His jersey number (6) was retired by both Cleveland Cavaliers and Miami Heat organizations after his third consecutive MVP award in the 2014–2015 season. 

LeBron James also holds several other records such as the most points scored in a playoff game with 73 against Boston Celtics.

Jerry Lucas was a dominant power forward in the NBA during the 1960s and 1970s. He played for several teams, including the Cincinnati Royals, San Francisco Warriors, and Philadelphia 76ers.

Lucas is best known for his time with the Cincinnati Royals, where he won three championships (1963–1965). After retiring from playing basketball, he became a television commentator and coach.

Jerry Lucas was an All-American basketball player at Ohio State who went on to have a long and successful NBA career. He won championships with the New York Knicks in 1973, and also starred for Cleveland Cavaliers, Indiana Pacers and San Antonio Spurs over the course of his illustrious career.

Jerry Lucas is known as one of the greatest rebounders in NBA history, and he was inducted into both the Naismith Memorial Basketball Hall of Fame (in 1984) and the College Sports Information Directors Association Hall of Fame (in 1990). 

He passed away in 2010 after a long battle with cancer at the age of 71 years old.

He declared for the 2019 NBA Draft but did not go in the first round due to concerns about his shooting form from college which caused him to be undrafted in 2018 as well After going unselected in both drafts, Kendric signed with SMU on a partial scholarship.

He attended TCU for two seasons, where he averaged 18 points and five assists per game as a freshman before transferring to SMU due to differences with the coaching staff. In his first season at SMU, Davis helped lead the Mustangs to their second-consecutive AAC title and third-straight NCAA Tournament appearance. 

As a junior, Davis led the team in scoring (22 ppg) and assists (5 apg), earning First Team All-AAC accolades along the way.

He also finished fifth in voting for College Basketball News' Player of the Year award. On May 22nd, 2020, Kendric announced that he would be returning for his final season of eligibility at Memphis after verbally agreeing to a contract earlier that month on National Signing Day morning.

He has excellent ball movement skills and can score from anywhere on the court. Antoine has shown great potential as a playmaker, but he will need to improve his efficiency if he wants to have any chance of playing in the NBA one day.

Antoine's biggest strength may be his ability to make plays off the dribble; this could be crucial if he ever decides to enter professional basketball full time. 

There are definitely some weaknesses that Antoine needs to work on if he wants to achieve his goals of becoming an elite player at either position in basketball or even just in general life; however, with hard work anything is possible.

Adama Sanogo is a 20-year-old power forward and center for the UConn Huskies. Born in Bamako, Mali, Sanogo played high school basketball at Our Savior New American in Centereach, New York before transferring to The Patrick School.

At 6' 9" and 240 pounds, Adama possesses impressive size for a power forward/center position. He has shown flashes of brilliance during his collegiate career thus far with averages of 10 points and 5 rebounds per game so far this season with UConn.

Despite being relatively young (20 years old), there is no doubt that Sanogo has plenty of potential and can develop into an elite player in the NBA if he continues to improve his skillset on both ends of the court Adama Sanogo attended College at UConn.

He has played for Mali in international play and was a part of the team that won the 2017 African Championship. Adama is a forward and stands at 6-foot-5 inches tall, weighing 190 pounds. 

As an undergraduate, Adama averaged 13 points per game while shooting 47% from the field and 36% from three-point range over his career with the Huskies.

As a sophomore, he became more consistent with averages of 15-16 points per game which helped lead Baylor to their first ever Big 12 Championship (although they were later disqualified due to academic violations).

As a sophomore he improved even more, averaging 19.5 points, 5 assists and 4 rebounds per game while shooting 44% from three-point range. Richardson declared for the 2019 NBA draft but decided to return to Oregon for his junior year after being projected as one of the top point guards in this year's class by many scouts including ESPN's Chad Ford.

In 2018-19 he continued his impressive play with 22 double doubles (second most nationally) and led Oregon to their first ever Pac-12 regular season title (their fourth overall). 

They were eventually upset by Arizona in the quarterfinals of the NCAA tournament however Richardson still garnered National Player of The Year honors from several publications.

He is currently considered one of the best players in college basketball and could very well end up being drafted number 1 overall next year if he continues playing at such an elite level.

11. Mike Miles

Mike Miles is a 20-year old American point guard from Lancaster, Texas. He attended TCU and played for the Horned Frogs in the Big 12 Conference in 2021.

In his freshman season at TCU, he averaged 5 points and 2 assists per game. As a sophomore, Mike increased his average to 10 points and 4 assists per game while leading the team to their first ever NCAA Tournament appearance.

His junior year was less successful as he averaged 7 points and 3 assists per game on the road to another NIT bid but ultimately lost in overtime against North Carolina State University during the second round of play (March 16th - 18th).

During his senior year, Mike had an up-and-down season statistically where he averaged 8 points, 4 rebounds, 3 assists and 1 steal per contest however led TCU back into postseason play with wins over West Virginia (81–79) on January 6th .

followed by Oklahoma State (83–67) on February 25th knocking off both #8 seeds en route to reaching yet again the NCAA tournament's Sweet Sixteen for just the third time in school history.

This would be their most successful run taking down Purdue 85–75 before losing 72–68 against eventual champions Duke who were led by Zion Williamson (#1 draft pick of this past NBA Draft), Jaren Jackson Jr., Cam Reddish among others.

Finishing 21st overall with 19 losses including two conference tournaments which resulted in failed bids to make it one more time all together... although still considered amongst many Horned Frog fans as one of deepest runs in program history.

As a senior at Sylvan Hills, Smith averaged 23 points, six rebounds, four assists and two steals per game en route to being named first-team all-state as well as second-team All-District 26 honoree by The Associated Press. 

In addition to playing basketball for Sylvin Hills, Nick also played football and ran track & field during his prep career; he finished fourth in state with a time of 10:09 seconds in the mile run event as a junior and helped lead.

Sylvan Heights to its third consecutive state championship appearance in 2006 while averaging 21 points per contest during his sophomore year (2005–06).

Following high school graduation, Smith committed to attend college basketball powerhouse Kentucky Wildcats but later changed his mind after visiting campus; he instead signed with the Razorbacks on March 27th 2013 shortly before.

Their National Signing Day ceremony where he became only the fifth player ever from Arkansas' Class of 2013 (joining Austin Wiley (2012), Terrence Jones (2007), Marquise Lee (2006) & Dominique Wilkins(1995)). 

While attending Kentucky's summer camp prior to his freshman season under head coach John Calipari—Smith broke both ankles suffered playing against North Broward Prep School’s varsity team.

He decided again that he wanted to play for Dave Van Horn at Arkansas rather than sit out another year due to NCAA transfer rules; following surgery on both legs which sidelined him for almost eight months (#11/12 Freshman – 31/03/14 - #1/04/14).

Nick returned from injury ranked ninth nationally amongst returning players according to ESPN Recruiting Nation entering preseason competition averaging 12 shots made per game off the dribble including 3rd most three pointers attempted behind Justise Winslow (#12) & Emmanuel Mudiay (#15).

During SEC play beginning January 5th 2014 through February 22nd 2014 —nick scored 20+ points seven times including 28 versus Auburn which tied Michael Jordan’s single season scoring record at Carolina University.

Nick then tallied 30+ points twice more within conference action leading up into Final Four weekend becoming just 2nd player ever (& 1st since Oscar Robertson over 50.

14. Tyger Campbell

Campbell committed to UCLA on September 24, 2017, and played his first season with the Bruins in 2021-22, appearing in all 33 games while averaging 8.3 points and 3 assists per game.

In 2020-21, Campbell led the Pac-12 Conference with 479 assists - an NCAA record for a freshman point guard - earning First Team All-Pac 10 accolades along the way. 

Campbell is also one of just three players ever to score more than 2,000 points (2184) and dish out more than 1,500 assists (1536) during their collegiate career.

Joining John Stockton (#1 overall pick of Utah Jazz), Jason Kidd (#7 overall pick of Dallas Mavericks) Tyger Campbell is a high school basketball player from La Lumiere School in Indiana.

He was one of the top players in his class and accepted an offer to play college basketball at UCLA. In his first year, he started all 33 games for the Bruins and averaged 16 points per game while also shooting 52 percent from the field and 41 percent from three-point range. 

As a sophomore, Tyger led UCLA to their first Pac-12 Conference championship since 2007 with averages of 17 points, 5 rebounds, 3 assists and 1 block per game during conference play. In his junior season, Tyger continued to be one of the most dominant players in college basketball.

Averaging 23 points on 50% shooting (including 43% from beyond the arc), 6 rebounds, 4 assists and 2 blocks per game which helped lead UCLA to another Pac-12 Conference Championship victory over Utah Valley University 77-59 on March 7th 2019.

After graduating from high school, Wong attended the University of Miami where he started all 34 games that he played during his freshman season averaging 10 points per game while also leading the team in assists (6) and steals (1).

In his sophomore year, Wong increased his scoring average to 13 points per game while adding 5 rebounds and 1 steal helping lead the Hurricanes to their first ever ACC Championship appearance before losing 82–79 to Duke in the finals.

As a junior this past season, Isaiah averaged 18 points along with 7 assists making him one of only two players at UM with over 1000 career Assist Points; additionally he ranked third nationally averaging 3 steals per 40 minutes played ranking behind Trae Young (#1) and Mikal Bridges (#2).

The 2018 Atlantic Coast Conference Men's Basketball Player of Year led Miami back into March Madness but fell 79-77 against Virginia Tech in double overtime after holding an 11 point halftime lead which was UVA’s first postseason win since 1984 (per NCAA ). 

Overall during college career Wong has scored 2186 total points on 839 field goals made (.471 FG%) along with 992 assists giving him an overall PER rating of 23 indicating that he is among the best players currently playing in America according to ESPN Stats & Info.

Emoni Bates is a US high school student who will play for Eastern Michigan in 2022. She was born on January 28, 2004 and stands at 6'10" tall and weighs 170 pounds.

In her senior year of high school, she averaged 23 points per game. Her favorite basketball team is the Detroit Pistons and she also supports the University of Michigan Wolverines.

Dereck Lively II is a freshman center for Duke Blue Devils. He was born in 2004 and he is just 18 years old. Dereck has an impressive 7 ft 1 inch height and 230lb weight, which makes him one of the strongest players on the team.

In high school, Dereck played basketball for Bishop McDevitt High School where he led his team to two state championships and was named Pennsylvania Gatorade Player of the Year as a senior in 2015-2016 season.

 After graduation from high school, Dereck enrolled at Duke University where he started playing basketball for the Blue Devils this past year 2016-2017 season Duke became ACC Champions with Lively playing a major role during their run to it all including being selected.

Most Valuable Player of ACC Tournament 2017 Duke will now face Kentucky Wildcats in National Championship game on April 6th.

Keyonte George is a shooting guard for the Baylor Bears. He was born on November 8, 2003 in Lewisville, Texas and played high school basketball at Lewisville.

George attended iSchool of Lewisville before moving to IMG Academy in Bradenton, Florida as a junior in 2018-19. In his two seasons with IMG Academy, George averaged 16 points per game and 4 assists per game while leading the team to back-to-back national championships (2019–20 season; 2020–21 season).

As a senior at Baylor in 2019-20, he led the Big 12 Conference with an average of 19 points per game and was named first team All Big 12 Conference as well as being nominated for both the Naismith College Player of the Year Award and John Roper Award. 

On June 25th 2019, George declared himself eligible for the NBA draft following his sophomore year at Baylor which will be held on June 21st 2020.

Cam Whitmore is a small forward for the Villanova Wildcats. He was born on July 8, 2004 in Severn, Maryland and attended Archbishop Spalding High School.

Whitmore played one year of college basketball at Villanova before declaring for the NBA draft following his junior season in 2022. In the NBA Draft Whitmore was drafted by the Philadelphia 76ers with the 22nd overall pick.

Since being drafted into the league, Whitmore has appeared in 68 games (including 10 starts) averaging 6 points and 2 rebounds per game while shooting 44% from three-point range Cam Whitmore is a 20-year old point guard from the United States.

He was named the MVP of the FIBA Americas Under-18 Championship in 2022. Cam has already starred at Division I college basketball, playing for Oregon State and Utah Valley University before turning pro last year with Baskonia Vitoria Girona of Spain's Liga ACB.

Cason Wallace is a 19-year-old point guard and shooting guard from Kentucky. Wallace was recruited by the Wildcats as a four-star prospect and was ranked as the No.

22 player in the nation in 2015. He redshirted his first year at Kentucky but made an immediate impact during his second season, averaging 12 points, five rebounds and three assists per game en route to being named SEC Freshman of the Year.

Wallace broke out as a sophomore, earning All-America First Team honors from both The Sporting News and CBS Sports while leading Kentucky to an appearance in the NCAA Tournament Championship Game against North Carolina. 

As a junior, Wallace continued to be one of college basketball's most electric players, averaging 24 points, six rebounds and five assists per game while helping lead UK to another Final Four appearance – their third consecutive – this time losing to eventual champions Villanova94–79.

RJ Davis Jr.'s father played Division I basketball at Niagara University before transferring to North Carolina State where he won the National Invitation Tournament championship in 1992 as a senior captain.

RJ Davis Jr., like his father before him, attended North Carolina School of Science and Mathematics (NCSM) located just outside of Chapel Hill, NC where he earned two varsity letters playing under coach Roy Williams from 2013-2015.

After graduating from high school, RJDavis signed with UNC Wilmington but did not play due to NCAA transfer rules; instead he spent the 2016-2017 season playing professionally in Spain with Gran Canaria Basket Club.

In 2017-2018 , after sitting out one year as a redshirt freshman at UNC due to NCAA transfer rules again, DJais finally made an appearance for the Tar Heels when he started 12 games off the bench averaging 4 points per game while also leading team with 8 assists en route to being honorable mention all-ACC selection.

Robert Dillingham is a 2017 graduate of Donda Academy, where he played under coach Damon Stoudamire. After graduating from high school in 2017, Robert attended Combine Academy and competed on the varsity basketball team there.

In March 2021, it was announced that Robert will be visiting Kentucky to play for the University of Kentucky Wildcats men's basketball team during the spring semester of 2021. 

At 6'1" in height and 170 pounds, Robert is considered to be a point guard with good court vision and ball handling skills as well as an ability to score points both inside and outside the paint.

Kevin Garnett is a well-known NBA player and was one of the best power forwards in the league for many years. He started his career with the Minnesota Timberwolves, before moving to Boston Celtics where he became an all-star player.

Scheyer attended Glenbrook North High School in Northbrook, Illinois. He played college basketball for Duke from 2006 to 2010. In his first season as head coach of the Blue Devils, he led them to an ACC regular season championship and a berth in the NCAA tournament's Sweet 16 where they were upset by.

 Wichita State University 75–64 on March 18th 2016 Scheyer played for Rio Grande Valley Vipers in the NBA Development League from 2011-2012 before going to play professionally overseas.

Scheyer joined Maccabi Tel Aviv as a player and helped lead them to an Israeli League Cup championship in 2012, along with being named an Israeli First Team All-Star that year. 

After one season abroad, Scheyer rejoined Duke as an assistant coach under Mike Krzyzewski and served in that role until 2018 when he was promoted to associate head coach.

In his first full season at Duke helm, Scheyer led the Blue Devils to their second ACC regular season title since 2005 while also reaching the NCAA Tournament Final Four where they were defeated by Michigan State.

As of April 2019, Scheyer is currently serving as head coach of Duke again after being given a five-year contract extension through 2022.

Wagner was a 2017 McDonald's All-American and a two-time Gatorade National Player of the Year. In February 2018, Wagner announced that he would forgo his final year of college and enter the 2018 NBA draft.

Wagner was selected with the 21st overall pick in the 2018 NBA draft by the Atlanta Hawks. He made his NBA debut on October 18, 2018, in a loss to the Toronto Raptors. Wagner is the son of former NBA player Dajuan Wagner.

Wagner is a member of the United States national team. He is considered to be a potential lottery pick in the 2018 NBA draft. Dajuan Wagner Jr. is a McDonald's All-American who committed to Kentucky in September of 2021. He is a versatile forward who can play both inside and outside.

John Calipari is the current head coach of Kentucky, where he has led the Wildcats to 379 wins over 108 seasons. Calipari played point guard at UNC Wilmington and Clarion and then spent three years as an assistant coach at Kansas.

In 1988, he took over as head coach of UMass and led the Minutemen to an NCAA Tournament appearance and a Final Four appearance. Calipari left UMass after two seasons to become the head coach of the Memphis Grizzlies, where he won the NBA Championship in 2001.

He was then hired as the head coach of the Kentucky Wildcats in 2002 and has led them to unprecedented success.

He is a Nigerian American and has worked with both teams in the NCAA and the NBA. Tony Skinn is a assistant coach for the Maryland Terrapins and is responsible for training the players. 

Tony Skinn was an Undrafted player in the 2006 NBA draft, but he quickly made a name for himself in the European leagues.

Evans is a three-time All-American and two-time National Champion. Evans was drafted by the Miami Heat in the second round of the 2013 NBA Draft. Evans has played for the Heat, Philadelphia 76ers, and Minnesota Timberwolves.

Evans is a member of the United States National Team. Evans is married and has two children. Evans is a versatile player who can play both forward positions. Kwame Evans was a McDonald's All-American in the class of 2023. Evans played college basketball for Oregon from 2018-2021.
