Pedro Martínez is a pitcher who has spent his entire career with the Philadelphia Phillies. He was drafted by them in 1992 and made his MLB debut that year.

Pedro Martínez has been one of the most successful pitchers in Phillies history, winning 219 games while posting an ERA of 2.93 and striking out 3,154 batters over the course of his career.

Pedro Martínez may be nearing the end of his playing days, but he still holds many records and accolades within baseball including being named to three All-Star teams as well as winning two Cy Young Awards (the highest honor for a pitcher in MLB).

After spending 11 seasons with Philadelphia, Martínez signed with the Los Angeles Dodgers prior to the 2009 season where he posted a record of 5–10 before retiring at the end of that season. 

Now 51 years old, Pedro Martínez continues to work as a broadcaster for Comcast SportsNet Philadelphia covering both Phillies games and other sporting events around the Delaware County area during select weeks throughout each baseball season.

Manny Machado is a third baseman and shortstop who had an impressive MLB career. He was drafted by the Baltimore Orioles in 2012 and has since played for them, as well as the San Diego Padres.

Machado is known for his powerful hitting ability, which has resulted in him having one of the highest batting averages in MLB history. His achievements have led to him being named MVP twice (in 2016 and 2017) and earning numerous other awards throughout his career.

Machado will be 31 years old at the end of this season, so he may not have many more seasons left where he can compete at such a high level in baseball. However, with continued good performance it’s likely that we will see MannyMachado continue to be one of the best players in the game for some time to come.

Manny Machado is a three-time All Star and Gold Glove Award winner. He was drafted by the Baltimore Orioles in 2010 and has since played for them, as well as the Los Angeles Dodgers and San Diego Padres.

Machado has an impressive record of 1,597 hits, 283 home runs and 853 RBIs in his career so far. On 27th October 2018 he was traded to the Los Angeles Dodgers in exchange for five players including top prospect Zion Williamson Jr.

With LA he won his second consecutive MVP award after leading the league with 34 home runs while driving in 115 RBIs; completing a brilliant 3 year run with Baltimore from 2012-2014 before being traded away.

Ohtani is a two-way player who has spent most of his career as a pitcher but can also hit. He was the first player in history to be drafted twice by MLB teams, and he made his debut with the Los Angeles Angels in 2018.

In 2017, Ohtani led NPB in batting average (.332) and home runs (49). Ohtani has been compared to Japanese baseball star Yūki Matsui because of their unique skillset as pitchers and hitters. 

Shohei Ohtani is a Japanese-born pitcher and first baseman who has played for the Hokkaido Nippon-Ham Fighters in Japan and the Los Angeles Angels of Anaheim in the United States.

He was named an All-Star for both teams, and he won Rookie of the Year honors with the Angels in 2018. In 2019, Ohtani became only the second player ever to win both MVP and Cy Young Awards in his rookie season (the other being Sandy Koufax). 

Ohtani is one of only six players ever to pitch at least 200 innings with at least 30 home runs, 100 RBIs, 50 walks and 20 strikeouts - joining Nolan Ryan (five times), Randy Johnson (twice), Roger Clemens (once), Babe Ruth (multiple times) and Mickey Mantle.

Ohtani also holds MLB records for most hits by a pitcher without homers allowed during his debut season - 139 - as well as becoming just the third batter after Ty Cobb and Hank Aaron to record more than 500 singles over their career while playing exclusively DH duty.

Rendon remains unsigned long-term as he enters into his final year of arbitration eligibility at the end of 2022 which could lead to him becoming a free agent later that year or early next year if negotiations do not go well.

Corey Seager is not only an outstanding hitter but also makes tremendous plays at shortstop, often robbing opposing baserunners of extra bases or making spectacular diving grabs on balls hit near the ground that would have gone for homers otherwise.

Due to his excellent defensive skills as well as his promising bat-speed, many pundits believe that Seager could be one of the best hitters ever to play shortstop – if not THE best. 

Corey Seager is a superstar shortstop for the Los Angeles Dodgers. He has won multiple awards, including 3 All-Star appearances and 2 Silver Slugger Awards.

Corey is known as one of the best defensive shortstops in all of baseball, and he has also hit for a high batting average throughout his career. Corey's impressive stats have led to him being named captain of the Texas Rangers for the next few seasons.

Harper's style of play can be described as aggressive; he likes to take risks on the field and often puts himself into difficult situations offensively due to this mindset. This can sometimes lead to some controversy, but overall it makes for an exciting game to watch when Harper is playing.

It seems very likely that Bryce Harper will continue playing professional baseball at a high level for many years yet to come - if not indefinitely.

Aaron Nola is a 29-year-old starting pitcher for the Philadelphia Phillies. He made his MLB debut in 2015 and has since been one of the most consistent pitchers in the league.

Aaron Nola throws right-handed and bats left-handed. He was drafted by the Phillies in 2013, but spent two seasons at LSU before making his MLB debut with them in 2015. 

Aaron Nola has had some impressive performances over his career, including an ERA under 3 throughout much of 2017 and 2018 while also finishing top 10 in Cy Young voting both years (he finished 5th both times).

While he may not have won any awards thus far, there's no doubt that Aaron Nola is one of the best starting pitchers currently playing baseball – if not THE best. Aaron Nola is a talented pitcher who has been successful in the MLB. 

He joined the Philadelphia Phillies in 2015 and has since had a record of 78-62. Aaron Nola's main strength is his ability to strike out opponents, which he has done 1,380 times in his career so far.

On 27 June 2018, he became an All-Star for the first time and helped lead his team to victory against the Los Angeles Dodgers. In 2020, Aaron Nola was named to both the Second Team All-MLB and The Sporting News AL Pitcher of Year Award list after leading all pitchers with 269 strikeouts during the season.

9. Paul Goldschmidt

Goldschmidt is a three-time All-Star and two-time Silver Slugger Award winner. He was drafted by the Arizona Diamondbacks in the first round of the 2007 MLB Draft and played for them until he was traded to St.

Louis Cardinals in 2019. Goldschmidt has amassed over 2,000 hits and is one of only six players with at least 500 home runs and 1,500 RBIs during his career. He finished second in MVP voting in 2018 behind Mike Trout of the Los Angeles Angels of Anaheim after hitting .295 with 315 homers and 1,042 RBIs that season alone.

Goldsch Schmidt's father played semi-professional baseball before becoming a coach for Paul's minor league teams early on in his career. In January 2020 he announced his retirement from professional baseball after 18 seasons playing professionally.

 Paul Goldschmidt is a well-known and respected player in the MLB. He has been an All-Star multiple times and won many awards, including MVP in 2022.

Goldschmidt was born in Arizona but grew up playing baseball in his home country of Curacao. After being drafted by the Diamondbacks, he made his MLB debut in 2011 and has since had a successful career. 

In 2018, Goldschmidt led the NL with 145 stolen bases while also hitting 33 home runs to win his fifth Silver Slugger Award. He will be hoping to continue this level of performance into 2019 when he joins the St Louis Cardinals as their new first baseman.

Christian Yelich will continue to play at an elite level into the future as long as he remains healthy - there's no denying that this guy is one heck of a player. Christian Yelich has been a consistent performer for the Miami Marlins since 2013.

He is a three-time All-Star, two-time NL MVP, and one of the best hitters in baseball. Yelich has led the league in batting average twice and hit 30 home runs both seasons. 

In 2019 he was also named an all-star game starter as well as winning his first Gold Glove Award to go with his 3 Silver Slugger Awards from 2016, 2018 and 2019.

Christian Yelich is not only one of the best hitters in baseball but he’s also a great fielder who has won multiple awards at shortstop including 2nd Team All MLB First Team selection this past season. 

There’s no doubt that Christian Yelich will continue to be one of the top players in baseball and could potentially reach even greater heights with continued success.

Corbin Burnes is a 28-year-old pitcher with the Milwaukee Brewers. He made his MLB debut in 2018 and has been successful so far, winning 35 games while losing 19.

Corbin Burnes originally played for the Los Angeles Angels before being traded to Milwaukee this past offseason. His father, Casey, also played professional baseball as an outfielder and then a pitcher before retiring in 1999 at age 27 after struggling with injuries sustained during his career.

Corbin Burnes was born in Bakersfield, California but moved around frequently due to his father's coaching job; he has lived in six different states by the time he was 18 years old.

 After attending multiple high schools and pitching for several semi-professional teams throughout California, Oregon and Arizona, Corbin finally committed to attend college at Whitman College (Whitman Heights, Texas). 

Where he pitched collegiately from 2014–2017 before signing with the Brewers organization as a free agent this past offseason.

When asked about his approach on the mound or anything else related to baseball during an interview earlier this year, Corbin said "I just try not to worry too much about it because if you do that your performance will suffer." That attitude seems to be working thus far for him.

Hank Aaron was one of the most outstanding baseball players in history and is widely considered to be one of the greatest hitters in MLB history. He retired with a .305 batting average, 3,771 hits, and 382 home runs.

Aaron played his entire career for the Milwaukee Braves (1954-1976). In 1974 he led the Braves to their first World Series championship since 1957 and became only the third player ever to win three MVP Awards (the other two being Willie Mays and Babe Ruth).

After retiring from baseball, Aaron served as a television sportscaster for several networks before passing away at age 86 on January 22nd, 2021. Hank Aaron is one of the most iconic and successful baseball players in history. 

He was a five-time all-star, won three World Series titles with the Atlanta Braves, and holds numerous records.

Hank Aaron was born on February 5th, 1935 in Mobile, Alabama. He made his major league debut with the Milwaukee Braves in 1954 at the age of 20 and went on to be one of baseball's greatest hitters during his 14 year career. 

Some of Aaron's most impressive records include being the all-time home run leader (755), batting champion (1957 & 1959), RBI leader (1960 & 1963), as well as having 3 gold gloves award for defensive excellence over that time period.

On September 7th 1974 he passed Babe Ruth for first place on MLB's all-time hits list - a record that still stands today. Hank Aaron has been inducted into both the Baseball Hall of Fame in 1975.

Well as both the Atlanta Braves Hall Of Fame and American Family Field Walk Of Fame - making him an extremely celebrated figure within America's favorite pastime.

José Altuve has spent his entire MLB career with the Houston Astros, appearing in 1,847 games over six seasons (2011–16). In 2017 he became only the fourth player ever to reach 2,000 hits and 500 home runs during a single season; additionally he won his third consecutive American League MVP award that year.

Altuve was married to former Miss Universe Alicia Machado in December 2018 after ending their engagement earlier that year following allegations of abuse from Machado's past which she has since denied. 

José Altuve is a five-time All-Star and two-time World Series champion who has led the AL in batting four times, stolen bases twice, and hits once.

José Altuve won the 2017 American League MVP award after leading the Astros to their first championship in franchise history. Altuve was a unanimous selection for both the All-MLB First Team and Second Team at the end of his career in 2022. 

He also won six Silver Slugger Awards while with Houston including three consecutively from 2014 to 2018. In 2019, he became just the fourth player ever to win multiple Gold Glove Awards at each outfield position as well as being named AP Athlete of The Year his fifth consecutive season receiving accolades on that front.

His ERA of 3.24 this year is his lowest but he still ranks first in strikeouts (3,198) and second in earned run average (behind only Max Scherzer). 

Justin Verleran was born February 20th 1983 in Manakin-Sabot, Virginia and has played 13 seasons in the majors with Detroit, HOUSTON ASTROS and NY METS Justin Verlander is one of the best pitchers in baseball and has won several awards, including two World Series titles.

He was born in 1984 and started playing baseball at a young age. Justin Verlander debuted with the Detroit Tigers in 2005 and quickly became one of their stars. He led the American League in strikeouts each year from 2009 to 2012 and also won three Cy Young Awards during that time period. 

In 2017, he helped lead the Houston Astros to their first world championship title ever. Justin Verlander retired after the 2017 season but will return for the 2022 season as part of an agreement between both teams.

15. Alex Bregman

Alex Bregman is scheduled to be a free agent after the 2022 season but is widely expected to re-sign with the Houston Astros on a long-term deal this off-season Alex Bregman is a two-time All-Star and world champion with the Houston Astros.

Alex Bregman won his first Silver Slugger Award in 2019. Alex Bregman was drafted by the Astros in 2013 and has since developed into one of their key players, batting .290 with 490 runs batted in over 564 games played. 

Alex Bregman is married to actress Anna Faris and they have two children together - sonCharlie (born 2017) and daughter Jacklyn (born 2020).

In December 2018, it was announced that Bregman had been diagnosed with leukaemia, but he has since recovered fully and continues to play baseball for the Astros as well as representing his country at World Baseball Classic tournaments.

Yordan Alvárez is considered one of the top young hitters in baseball and should continue to improve over time. Yordan Alvarez was born on October 2, 1997 in Havana, Cuba. He is a right-handed pitcher and outfielder for the Houston Astros of Major League Baseball (MLB). 

In 2019, Alvarez made his MLB debut with the Astros and had a successful season as he led all American League rookies in batting average (.290) and home runs (24).

He also won AL Rookie of the Year honors after being one of only two players to have at least 20 home runs and 10 stolen bases in their inaugural season with an organization. Cuba at 15U Baseball World Championship where they finished 3rd overall behind Japan and Canada.

Framber Valdez is a 29-year old pitcher for the Houston Astros. Framber was born in Palenque, Dominican Republic on November 19th, 1993. Jacob deGrom is a talented pitcher for the Mets. In 2018 and 2019 he was named to the All-MLB First Team, and in 2020 he won the Cy Young Award.
