The Salt Lake Stallions were an American football franchise based in Salt Lake City, Utah and a member of the Alliance of American Football (AAF). The Stallions were the northernmost team in the AAF, and brought the promise of professional football to the region.

The team had a passionate fan base who supported them throughout their inaugural season in 2019. Although the AAF season was cut short, the Stallions are remembered fondly by their fans and the city of Salt Lake.

Chris Odom is a defensive end who was drafted by the Atlanta Falcons in 2017 but never played for them. He signed with the Green Bay Packers in 2017 and spent one season there before being released in 2018.

Odom then joined the Salt Lake Stallions of the Alliance of American Football (AAF) where he has spent 2019 so far. Odom has appeared in 29 games over three seasons with seven sacks, ten tackles for loss, and two forced fumbles.

Chris Odom is a 28-year-old defensive end who was born in Arlington, Texas and attended Martin High School before playing college football at Arkansas State University.

Where he won two conference titles and was named to four All-American teams including being picked as a first-team selection by ESPN College Football analyst Phil Steele Odom attended the University of Houston where he played football and competed in track & field.

Odom was drafted by the Washington Redskins in the fifth round of the 2019 NFL Draft. He has been sidelined with an injury since then but is expected to return soon. 

In his rookie season, Odom recorded 18 tackles and 2 sacks before being injured in Week 3 against the New York Giants. 

Odom returned for Week 13 against Philadelphia but aggravated his injury and missed Weeks 14-16 as a result. The Redskins placed him on IR earlier this month and he is now recovering with the Calgary Stampeders of the Canadian Football League (CFL).

Odom’s recovery should be complete within two months which will allow him to join Cleveland Brown's training camp later this year if he decides to continue his career in professional football after playing just one season at Washington Redskins.

2. De'Mornay Pierson-El

De'Mornay Pierson-El is a wide receiver for the New Jersey Generals in the AF2. He played collegiately at Nebraska before being undrafted in 2018. Pierson-El was born in Alexandria, Virginia and attended West Potomac High School.

After playing college football at Nebraska, he was not drafted by any NFL teams but signed with the Washington Redskins as an undrafted free agent in 2018. 

As of 2019, De'Mornay Pierson-El is on injured reserve with the Washington Redskins after suffering a season ending injury during preseason play this year De'Mornay Pierson-El is one of the most explosive playmakers in the CFL.

He was drafted by Montreal Alouettes in 2018 and made an immediate impact, leading all receivers with 1,340 receiving yards and 10 touchdowns. In 2019 he helped lead Salt Lake Stallions to their first playoff appearance since 2007, catching 55 passes for 868 yards and six touchdowns. 

Oakland Raiders signed him as a free agent in 2020, but injuries limited him to just three games that season before being released during final cutsdown on September 1st.

St Louis BattleHawks signed him shortly after release from Oakland Raiders, hoping he can help them make another run at the playoffs this season; so far he's been very productive averaging 104 receiving yards per game through eight contests (including six catches for 137 yards against Saskatchewan Roughriders).

Austin Rehkow is a punter for the Salt Lake Stallions of the Alliance of American Football (AAF). Rehkow was undrafted in the 2017 NFL Draft but was signed by the Buffalo Bills.

He played college football at Idaho. Rehkow has played for the Buffalo Bills and the New York Giants in the NFL. He is currently with the Salt Lake Stallions of the AAF. Rehkow is 6'3" and 214 pounds.

Rehkow has a strong leg, which he uses to good effect as a punter. He is considered one of the best in the AAF. Rehkow is a versatile player, able to play both punter and kicker. 

Austin Rehkow is a punter who played collegiately at Arkansas and was drafted by the Indianapolis Colts in the fourth round of the 2020 NFL Draft.

Rehkow has a strong leg and is accurate from long range. He also has good touch on his punts, making them difficult to block. Rehkow is a versatile player and can handle both punting and kicking duties. He is likely to compete for a roster spot with the Colts this season.

Sealver Siliga was a standout defensive tackle at Utah, and was drafted by the 49ers in 2011 but never played a down in the NFL. He was signed by the Broncos in 2012 but was traded to Seattle the following year.

He was drafted by the Patriots in 2013 and played for them until 2015. Siliga is a powerful defensive lineman who is capable of causing plenty of havoc in the trenches. He is a tough player to block, and is an important part of the New England defense.

Woodrum was born in Roanoke, Virginia in 1992. He attended Cave Spring High School in Roanoke, and played for the Cave Spring Panthers. He then attended Liberty University, where he played for the Liberty Flames.

Woodrum was not drafted in the 2016 NFL Draft, but he was signed by the Baltimore Ravens. He made his NFL debut in the 2016 season, and started 9 of the 16 games he played in. In the 2017 season, Woodrum started all 16 games for the Ravens, and led the team to a 12-4 record.

In the 2018 season, Woodrum led the Ravens to their first playoff appearance in 11 years. He was named the NFL's Most Valuable Player in the playoffs, after leading the Ravens to a victory over the Jacksonville Jaguars. 

Woodrum is currently a free agent, and has not yet decided whether or not he will return to the Baltimore Ravens.

Matt Asiata is a running back for the Minnesota Vikings. He was undrafted in 2011 but has had success with the team. Asiata is originally from California and attended high school in Utah.

Asiata has had a successful career with the Minnesota Vikings, and has been a mainstay of the team for several years. Asiata is known for his running style, which is characterized by speed and power.

Asiata is currently on the roster of the Detroit Lions and is looking to help them make a run in the playoffs. He is a versatile back who can also catch the ball out of the backfield. Matt Asiata is a great addition to any team, and would be a valuable pickup for any NFL team.

Will Davis is a cornerback with experience in the NFL. Davis was drafted by the Miami Dolphins in the third round of the 2013 NFL Draft. Davis played with the Miami Dolphins for two seasons before signing with the Baltimore Ravens in 2015.

Branden Oliver is a running back for the Buffalo Bills. He was drafted by the Chargers in the 2014 NFL Draft but was waived before the season started. He was signed to the Colts in 2018 and played in 9 games before he was waived again.

Palepoi was a four-year starter at Utah, recording 72 tackles, 95 tackles for loss, and 15 sacks in his career. Palepoi was not drafted in 2014, but signed a contract with the Oakland Raiders.

Palepoi was released by the Raiders in 2016 and signed with the Seattle Seahawks. Palepoi played in all 16 games for the Seahawks in 2016, recording 4 tackles and 1 sack. Palepoi signed with the Arizona Cardinals in 2017 and played in 5 games before being released.

Palepoi has the ability to collapse the pocket and disrupt the quarterback. Palepoi is a physical player who will be a key part of the Rams defense in 2019.

Austin Traylor is a talented tight end with experience playing in the NFL. Traylor was undrafted in 2016 but signed with the Dallas Cowboys. He was released by the Cowboys in August of that year and signed with the Denver Broncos.

Traylor played in 7 games for the Broncos in 2017 before being released in November. He was signed by the Los Angeles Rams in December but was released in March. Traylor is currently a free agent and is looking for a new NFL team. Traylor is a talented tight end with experience playing in the NFL.

Micah Hannemann is a safety for the Philadelphia Eagles. He was undrafted in 2018, but was signed by the Eagles. Hannemann played college football at Brigham Young.

He started all 45 games he played for the Cougars. Hannemann was originally a walk-on at BYU, but was eventually given a scholarship. Hannemann has represented the United States at the U-20 and U-23 level.

Hannemann has played in the NFL for the Philadelphia Eagles and the Washington Redskins. Hannemann has played in 47 games in his career, making 43 total tackles and one interception. Hannemann is a member of the Utah National Guard.

C.J. Smith was undrafted in 2016 but was signed by the Philadelphia Eagles. He spent the entire season on the practice squad. Smith was signed by the Cleveland Browns in 2017 but was waived on September 2.

He was then re-signed to the practice squad but was released on October 6. Smith signed with the Minnesota Vikings on October 14 and played in their final three games of the season. Smith was signed to the Philadelphia Eagles' practice squad on October 21.

Darius has played in the NBA for three seasons and has averaged 10.2 points and 3.9 rebounds per game. He has also played in the EuroLeague for two seasons, averaging 14.8 points and 5.9 rebounds per game. Darius is a two-time All-Star and was named to the All-Rookie Second Team in 2013.

He is a member of the USA men's national basketball team and played in the 2014 FIBA World Cup. Darius is married and has two children. 

Darius Hamilton was a highly touted recruit out of high school and was expected to contribute immediately for Rutgers as a defensive end. However, Hamilton has not been able to live up to the hype and has been a disappointment so far in his career.

He has been suspended multiple times, most recently for a violation of team rules in 2019. Hamilton is still only 21 years old, but it is unlikely that he will be able to improve on his disappointing play. 

Darius Hamilton is a talented player who could have been much more if he had put in the effort and worked on his skills. He will likely end his career with Rutgers having failed to live up to expectations.

Overall, Darius Hamilton is a below-average defensive end who will not be remembered fondly by Rutgers fans.

Austin Allen is a former quarterback and current wide receiver for the Arkansas Razorbacks. Allen was a four-year starter for the Fayetteville High School Bears, leading them to a state championship in his senior year.

Allen was a highly touted recruit and chose to play for the Arkansas Razorbacks over offers from several other top programs. Allen led the Razorbacks to a 7-5 record in his freshman year, throwing for 2,593 yards and 20 touchdowns.

Allen improved his passing stats each year as a starter for the Razorbacks, culminating in a 4,593-yard, 36-touchdown season in 2015. 

Allen was injured in the 2016 SEC Championship game, and was replaced by Austin Allen. Allen was named SEC Offensive Player of the Year in 2017 and was a Heisman Trophy candidate in 2018.

Brian Tyms was signed by the New England Patriots as an undrafted free agent in 2014. He played for the Indianapolis Colts from 2016-2017 before signing with the Seattle Seahawks in August of 2018.

Tyms is primarily a wide receiver, but has also played cornerback and safety in his career. Brian Tyms was born in Florida, but spent most of his childhood in Seattle. In college, Tyms played for the Florida A&M Rattlers.

After two seasons with the Patriots and one with the Colts, Tyms signed with the Seahawks in August of 2018. Tyms is a strong punt and kick returner, and has also been used as a receiver on offense. Tyms is currently a member of the Seahawks active roster.

Tyms is a three-time NFL All-Pro, and is one of the most decorated players in Seahawks history. Brian Tyms is a rookie Canadian football player who is currently on the Orlando Apollos practice squad. 

He was drafted by the Toronto Argonauts in the 2017 CFL Draft but was traded to the Hamilton Tiger-Cats in February of this year.

Tyms played college football at Western Kentucky University. He was a four-year starter and was a two-time All-Conference selection.

He started all 13 games he played in his junior year, and finished with 41 tackles, including 5 for loss. Wilson was drafted in the sixth round of the 2018 NFL Draft by the Hamilton Tiger-Cats.

He is expected to start at defensive tackle for Hamilton this season. Wilson has expressed his excitement about joining the Tiger-Cats, and is looking to help the team improve in 2018. John Timu has experience as both a player and assistant coach at the NFL level. Timu was most recently an assistant coach with the Salt Lake Stallions of the Alliance of American Football (AAF).
