen in the NHL. His strong play on the ice has earned him many accolades including being named to two All-Star teams (2011, 2013). 

In addition to his hockey career, Zach also has an education background which he uses frequently during interviews or when speaking about hockey matters outside of rink time.

As a young player growing up in Minnesota, Bogosian participated in both inline skating and figure skating competitively before turning his attention fully to hockey at age 12 years old. 

Born on October 17th 1988 in St Paul MN., Zach currently lives with wife Brooke and their son Zander near Nashville TN where they run a horse farm together.

9. Vladislav Namestnikov

Vladislav Namestnikov is a 30-year-old Russian centerman who has played for the Tampa Bay Lightning and Montreal Canadiens in the NHL. He was drafted by Tampa Bay with the sixth overall pick in the 2011 NHL Entry Draft.

Namestnikov had an impressive rookie season, scoring 11 goals and 34 assists for 45 points in 78 games. Injuries have limited him to just 48 games over three seasons since then but he still managed to score 10 goals and 20 assists during that time.

The question mark heading into next season is whether or not Namestnikov will be able to recapture his form from earlier in his career due to injuries limiting him recently; however. 

If he can stay healthy it's likely that he will continue putting up good numbers offensively as he does tend to be a very consistent player statistically throughout his entire career regardless of how many games he plays each year." 

Namestnikov loves playing on Russia's national team where his skillset fits perfectly alongside skilled forwards such as Evgeny Kuznetsov, Pavel Datsyuk and Alexander Ovechkin." 

He seems like someone who would fit well into any type of lineup - whether you use him on your top line or bottom six depending on what game plan you are going for."

Ryan McDonagh was born in Saint Paul, Minnesota in 1989. He played for the Kingston Frontenacs of the Ontario Hockey League (OHL) from 2004 to 2007 before being drafted by the New York Rangers in 2008.

He made his NHL debut with the Rangers in 2009 and has since played for them, as well as several other teams, including stints with Hartford and Edmonton Oilers along the way. 

In 2011 he signed a six-year contract extension with the Rangers that would keep him at Madison Square Garden through 2019.

Ryan is known for his strong defensive play and is often used by coaches to shut down opposing forwards on defense or create turnovers which can lead to goals scored by his teammates. 

He represented Team United States at both World Championships (2010 & 2014), winning a gold medal in 2010 and silver medals in 2014, making him one of only two players ever to win back-to-back world championships on different teams (the other player is Sidney Crosby).

On October 3rd 2018 it was announced that McDonagh had been diagnosed with multiple sclerosis (MS). 

Despite this news he immediately resumed playing hockey for Team USA and captained their team at Pyeongchang Winter Olympics where they won Gold.

Mikhail Sergachev is a Russian-born defenseman for the Tampa Bay Lightning of the National Hockey League (NHL). He was drafted by the Bolts with the fourth overall pick in the 2017 NHL Entry Draft.

Sergachev had an impressive season as a rookie in 2018, recording 11 goals and 34 assists for 45 points in 78 games played. As a young player, he has shown great potential and promise on both sides of the ice.

His skating ability combined with his puck-moving skills make him one of most dangerous defenders in hockey today. Sergachev's family moved to North America when he was just six years old so that he could pursue his hockey career at higher levels here.

He has since become one of Russia's brightest young stars and is looking forward to representing his country at future international tournaments.

Vincent Lecavalier is a veteran player who has enjoyed great success in the NHL. He was drafted by the Tampa Bay Lightning in 1998 and played for them until 2007, when he moved to play for the Philadelphia Flyers.

Lecavalier has scored over 1,000 points in his career and is one of the most accomplished players at his position. In 2006-07, he led the league with 97 assists and was named captain of Team Canada for their successful World Championships campaign that year.

Lecavalier is married with two children and lives in Quebec province, Canada Vincent Lecavalier was drafted 1st overall by the Tampa Bay Lightning in 1998. The forward had a successful NHL career, playing for the Kings and Lightning before retiring in 2016. 

Vincent has represented Canada at several tournaments including the 2004 World Cup where he scored 4 goals in 5 games as Canada reached the semifinal stage.

After his retirement from hockey, Vincent pursued a new passion: singing. He released an album called "Vincent Lecavalier Sings" in 2017 which received positive reviews from music critics.

Foote was drafted by the Tampa Bay Lightning in the first round of the 2018 NHL Entry Draft. Foote has scored 20 goals and added 26 assists for 46 points in 56 games with Syracuse this season, helping them to a second-place finish in their conference.

He also played on Team USA's gold medal-winning team at the World Junior Championships last year, scoring four goals and adding six assists in seven games. 

Foote is not only an excellent player on ice but he is also known for his tough play; he was suspended three times as a teenager in Colorado for various penalties including fighting and roughing up opponents.

With his powerful skating and intense play style, Foote is sure to be a rising star over the next few years and could potentially join Tampa Bay as soon as 2022 if he continues developing at his current pace.

Martin St. Louis is a retired professional ice hockey winger who played for the Tampa Bay Lightning, Montreal Canadiens and New York Rangers. He was inducted into the Hockey Hall of Fame in 2018 after a career that netted him 953 points in 1,430 games.

Martin had an illustrious NHL career which included seven All-Star appearances and two Stanley Cups with the Lightning (2004) and Canadiens (2006). After retiring as a player he became head coach of the AHL's Hamilton Bulldogs before being appointed general manager of the Vegas Golden Knights in 2017.

In 2019, he was named president/CEO of The Quebec Major Junior Hockey League (QMJHL). Married to actress Elisha Cuthbert with two children together - Maddie and Miles - Martin lives in Los Angeles where he enjoys surfing and golfing.

He helped lead Russia to silver at the World Juniors this year, as well as helping Team Europe win a bronze medal at the same tournament. 

Vasilevskiy is considered one of the brightest young goaltenders in hockey and will be looking to continue his development with the Lightning moving forward Andrei Vasilevskiy was born in Minsk, Belarus on March 5th, 1995.

He captained Salavat Yulaev Ufa of the Kontinental Hockey League (KHL) from 2016-2018 and helped lead them to two championships during that time period. 

Vasilevskiy made his NHL debut with the Tampa Bay Lightning on October 9th, 2018 against the Carolina Hurricanes and recorded a win in his first game as a starter. 

Andrei is currently playing for Russian club Ufa in the KHL playoffs and has yet to lose any games this postseason thus far.

Andrei Vasilevskiy is an extremely talented goaltender who will hopefully continue to develop and reach even greater heights within the NHL.

16. Erik Černák

Erik Černák is a Slovak professional basketball player who plays for the Spanish club Valencia Basket. He was drafted by the Philadelphia 76ers with the 23rd pick of the 2016 NBA draft, but he later decided to play for Valencia instead.

Erik Černák averaged 16 points and 6 rebounds per game in his rookie season with Valencia, helping them win their first ever EuroLeague title. In May 2018, Erik Černák was named in Slovakia's squad for the World Cup qualifiers against Macedonia and Greece.

Erik Černák has also represented his country at various youth levels including winning a gold medal at the U16 European Championship in 2015 alongside current LA Lakers player Luka Doncic. 

On 27 September 2018, it was announced that ErikČernaek would leave Valencia after two seasons to join Boston Celtics as part of a three-way deal involving Kyrie Irving.

17. Patrick Maroon

Patrick Maroon is a left wing who played for the St. Louis Blues and Colorado Avalanche in the NHL. He was drafted by the Blues in 2006, and made his debut with them the following year.

In 2013, he moved to Colorado as part of a trade that sent Jamie McGinn to StLouis. He has won two Stanley Cups with Colorado (2017, 2017). Patrick Maroon also represented Team USA at both the World Championships (2010) and Olympics (2014).

After retiring from playing professional hockey in 2018, he joined Fox Sports Southwest as an analyst for their coverage of Dallas Stars games Patrick Maroon is a forward for the Anaheim Ducks. He was drafted 161st overall in 2007 by the Philadelphia Flyers.

Patrick Maroon has played with Tampa Bay Lightning, Edmonton Oilers and New Jersey Devils before joining the St. Louis Blues in 2016-2017 season. 

He won silver medal with United States at the 2010 World Junior Championships and bronze medal at 2013 IIHF World Championship both as a member of Team USA under head coach John Tortorella who is now coaching the Vancouver Canucks.

Patrick Maroon scored his first NHL goal on October 11th, 2008 against Carolina Hurricanes goalie Justin Peters while playing for Tampa Bay Lightning In the 2017-2018 season he led NHL scoring with 52 points (25 goals, 27 assists) in 82 games which helped St Louis Blues to reach Stanley Cup Final where they lost to Pittsburgh Penguins 4 games to 2.

18. Tyler Johnson

Tyler Johnson is a right-handed goaltender who has played in the NHL for four seasons. He was drafted by the Tampa Bay Lightning in the first round, 14th overall, of the 2009 NHL Entry Draft.

After two seasons with their American Hockey League (AHL) affiliate, the Syracuse Crunch, he made his NHL debut with Tampa Bay on October 10th, 2011 against Montreal. In 2013 he signed as a free agent with New Jersey and helped them reach the Stanley Cup Final that year where they were defeated by Los Angeles Kings in six games.

On July 1st 2018 Tyler signed a one-year contract extension with the Lightning worth $1 million dollars.[3] He has represented Team USA at both World Championships (2010 & 2016), and at three Olympic Games (2012 , 2014 , 2018). 

He married his college sweetheart Jenna Kline on December 3rd 2017.[4] They have one daughter together named Gracie Rose[5].

19. Ross Colton

Ross Colton is a 26-year old right winger for the Tampa Bay Lightning. He was drafted by the Lightning in the 2nd round, 50th overall, of the 2014 NHL Entry Draft.

Ross has appeared in 79 games with Tampa Bay over two seasons, scoring 14 goals and 21 assists. Ross made his professional debut with the Syracuse Crunch of the American Hockey League (AHL) during the 2016–17 season where he recorded 10 points in 36 games before being called up to Tampa Bay on March 17th, 2017.

Alongside Nikita Kucherov and Brayden Point, Ross formed one of hockey's most dangerous offensive lines at both Syracuse and later with Tampa Bay while playing alongside. 

Jonathan Drouin and Steven Stamkos respectively early in their careers as well; all players who are now superstars in their own right having played key roles in helping lead Team Canada to back-to-back Olympic gold medals this year.

Richards was born on May 2, 1980 in Murray Harbour, Prince Edward Island. He played his minor hockey with the Charlottetown Islanders of the Eastern Junior Hockey League (EJHL).

Richards made his professional debut in 2000-01 with the Worcester Sharks of the American Hockey League (AHL). In 2003-04 he signed as a free agent with Chicago and spent six seasons there before being traded to Tampa Bay midway through the 2010-11 season.

Richards has won two Stanley Cups with Chicago and one Cup each with Tampa Bay and New York Rangers . 

He is a four time All Star, including three times as an alternate captain and once as captain of Team Canada at the World Championships . Brad Richards was drafted by the Tampa Bay Lightning in 1998.

Alex Barré-Boulet is a 25-year-old Canadian hockey player who has spent the majority of his career with the Syracuse Crunch. He was drafted by the Tampa Bay Lightning in the 2nd round (50th overall) of the 2015 NHL Entry Draft.

In 2020, he signed a two-year contract extension with the Crunch which will keep him at the franchise until 2024. Alex has played for Canada at both under 18 and world championships level, and internationally for Team QMJHL & France U18s respectively.

He is known as an offensive defenseman who can offer strong puck possession play from his point position on defense; he also possesses excellent skating ability which allows him to make quick transitions across ice surface Alex Barré-Boulet is a left-handed shot center who currently plays for the Syracuse Crunch of the AHL.

Nikolai Khabibulin is a Russian goaltender who played for the Edmonton Oilers and Dallas Stars in his NHL career. He was drafted by the Edmonton Oilers with their first-round pick, ninth overall, in the 1994 NHL Entry Draft.

Khabibulin made his debut with the Oilers on October 11, 2000 against the Calgary Flames at Rexall Place. He became an unrestricted free agent after playing for Edmonton from 2000 to 2009 before signing with Dallas on July 1, 2009.

In 2011 he signed a two-year contract extension with Dallas worth $6 million per season starting in 2012-13 season but left as a free agent at the conclusion of that deal after just one year when he chose to sign with Sochi of Russia's Kontinental Hockey League (KHL).

Khabibulin has represented Russia internationally on many occasions including winning Gold medals at both World Championships and Olympic Games tournaments where he backstopped. 

Team Russia to its most successful Winter Olympics performance since 1980 when they won the Silver medal behind Canada’s “Olympic Miracle” team led by Wayne Gretzky and Mario Lemieux.

Nikolai also won an AHL championship while playing for Avtomobilist Sverdlovsk (now SKA Saint Petersburg) during 2004/05 campaign. Which earned him MVP honours award en route to becoming the league's top goalie alongside future NHLers Evgeni Nabokov & Ilya Bryzgalov among others.

Dave Andreychuk was a prolific scorer in the NHL, amassing over 1,500 points in his career. He began his career with the Buffalo Sabres before playing for Toronto Maple Leafs, New Jersey Devils and Boston Bruins.

Pavel Kubina was born in the Czech Republic on April 15th, 1977. Pavel played defence for his entire NHL career with the Toronto Maple Leafs and Vancouver Canucks.

He won a Stanley Cup with the Maple Leafs in 2008 and an Olympic Gold Medal with Slovakia in 2002. After retiring from playing, he started coaching junior hockey for the Kootenay ICE of the Western Hockey League (WHL).

Ben Bishop is a professional goaltender who played for the Tampa Bay Lightning from 2013 to 2017. 

He was drafted by the Edmonton Oilers in the second round of the 2005 NHL Entry Draft and traded to Tampa Bay along with a fourth-round pick in 2010 for Martin St.

Louis. Bishop has won two Stanley Cup championships (2012, 2016) with Tampa Bay and he led them to their first ever Presidents' Trophy as regular season champions in 2015–16.

Yanni Gourde is a talented player with the Seattle Kraken of the NHL. He was drafted by Tampa Bay in the 2nd round, 58th overall, in the 2010 NHL Entry Draft.

In his first two seasons with Seattle, he recorded 64 points (25 goals and 41 assists) in 82 games played. His best season statistically came in 2017-2018 when he scored 27 goals and assisted on 46 more for 69 points, good for 5th place on Seattle's scoring list that year.

Ryan Callahan is an American professional ice hockey player who currently plays for the Tampa Bay Lightning of the National Hockey League (NHL). 

He was drafted by the Boston Bruins in the first round, 18th overall, of the 2002 NHL Entry Draft.

After playing with Boston and Florida during his early career, he signed a three-year contract worth $10 million with Tampa Bay on July 1st, 2012. 

Injuries limited him to just 54 games over two seasons with Tampa Bay however he has since bounced back in 2016–17 scoring 30 goals and adding 47 assists for 77 points en route to being named runner up for the Maurice "Rocket" Richard Trophy as league's most valuable player.

Matt Carle is known for his strong defensive play, which he brings to both offensive and neutral zones. 

In 2013, he won a Stanley Cup with Tampa Bay after winning three Eastern Conference championships with the team previously - all while being an important part of their franchise history Matt Carle was drafted by the San Jose Sharks in the 47th overall spot of the 2003 NHL Draft.

Bellemare has played parts of eight seasons in the NHL, most recently with Montreal Canadiens from 2013 to 2017. After being traded to Montreal, he helped them win back-to-back Stanley Cups in 2015 and 2016, becoming an integral part of their team during that time period.

Injuries have prevented him from taking on as much responsibility since his trade to Vegas and he may not be able to help them achieve their ultimate goal this season - but if he does manage it, it would be another impressive achievement for him given his injury record up until now.

Pierre-Édouard Bellemare was drafted by the Tampa Bay Lightning in the 2002 NHL Entry Draft. He played for several teams before signing with the Dragons de Rouen of France's Ligue Magnus in 2013. In his debut season, he recorded 33 points in 49 games and helped lead his team to a championship victory.

After three seasons with the Dragons, Bellemare signed with Skellefteå AIK of Sweden's HockeyAllsvenskan on a two-year deal worth $1 million per year in 2017. Chris currently works as an analyst on Hockey Night In Canada alongside Don Cherry and Ron MacLean. Chris Gratton was a highly touted player when he was drafted by the Tampa Bay Lightning in the third round of the 1993 NHL Draft. He played for them from 1993 to 2009, recording 596 points in 984 games.

After leaving the Lightning, Chris Gratton had some success with the Philadelphia Flyers and then spent time with Buffalo Sabres, Phoenix Coyotes and Colorado Avalanche before ending his playing career with Florida Panthers in 2009.

He made his professional debut with AHL affiliate Syracuse Crunch in 2013-14 and then spent most of 2014-15 with Lightning parent club Tampa Bay Lighting.

Injuries limited him to only 34 games for TBL in 2015-16 but he bounced back strong this season appearing in 63 contests scoring 16 goals and adding 17 assists for 33 points. 

Paquette is a hard-working player who battles along the boards and through traffic to create chances for himself or others on offence (he has scored 36 times while playing between centre ice and wing).

He is expected to be an important part of Canada's World Cup roster next year as they attempt to win their first title since 2007 Cedric Paquette is a left-handed shooter who has played for seven different teams in his six seasons in the NHL. 

He was drafted by the Tampa Bay Lightning 101st overall in 2012, and he made his debut with them that season. In 2018, Cedric Paquette joined the Montreal Canadiens as a free agent, and he has continued to play there since then.

Cedric Paquette is considered one of the league's best shootout shooters, having won two Stanley Cups with Tampa Bay (2018, 2019) and one with Montreal (2016).

Marie Greyhounds prior to his draft year where he compiled an impressive 70 points in 68 games played during his rookie season. After putting up similar numbers with Ottawa in 2014-2015 (66 points), Paul was signed as a free agent by the Buffalo Sabres on July 1st, 2015.

Unfortunately for Nick Paul, he sustained a knee injury which caused him to miss significant time in both 2016-2017 (46 games) and 2017-2018 (51 games). On October 10th 2018, it was announced that Nick Paul would be returning to Canada for surgery on his injured knee - sidelining him indefinitely once again.

When healthy, Paul is considered one of if not THE top defensive prospect available at this years NHL Entry Draft because of his skating ability along with offensive instincts fromthe blueline; although there are concerns about how much playing time he will get due to injuries throughout his career thus far.

40. Daren Puppa

Daren Puppa is a goaltender who has played for the Detroit Red Wings, St. Louis Blues and Anaheim Ducks in his career. He was drafted by the Detroit Red Wings in the second round of the 1987 NHL Entry Draft.

Puppa played parts of four seasons with the Red Wings before being traded to the St. Louis Blues in 1991-92 season. After spending two seasons with the Blues, he was traded to the Anaheim Ducks as part of a blockbuster deal that also involved Scott Niedermayer and Pierre Turgeon on January 10, 1994).

Puppa spent six seasons with Anaheim before retiring after playing in 2000-01 season with HC Davos of Swiss League (NHL Europa). He currently serves as an assistant coach for Syracuse Crunch (ECHL) under head coach Benoit Groulx Daren Puppa was drafted 74th overall by the Buffalo Sabres in the 1983 NHL Draft.

He played for Rensselaer Engineers, Toronto Maple Leafs, Tampa Bay Lightning and spent time with HC Davos of the Swiss National League A over his professional career. 

Daren Puppa is most famous for being part of one of hockey's greatest dynasties - the Sabres' "French Connection" which featured Gilbert Perreault and Rick Martin.

After playing parts of 10 seasons with four different teams, Puppa retired in 2000 at age 36 after a long battle with Hodgkin's lymphoma. In total he recorded 513 points (227 goals, 284 assists) in 815 regular season games played during his 12-year career.

41. Valtteri Filppula

Valtteri Filppula

Filppula is a two-time Stanley Cup champion with the Detroit Red Wings. He has also won a World Championship, and completed four seasons in Finland's top league, playing for HC Kontinental Hockey League (KHL) club Jokerit.

In 2016-17 he played 43 games for the Red Wings scoring nine goals and adding eleven assists for 20 points. Filppula was drafted by Detroit in 2001 after starring at HIFK of the Finnish Elite League (Liiga). 

After spending his first three NHL seasons developing in Grand Rapids, Michigan, he made his debut with Detroit during the 2005-06 season appearing in 34 games and recording six goals and ten assists for 16 points.

Before being traded to Florida on 1 February 2007 as part of a seven-player trade that saw Johan Franzen move from Detriot to Sunrise Beach hockey club FLA.

Filppula continued his development under then-head coach Mike Babcock winning a Calder Trophy as rookie of the year while playing alongside. Henrik Zetterberg who was voted third behind only Patrick Roy and Mario Lemieux when voting was conducted by members.

The Professional Hockey Writers Association at their annual awards dinner held at Toronto’s Sheraton Centre Nov 15th 2008 On 5 July 2009 it was announced by GM Ken Holland that Filppula had signed an 8-year $32 million contract extension with Detroit thru 2021-22.

Which tied him up until age 36 making him one of longest serving players on team along side Pavel Datsyuk & Nicklas Lidstrom At 38 years old Filppula scored two goals including game-winner.

Tampa Bay Lightning assisted by Gustav Nyquist giving Detroit its sixth straight playoff berth leading into their seventh title run starting next spring Valtteri Filppula.

42. Brian Boyle

Boyle has spent his entire NHL career with the Tampa Bay Lightning. He was drafted by the Ottawa Senators in 2003 and made his debut with them in 2005-06.

Boyle signed a five-year, $21 million contract extension with Tampa Bay in 2014 which keeps him at the team through 2020-21. In 892 career games, Boyle has scored 166 goals and added 533 assists for 758 points overall.

He is also a two-time Stanley Cup champion (2008, 2009) and three-time Eastern Conference Champion (2007–09). 

A strong physical player who can play both center and wing, he is one of the most durable players in league history having played over 1,000 minutes in 992 consecutive regular season games from Nov 14th 2010 to Feb 18th 2016 inclusive - an NHL record.

Boyle was drafted by the Los Angeles Kings in 2003. He has played for the New York Rangers, Tampa Bay Lightning, Toronto Maple Leafs, and New Jersey Devils during his career. Boyle is currently a member of the Pittsburgh Penguins. 

In 2007-2008 he won an Stanley Cup with the Rangers and in 2013-2014 he won another one with Tampa Bay Lightning.

Nick Perbix

Nick Perbix is a young man with an impressive height and athletic ability. He was born in Minnesota, United States of America in 1998 and started playing basketball at an early age.

His skills on the court have led him to be drafted by several professional teams including the Philadelphia 76ers, but he has yet to make his debut in the league. In 2022, Nick will celebrate his 25th birthday and hopefully continue to develop as one of the best players in the world.

Nick Perbix is a defenseman for the Tampa Bay Lightning and played with Team USA at the World Junior Championships in 2017. Nick is from Bonners Ferry, Idaho and was drafted 169th overall by the Lightning in the 2017 NHL Draft. 

He has played extensively in the USHL since 2016-17 playing for Sioux City Musketeers, Lincoln Stars, Green Bay Gamblers, Omaha Lancers, Orlando Solar Bears (AHL), Wilkes-Barre/Scranton Penguins (NHL) before joining Syracuse Crunch of AHL playoffs this year where he helped them reach their first Calder Cup Final appearance since 2004.

In his rookie season of 2018-19 with Syracuse he registered 10 points including 3 goals and 7 assists over 76 games to be named to AHL First All Star team as well as being awarded. 

The Rookie of the Year Award by the Central Professional Hockey League which is considered one step below NHL level competition The 2022 prospect will have an opportunity to make his debut with Tampa Bay Lightning.

If they qualify for Stanley Cup Playoffs but would most likely spend majority of season on Hershey Bears AHL affiliate.

44. Jonathan Drouin

Jonathan Drouin was born in 1995 and is a 27-year-old Canadian forward. He played hockey for the Sainte-Agathe des Monts minor league team before being drafted by the Montreal Canadiens in 2013.

Drouin made his NHL debut with the Canadiens in 2016, scoring 10 goals and 14 assists for 26 points over 73 games that season. 

In 2017, he had an outstanding rookie campaign with 36 goals and 51 assists for 85 points in just 78 games - becoming only the fourth player ever to record at least 60 points as a first-year player (the others are Sidney Crosby, Alex Ovechkin, and Jaromir Jagr).

As well as winning the Calder Memorial Trophy as Rookie of the Year, Drouin also won both The Ted Lindsay Award (given to Canada's most valuable player) and Art Ross Trophy (best scorer). 

He missed some time early on 2018 due to injury but eventually returned to play 54 games where he scored 17 more goals and added 33 assists for 50 points overall - good enough for second place behind his teammate.

Václav Prospal

Prospal was born in Czechoslovakia and played for HC České Budějovice before he moved to the NHL. He has spent most of his career playing left wing, but can also play centre.

Prospal had a strong offensive season with Tampa Bay in 2009-10, scoring 34 goals and 66 points in 82 games. After that season he signed as a free agent with the Chicago Blackhawks, where he has been since then.

In 2013-14 Prospal suffered from an injury which ended his season early; afterwards he decided to retire from professional hockey at the age of 38 due to chronic knee problems sustained during his career (he is now working as a coach for HC České Budějovice).

Prospal played for the Philadelphia Flyers, Ottawa Senators, Florida Panthers, Tampa Bay Lightning and Mighty Ducks of Anaheim. He was drafted by the Flyers 71st overall in 1993. Prospal's playing career ended with 2013 due to injury.

Corey Perry is a left winger who has played for the Anaheim Ducks and Toronto Maple Leafs in his NHL career. He was drafted by the Ducks in 2003 and won two Stanley Cups with them before moving to Toronto in 2014.

Corey achieved international recognition when he led Team Canada to gold at the 2010 Winter Olympics and 2016 World Championships, as well as silver at the 2011 World Junior Championships. 

In 2017-18, Perry finished fourth on the Leafs with 36 goals and fifth with 66 assists for 104 points - both career highs - helping them reach the playoffs for only the second time in eight years.

On July 1st of 2018, it was announced that Perry had signed a five-year contract extension with Toronto worth $26 million CAD (USD$22 million). Known for his speed, agility, wrist shot, and powerful slapshot from close range, he is considered one of hockey's most dangerous scorers.

Ian Cole

Ian Cole is a defenseman who has played for the Pittsburgh Penguins and Philadelphia Flyers. He was drafted by the Boston Bruins in the first round of the 2006 NHL Entry Draft.

Cole scored his first career NHL goal on November 2, 2010 against Henrik Lundqvist of the New York Rangers, becoming just the third player to score a goal against him in his debut game (the others being John Tavares and Rick Nash).

In 2013-14 he led all defensemen with 49 points as Pittsburgh achieved their fourth consecutive appearance in the Stanley Cup Playoffs; they were eliminated by Detroit in six games. 

Cole signed a four-year contract extension with Philadelphia on July 1, 2016 worth $27 million; it made him one of only three players to have signed an eight-figure deal during free agency that year along with Artemi Panarin and Ryan Suter.

48. Fredrik Modin

Fredrik Modin was born on October 8th, 1974 in Sundsvall, Sweden. He played for Timrå IK of the Swedish Hockey League from 1997-2003. In 2003 he signed with Columbus Blue Jackets but only lasted one season before returning to Sweden.

After spending two seasons back home in Sweden, Modin moved to Russia and signed with Ak Bars Kazan in 2007 where he spent six years until his retirement at the end of the 2016–17 season. 

Fredrik Modin has represented Sweden at both World Championships (1998, 2002) and Olympic Games (2002).

He has also won a silver medal at the 2005 IIHF World Championship as well as three Stanley Cups with Djurgårdens IF (2000, 2008; 2012), becoming the first player ever to win multiple championships in three different leagues – Swedish Elite League (Timrå IK), NHL National Hockey League and Russian Superleague.

Haydn Fleury is a 6'3" 191 cm defenceman who plays for the Charlotte Checkers of the American Hockey League. Haydn was drafted by the Colorado Avalanche in the 3rd round, 76th overall, in the 2013 NHL Entry Draft.

Fleury made his professional debut with AHL affiliate Lake Erie in 2016-17 and led all rookies with 18 points (4 goals, 14 assists) in 55 games played. In 2017-18 he split time between. 

Lake Erie and San Antonio Rampage of the AHL where he scored 16 points (5 goals, 11 assists) in 39 games played before being called up to play for Team Canada at World Juniors Championship where he won a silver medal scoring 5 points (1 goal, 4 assists).

After playing 35 games with Avalanche during the 2018-19 season Fleury was traded to Carolina Hurricanes on January 5th, 2019 along with defenseman Zach Redmond and forward Andreas Martinsen for forwards Micheal Ferland, Lucas Wallmark, and Sebastian Aho as well as two second-round picks (#42 overall and #64 Overall). 

With Carolina Haydn has appeared in 21 games recording 2 assists while averaging 17 minutes per game over that span registering a plus/minus rating (+12).

He also recorded 1 point(0G+1A)in 7 playoff matches helping Carolinas reach Eastern Conference Final but ultimately losing to Tampa Bay Lightning 4-1.

50. Brian Bradley

Brian Bradley

Brian Bradley is a centre in the NHL. He was drafted in the 2nd round, 41st overall by the Calgary Flames in 1984. Bradley played for Calgary, Hartford and Philadelphia before signing with Phoenix as a free agent in 2002.

In 2009-10 he led all Coyotes forwards with 26 goals and 57 points while helping them make it to the Western Conference Finals where they were defeated by San Jose Sharks Bradley was drafted by the Calgary Flames in the 1983 NHL Draft.

He played for the Canucks, Maple Leafs, Lightning and Canada throughout his career. Brian Bradley is a two-time Stanley Cup Champion with the Calgary Flames and Tampa Bay Lightning respectively. Bradley retired from professional hockey in 1998 after playing 18 seasons of ice hockey.

51. Roman Hamrlík

Roman Hamrlík

Hamrlík played defence for ZPS Zlín in the Czech Extraliga from 2002-2008. He signed with Montreal as a free agent on July 1, 2009 and made his NHL debut on October 9 against the Buffalo Sabres.

Hamrlik has appeared in 303 games with Montreal, recording 21 goals and 109 points. He was traded to San Jose along with Tomas Kaberle in exchange for Michal Handzus and a fourth-round pick in the 2013 NHL Entry Draft on March 2, 2014.

Hamrlik signed with HC Davos of Switzerland's National League A (NLA) on September 5, 2015 after being released by San Jose following their playoff run that year. 

In 36 games played this season he has recorded nine goals and 22 points while helping Davos reach the NLA Finals where they will face defending champions Genève-Servette HC next week Hamrlík was drafted 1st overall by the Tampa Bay Lightning in the 1992 NHL Draft.

He played for them until 2013 when he retired. Hamrlík is a two-time Stanley Cup champion with the Lightning and Edmonton Oilers. 

In 2006, he led Slovakia to its first Olympic gold medal in hockey history. After retiring from playing, Hamrlík became an assistant coach with HC Lev Praha of the Czech Republic's top league in 2018-19 season.

Final Words

. . The Tampa Bay Lightning are one of the most successful teams in the NHL, having won three Stanley Cups. The team is led by Captain Steven Stamkos, who has scored over 1,000 goals in his career.
