Milan Škriniar is a Slovakian professional footballer who plays as a center-back for the Italian club Inter Milan. Hronom in 2006 and went on to make over 100 appearances for the club before joining Serie A side Sampdoria in 2016.

After impressing at Sampdoria, Škriniar joined Inter Milan in 2017 and has since become an important part of the team, making 36 appearances across all competitions this season. 

Slovakia at the international level, making three appearances at the under-21 level and one appearance at the senior level.

His strong performances have seen him linked with a number of top clubs around Europe including Manchester United and Barcelona, but he remains firmly rooted at Inter Milan until 2021. 

Milan Škriniar is a Slovak footballer who plays for the Italian side Inter Milan. A versatile defender, Škriniar has been used across the back four as well as in midfield during his time at Inter.

Internationally, he has represented Slovakia at every level from under-17s to U21s and made 58 appearances over three years with the national team. 

After initially joining Sampdoria on loan in 2016, Škriniar moved to Inter permanently that year and has since helped them win Serie A twice (in 2017 and 2018).

Hamšík started his career at Jupie Podlavice in the Czech Republic. He joined Napoli in 2016 and has since become a key part of their midfield. Hamšík is known for his hard work on the pitch, as well as his ability to score goals from set-pieces.

His contract with Trabzonspor expires in 2021 and there are rumours that he could be leaving Turin soon. Hamšík would be an excellent signing for any club looking to strengthen their midfield options, and will no doubt continue to improve over the next few years.

Stanislav Lobotka was born on November 25th, 1994 in Trenčín, Slovakia. He started his career at local club AAC Sparta Trenčín before joining Napoli in 2017.

Lobotka is primarily a midfielder but has also been used as a defender and striker during his time with Napoli. His performances for Napoli have earned him plaudits from both the media and team-mates alike, and he looks set to be part of the squad that bids farewell to Maurizio Sarri this year.

Stanislav Lobotka is a Slovak professional footballer who plays as a midfielder for Italian club Napoli and the Slovakia national team. Lobotka started his career at hometown club AS Trenčín before joining Dutch side Jong Ajax on loan in 2013.

Vittek is a Slovakian forward who has played for Slovan Bratislava and FC Barcelona. Vittek started his career at Slovan Bratislava, scoring 47 goals in 101 appearances over three seasons.

In 2003, he moved to FC Barcelona where he would play until 2008. He made 77 appearances and scored 21 goals during this time. 

After leaving Barcelona, Vittek signed with AC Milan but never made an appearance for the club due to injury problems.

Dávid Hancko is a Slovak footballer who plays for Feyenoord in the Netherlands. He made his debut for Žilina in 2013 and joined Feyenoord two years later.

Hancko has also represented Slovakia at youth level, including on the under-21 team that won the 2017 European Championship qualification campaign.

Peter Pekarík is a Slovak right-back who currently plays for Hertha BSC. He started his career at hometown club Žilina before moving to Austrian side Rapid Vienna in 2006.

In 2008, he joined German Bundesliga side Hannover 96 and made over 100 appearances for the club before joining Hertha BSC in 2014.

Martin Škrtel is a Slovakian central defender who has played for Liverpool, Aston Villa and Everton in the Premier League. He started his career with Baník Prievidza before moving to Liverpool in 2005.

Liverpool and was part of their Champions League-winning side in 2007. After leaving Anfield, Škrtel joined Aston Villa in 2009 where he spent four seasons before joining Everton in 2015. 

He has represented Slovakia at international level and was part of the team that reached the semi-finals of Euro 2012, as well as reaching the World Cup quarter-finals in 2010.

Martin Škrtel retired from professional football after playing his final game for Everton against Wolverhampton Wanderers on 28 October 2018.

Patrik Hrošovský is a Czech footballer who currently plays for Belgian side Genk. He began his career at hometown club Bojnice before moving to fellow Czech outfit Prievidza in 1998.

After two seasons with the latter, he signed for Dutch side AAC Trenčín in 2007 and made over 100 appearances for them before joining Genk in January 2017.

Adam Obert is a Slovakian footballer who currently plays for Italian club Cagliari. He made his professional debut in the Serie A with Cagliari in 2018 and has since become an important player for them.

Miroslav Karhan was born on 21 June 1976 in Hlohovec, Czechoslovakia. He started his football career with Spartak Trnava in the Czechoslovak First Division in 1986.

Karhan moved to Spain to play for Betis in 1999. He made 33 appearances for the club. In 2000, Karhan joined Nové Mesto nad Váhom in the Slovak First Division. He has since made 152 appearances for the club.

Jozef Vengloš was a midfielder who played for Slovan Bratislava and the Czechoslovakia B national team. Vengloš was born in 1936 in Ružomberok, Czechoslovakia.

Vengloš played for FC Prague Sydney in 1966 and 1967. Vengloš died on 26 January 2021 at the age of 84. Vengloš was a part of the Czechoslovakia B team that competed in the 1966 FIFA World Cup.

Szilárd Németh is a Czech international striker who has played for Slovan Bratislava, 1. FC Košice, Sparta Prague and, most recently, Lokomotiva Prague.
