Johnny Gaudreau is a 29-year-old American forward who currently plays for the Calgary Flames. Gaudreau was drafted by the Boston Bruins in the first round, 22nd overall of the 2011 NHL Entry Draft.

He then signed with Calgary as an unrestricted free agent in July 2014. In his rookie season (2014-15), Gaudreau set career highs in points (73) and assists (38). 

His 73 points were second highest ever to Jarome Iginla, while his 38 assists ranked third behind Patrick Kane and Phil Kessel.

The following season he improved on both numbers, scoring 94 points and assisting on 51 goals – good for fourth place all-time among rookies in both categories behind only. 

Wayne Gretzky, Bobby Orr, and Mario Lemieux respectively; additionally he made his Stanley Cup playoff debut that year playing 11 games before being eliminated by Anaheim in the first round.

In 2016-17, Johnny continued where he left off from 2015-16 by setting new personal bests again with 97 points (41 goals + 62 assists) en route to being named runner-up for the Hart Memorial Trophy as MVP of the NHL playoffs after leading Calgary to their first Stanley Cup Final appearance since 2004. 

Injury has been a common theme throughout much of Johnny's professional career - missing over 60% of regular season games due to injury three times including 65 contests during 2017–18 which led some pundits [to] question whether or not this would be his last hurrah. 

However, at age 30 there is still plenty of hockey left inside “Johnny Hockey” so fingers crossed.

Johnny Gaudreau was drafted by the Calgary Flames in the 104th overall slot of the 2011 NHL Draft. The left winger has spent his entire professional career with the Flames, debuting in 2014-15. 

Johnny is a prolific scorer, having scored at least 20 goals four times and 40 or more once during his time in Calgary. 

He also racked up over 100 points twice, earning him both an Art Ross Trophy and Hart Memorial Trophy as MVP of the NHL's postseason competition. 

In April 2018, it was announced that Gaudreau had signed an eight-year contract extension with Calgary worth $49 million CAD (approximately £37 million GBP). 

Johnny is considered one of Canada’s most promising young players and holds dual citizenship with both Canada and the United States; he made his international debut for Team USA at age 19 against Denmark back in October 2013.

Max Pacioretty is a professional ice hockey player who was drafted by the Montreal Canadiens in 2007. He has also played for the Ottawa Senators and Vegas Golden Knights.

In 2013, he won the Art Ross Trophy as the NHL's leading scorer with 87 points (35 goals and 52 assists). Pacioretty has represented Canada at multiple international tournaments, including three World Championships and two Winter Olympics.

He announced his retirement from professional hockey on February 25th, 2019 after 17 seasons in the NHL Max Pacioretty is a left-handed forward who has played for the Montreal Canadiens, Carolina Hurricanes, HC Ambrì-Piotta and Vegas Golden Knights in his NHL career.

Pacioretty was drafted by the Montreal Canadiens as the 22nd overall pick in the 2007 NHL Draft. He made his professional debut with HC Ambrì-Piotta of the Swiss National League A in 2008–09 before joining the Carolina Hurricanes later that season. 

In 2011–12, he led all rookie forwards with 44 points (21 goals and 23 assists) as well as being named to Team USA for their World Championship tournament that year.

The following season, 2012–13, he recorded 41 goals and 63 assists for 106 points over 82 games - good for fourth place among rookies behind John Tavares (NYI), Alex Ovechkin (WAS), and Ryan Nugent-Hopkins (EDM). 

On July 1st, 2013, Pacioretty signed a six-year contract extension with Montreal worth an average annual value of $7 million dollars through to 2020–21 which makes him one of hockey's highest-paid players at present day.

In 2017–18 he finished second on the team scoring behind only Max Domi while playing 80 games registering 43 goals and 54 assists for 89 points helping lead Montreal to their 104th Stanley Cup championship.

Matty Beniers is a young American soccer player who was signed with the Seattle Kraken in 2022. Beniers started playing soccer at an early age and quickly became one of the top players in his region.

He attended college at Boston College and helped lead them to two NCAA championships, as well as being named ACC Rookie of the Year in 2018. 

After graduating from BC, Matty signed with Seattle and has been training ever since to be ready for next year's season.

Matty is known for his speed, strength, and ability to score goals both inside and outside of the box. 

He is excited to join the Kraken team next year and help take them further up into Division 1 play. Matty Beniers was the 2nd overall pick in the 2021 NHL Draft.

Tony Esposito was a well-known NHL player for many years and is now considered one of the greatest players in league history. He played for teams such as Chicago, Montreal, Boston and New York, and was inducted into the Hockey Hall of Fame in 1988.

Esposito's death at 78 years old was unexpected but not without cause; he had been suffering from dementia since 2014. 

His legacy will live on through his children who continue to play hockey professionally Tony Esposito was a goaltender who played for the Montreal Canadiens, Chicago Black Hawks and United States over his 18-year career.

He was one of the most successful goalies in NHL history, winning four Stanley Cups with three different teams. He is also well known for his ability to intimidate opposing players on the ice and has been described as one of the league's "great enforcers". 

Esposito retired from professional hockey following the 1984 season and later served as president of Hockey Canada.

In 2001, he was named one of the 100 Greatest NHL Players ever by The Hockey News magazine. Tony Esposito is currently an ambassador for children's cancer charity autumNROse (Autumns Reach Out).

Zach Parise is a left wing who was drafted by the Minnesota Wild in 2003. He has played for the Wild, New Jersey Devils, Nashville Predators and Carolina Hurricanes over his career.

In 2019, he signed with the Vegas Golden Knights as an unrestricted free agent. Parise has scored more than 700 goals and 1800 points in his NHL career so far.

Zach Parise has spent his entire professional career with the Devils, and he has been an integral part of their team since 2005.

In 2013, Zach Parise led all NHL players with 54 points (20 goals and 34 assists) in 48 games played during the regular season.

He helped lead New Jersey to their fifth Stanley Cup championship that year. In 2015, Zach Parise was traded to Minnesota Wild along with Pekka Rinne for Mike Fisher and Martin Havlat.

 The move reunited him with longtime teammate Devan Dubnyk, who had also been drafted by New Jersey as a goaltender back in 1997. 

As of 2019, Zach Parise is fresh off yet another successful campaign where he scored 37 goals and added 41 assists for 78 points over 82 games played during the 2018–19 season - good enough for sixth overall in scoring on the league's most offensively potent team.

Thomas Vanek was born on January 19th 1984 in Baden bei Wien, Austria. Thomas Vanek stands at 6' 2" tall and weighs 218lbs (99kg). He began his career with Graz 99ers before moving to the NHL with the Buffalo Sabres in 2004-05.

In 7 seasons with Buffalo he recorded 427 goals and 375 assists for 850 points in 890 games - an impressive statistic.

Paul Kariya was born on October 16th, 1974 in North Vancouver, British Columbia. He played for the Mighty Ducks of Anaheim and the Colorado Avalanche before moving to Nashville Predators and St.

Louis Blues respectively. Kariya won two Stanley Cups with the Ducks (1994-95) and one with Avalanche (2001-02). He also represented Canada at the Olympics twice (1996, 2002), winning a silver medal in 1996 while being named MVP at the World Cup of Hockey that same year.

Paul is currently an ambassador for Special Olympics Alberta and has been involved with various fundraising events over his career including The Kids Ride For Free campaign which raised $1 million for charity in 2017 alone. Paul Kariya was drafted first overall by the Mighty Ducks of Anaheim in 1994.

He quickly became one of the most popular players on and off the ice for the team, leading them to their only Stanley Cup championship in 2006. In 2010 he announced his retirement from hockey after a 20-year career with over 800 points in 602 games. 

Paul has since gone on to pursue other interests including acting and involvement in charitable work.

He remains highly respected within hockey circles both as an athlete and person, being named Canada's top male player of all time by Hockey Canada twice (in 2002 and 2009). 

Paul is married with two children and lives near Toronto where he continues to be involved in hockey coaching young people through his foundation PAULKARIYA HOCKEY ACADEMY.

Kent Johnson is a centre for the Vancouver Canucks. Kent was drafted in the fourth round, 108th overall by the Canucks in the 2015 NHL Entry Draft. Kent played Junior Hockey with the Victoria Royals of the Western Hockey League (WHL).

He recorded 79 points (34 goals and 45 assists) in 73 games during his final season with them before being drafted into professional hockey. 

In 2017-2018, he made his debut with Utica Comets of the American Hockey League as an overage player and scored two goals and six assists for eight points in 43 games before joining Vancouver's main roster on February 20th 2018.

Johnson has represented Canada at both under-18 level where he won a gold medal at World Juniors 2016 and again at under-20 level where they reached finals but lost to Finland 4-1 Kent Johnson is a left-handed shooting defenseman for the Columbus Blue Jackets. 

He was drafted 5th overall in the 2021 NHL Draft by Columbus. Kent started his playing career with the Kingston Frontenacs of the OHL, before moving up to the Toronto Marlies of the AHL in 2018-19 season.

In 2019-20, he made his NHL debut with Columbus and recorded 2 assists in 7 games played that season. In 2020-21, Kent had an excellent year offensively for Columbus recording 12 goals and 34 points in 76 games played which helped him win Rookie of The Year honors from.

The Hockey News and Second Team All-Star recognition from The Professional Hockey Writers Association (PHWA). 

His performance continued into 2021-22 as he led all rookie defensemen in scoring with 22 goals and 52 points while also adding 26 assists for 78 total points - good enough for third place amongst all rookies behind only Auston Matthews (90) and Patrik Laine (86).

Overall, this has been one of most successful first seasons by any rookie defenseman since 2000 when Ryan Suter scored 57 points en route to winning Calder Memorial Trophy as rookie of the year.

Brian Gionta is a veteran winger who has played in the NHL for over 20 years. He was drafted by the Buffalo Sabres in the first round of the 1997 draft.

In 2001, he set an NHL record for most consecutive games played with 97 including playoffs - this streak ended at 98 when he missed game six of the Eastern Conference Final due to injury.

 Brian has been married to Shawna since 2003 and they have two children together - daughters Kaitlyn (born 2006) and Morgan (born 2009).

Outside of hockey, Brian is heavily involved in philanthropy through his foundation which focuses on fighting childhood cancer and helping families affected by domestic violence.

Neal Broten played for the Minnesota North Stars from 1984-1990. After retiring as a player, Neal became head coach of the University of Wisconsin Badgers in 1998 and held that position until 2006.

He was named assistant general manager of the Dallas Stars on July 4, 2009 and held that position until he resigned effective February 15, 2013. 

On November 18th 2014 Neal was inducted into the Hockey Hall of Fame with his former teammate Brett Hull Neal Broten is a former NHL player who spent his entire career playing for the Minnesota North Stars.

Neal Broten was drafted by the North Stars in 1979 and played there until 1997 when he was traded to the Dallas Stars. Neal Broten won two Stanley Cups with the Minnesota North Stars, in 1991 and 1993. He also won a Gold Medal with Team USA at the 1994 Winter Olympics. 

After retirement from hockey, Neal Broten became an assistant coach with the Dallas Stars before becoming head coach of their AHL affiliate, Texas Starz, in 2013-14 season.

He was drafted by the St Louis Blues in the first round (8th overall) of the 1988 NHL Entry Draft and made his professional debut with their AHL affiliate in 1989-90. 

In 1992-93 he joined Quebec Nordiques where he won a Stanley Cup championship that year as well as two more championships during his time there between 1995 and 2001 before moving to Colorado Avalanche in 2002-03 season.

Tony retired after playing one final season with Dallas Stars in 2006-07 and currently works as an assistant coach for Team Canada at various international tournaments including World Championships, Olympics and World Cups Tony Hrkac was a goaltender in the NHL for 11 seasons. 

He played for six different teams, including the San Jose Sharks, Chicago Blackhawks and Dallas Stars. In 2005, he retired from professional hockey after playing with St.

Louis Blues. After his retirement, Tony Hrkac worked as a goaltending coach for several minor league teams before joining HC Lev Prague of the Czech Extraliga in 2009 as an assistant coach and goaltending consultant.

Henry Thrun is a 21-year-old American computer scientist and entrepreneur. Thrun is best known for his work in artificial intelligence and autonomous vehicles.

In October 2018, Thrun was appointed as the President of Uber's Advanced Technologies Group. Previously, Thrun served as the Chief Technology Officer of Google's Waymo autonomous vehicle division.

Thrun has also founded several startups, including Nefarious and Argo AI. Thrun was born in March 2001 in Southborough, Massachusetts. Thrun has a degree in computer science from Stanford University.

Bill Watson is a retired professional ice hockey player who played in the National Hockey League (NHL) for the Philadelphia Flyers and the Tampa Bay Lightning.
