DeAngelo Williams is a former running back for the Carolina Panthers and Pittsburgh Steelers. He was drafted by the Panthers in 2006 and played with them until 2014 when he joined the Steelers.

DeAngelo has won two Super Bowls as a member of the Steelers (2016, 2009). He also holds several other accolades, including Second-team All-Pro in 2008 and three Pro Bowl selections (2008–2010). DeAngelo Williams is a former NFL running back who was drafted by the Pittsburgh Steelers in 2004.

He played for the Carolina Panthers from 2006 to 2014 and then signed with the New Orleans Saints in 2015. In 2009, he was selected to play in the Pro Bowl, and also won 2 rushing touchdown titles during his career. 

Williams has retired from professional football but continues to be involved with various charities and causes around the country.

Dontari Poe is a nose tackle for the Atlanta Falcons and was drafted in the first round of the 2012 NFL Draft. Poe started his career with the Kansas City Chiefs, playing there from 2012 to 2016.

In 2017, he signed with the Atlanta Falcons and has since played in all 16 games for them this season. Poe is well known for his strength and power on defense, as well as being ability to disrupt offenses running behind him on either side of the line of scrimmage.

He has also been known to be an excellent run defender throughout his career; in fact, according to Pro Football Focus, he leads all defensive tackles in run Stop Percentage (9%) this season alone. 

Poe will continue to play at a high level into 2018 and beyond; if you're looking for someone who can dominate against both interior offensive linemen and running backs alike, look no further than Dontari Poe.

Poe was a dominant defensive lineman for the Carolina Panthers over the course of six seasons. He anchored one of the best defenses in NFL history and helped lead his team to a Super Bowl victory in 2015. 

Poe had some off-the-field issues early in his career, but he has since cleaned up his act and is now considered one of the most respected players on and off the field in football. Poe will likely be playing for Dallas Cowboys next season after being released by Carolina Panthers earlier this year.

Isaac Bruce played wide receiver for the Rams and 49ers over a 10-year career. He was a two-time Pro Bowler, earning his first in 2001 with the Rams and his second in 2004 with San Francisco.

In 2007, he signed with the Chicago Bears but only played one season before retiring at the end of 2008. 

After retirement, he served as an analyst on Fox Sports NFL coverage from 2009 to 2013.In 2014, Bruce returned to football as offensive coordinator for Memphis College Football's Tigers football team where he led them to back-to-back FCS national championships in 2016 and 2017. 

Isaac Bruce is a former professional football player who played for the Los Angeles Rams and Memphis Tigers.He was a four-time Pro Bowler and two-time NFL receiving yards leader. 

Bruce also won a Super Bowl championship with the Rams in XXXIV, making him one of only six players to win both the Super Bowl and an MVP award (MVP being given to the sport's most outstanding player). 

After retiring from their playing career, he became an analyst on Fox Sports' pregame show "The Kickoff."

Paxton Lynch was born on February 12, 1994, in San Antonio, Texas. He attended Trinity Christian Academy where he played quarterback for the school's football team.

Lynch then went on to play college football at Memphis and had a very successful tenure with the Tigers, starting all 36 games that he appeared in during his four-year stint there.

In 2016, Lynch was drafted by the Denver Broncos in the first round of the NFL Draft and has since been playing for them as their backup quarterback behind Trevor Siemian. 

While Paxton is not considered to be one of the best quarterbacks currently playing in the NFL, he is still respected by many due to his impressive collegiate career at Memphis Paxton Lynch was drafted by the Denver Broncos in 2016 and is currently a member of the Seattle Seahawks.

Paxton Lynch has had mixed success in his career to date, with some good performances but also a few poor ones. He will be looking to improve on this for next season as he joins the Pittsburgh Steelers and Saskatchewan Roughriders on their respective rosters.

Reggie Howard is a co-defensive coordinator for the Campbell Fighting Camels. He was originally drafted by the Oakland Raiders in 2000, but never played a down in the NFL.

McCain was drafted in the fifth round of the 2015 NFL Draft by the Miami Dolphins. McCain played for the Dolphins from 2015 to 2020. McCain was a starting free safety for the Dolphins during his time with the team.

McCain has also played for the Arizona Cardinals and the Washington Redskins. McCain has been credited with having made several key interceptions during his career. McCain is currently a free agent. McCain is a member of the Miami Dolphins' alumni association.

Elliott is a consistent kicker for the Philadelphia Eagles, and has been almost automatic in the past three seasons. Elliott was born in 1995 in Western Springs, Illinois, and played football and basketball throughout high school.

He attended Memphis, where he was a three-year starter for the Tigers. Elliott was drafted in the fifth round of the 2017 NFL Draft by the Cincinnati Bengals, but did not make an appearance in a game for them. 

He was traded to the Philadelphia Eagles in August of that year and has since been a mainstay in their kicker rotation.

Elliott has made 81.5% of his field goal attempts in his three seasons in the NFL, and has been one of the most consistent kickers in the league. He is married to his college girlfriend, and has two young children.

Alan Cross was drafted by the Tampa Bay Buccaneers in the third round of the 2017 NFL Draft. Cross attended Memphis and played for the Tigers from 2013-16.

Cross has appeared in 53 games during his three-year career, recording 21 receptions for 281 yards and one touchdown. Cross was waived by the Buccaneers on September 2, 2017 and was signed to the practice squad the next day.

Cross was promoted to the active roster on December 4, 2017 and played in one game before being waived on December 11. Cross was signed to the practice squad of the Detroit Lions on December 12, 2017 and was promoted to the active roster on December 22.

Cross was waived by the Lions on December 26 and was signed to the practice squad of the Tennessee Titans on December 28.

Harry Schuh was a standout collegiate football player at Memphis before being drafted by the Oakland Raiders in 1965. Schuh played tackle for the Raiders for four seasons before retiring in 1970.

Schuh spent the next several years as a coach and administrator in the NFL before dying in 2013 at the age of 70. Harry Schuh was a physical specimen for a tackle and was one of the most durable players in the league.

Schuh was inducted into the Memphis Hall of Fame in 1984 and the Tennessee Sports Hall of Fame in 2007. Harry Schuh was a pioneer for black players in the NFL and is remembered as one of the league's all-time greats. Schuh was an AFL Champion with the Los Angeles Rams in 1967 and 1969.

He was a 2x All-Star and Pro Bowler with the Green Bay Packers in the early 1970s. Harry Schuh was a Raider legend, and his number 31 is now retired by the team. 

After his playing days were over, Harry Schuh became a successful coach. He led the Packers to a Super Bowl victory in 1974, and he also coached the Raiders for a few seasons.

Harry Schuh is a member of the Pro Football Hall of Fame, and he is also enshrined in the California Football Hall of Fame. Harry Schuh is currently the offensive coordinator for the Los Angeles Rams. Harry Schuh is a great example of a player who achieved success both on the field and in the coaching world.

12. John Bramlett

John Bramlett was a linebacker who played in the AFL for the Memphis Tigers. He was drafted without being drafted in the NFL and played for the Tigers for six seasons.

Bramlett was known for his aggressive play on the field and was a key part of the Tigers' success in the AFL. Bramlett retired from the AFL in 1971 and returned to his home state of Tennessee.

He passed away in 2014 at the age of 73. Bramlett was drafted in the third round of the 1965 NFL Draft by the Denver Broncos. Bramlett played for the Broncos from 1965 to 1966. Bramlett then played for the Miami Dolphins from 1967 to 1968.

Bramlett was then drafted by the Boston Patriots in the 1969 NFL Draft. Bramlett played for the Patriots from 1969 to 1970. Bramlett then played for the Atlanta Falcons from 1971 to 1973. Bramlett then retired from the NFL. Bramlett was inducted into the Miami Dolphins Hall of Fame in 1992.

Bramlett is currently the head football coach at the University of Tulsa.

Avery attended Memphis, where he played linebacker for four seasons. He was drafted in the fifth round by the Philadelphia Eagles in 2018. He made his NFL debut in 2019 and recorded five sacks in eight games.

Avery was released by the Eagles in August 2021. He signed with the Tampa Bay Buccaneers in November 2021. Avery played linebacker for the Memphis Tigers from 2014-2017. He was drafted by the Philadelphia Eagles in the fifth round of the 2018 NFL Draft.

Avery made his NFL debut in 2019 and recorded five sacks in eight games. He was released by the Eagles in August 2021. Avery signed with the Tampa Bay Buccaneers in November 2021. Avery was a two-time First-team All-AAC linebacker for the Pittsburgh Steelers in the early 2020s.

Avery was an all-around linebacker who was good at both stopping the run and passing the ball. Avery had a productive career in the NFL, playing in 106 games and recording 8.5 sacks, 1 forced fumble, and 5 pass deflections. 

Avery retired from the NFL in 2022, but he is still remembered as one of the best linebackers in Steelers' history.

Seth Henigan is a sophomore quarterback for the Memphis Tigers. Henigan attended Denton High School and led the team to a state championship in his senior year.

Henigan committed to play football at the University of Texas, but he injured his ankle during his sophomore year and decided to switch to Memphis. Henigan has appeared in five games for the Tigers this season and has completed 50% of his passes for 734 yards and four touchdowns.

Henigan is a two-time All-American and was a consensus first-team selection in his junior year. Henigan is considered one of the top young quarterbacks in the country and is a possible first-round pick in the 2019 NFL Draft. Henigan is a native of Denton, Texas. Seth Henigan is a quarterback from Memphis, Tennessee.

He started his college career at Memphis, but transferred to SMU in 2017. He led SMU to a 10-3 record and a bowl game in his first season with the team. 

He was named the MVP of the First Responder Bowl after throwing for 336 yards and three touchdowns. Henigan is a two-time All-American and was drafted by the Houston Texans in the seventh round of the 2018 NFL Draft.

Brown was a key member of the Patriots' 2010 Super Bowl championship team. He would also win a Super Bowl ring with the New England Patriots in 2017. Brown was a key part of the Patriots' 2017 Super Bowl victory.

He would also be named the Patriots' 2017 Defensive MVP. Brown was inducted into the Patriots Hall of Fame in 2018. Brown is currently a defensive analyst for the Patriots. Tony Brown was drafted in the 6th round of the 2006 NFL Draft by the Tennessee Titans.

Tony Brown started his career with the Amsterdam Admirals of the NFL Europe League. Tony Brown was drafted by the Carolina Panthers in the 2006 NFL Draft, but he never played for them.

Tory Epps was a dominant defensive tackle in the NFL for over a decade. He was drafted by the Cleveland Browns in the 1990 NFL Draft and played for them for six seasons.

He was traded to the Atlanta Falcons in 2001 and played for them until his death in 2005. Tory Epps was a two-time Pro Bowler and was named to the All-Pro team in 2001. Tory Epps was diagnosed with a brain tumor in 2004 and died two years later at the age of 38.

He was posthumously inducted into the Falcons' Hall of Fame in 2006. Tory Epps is remembered as one of the greatest defensive tackles in NFL history. Tory Epps was drafted in the 2nd round of the 1990 NFL Draft by the Atlanta Falcons. He played for the Chicago Bears from 1993-1995.

He was then traded to the New Orleans Saints in 1995. He played for the Tampa Bay Storm from 2000-2002. He finished his career with the New York Giants in 2003. 

Tory Epps was a member of the NFL All-Decade Team for the 1990s. He has also been a member of the NFL Hall of Fame. Tory Epps was born on December 8, 1966 in Fort Lauderdale, Florida.

He passed away on July 24, 2016 at the age of 50.

34. Terdell Middleton

Terdell Middleton was a running back who played in the NFL for over 20 years. He was a part of the Memphis Grizzlies team during their time as an expansion team.

Middleton was born in Memphis, Tennessee in 1955. He played college football at Memphis and was drafted by the Philadelphia Eagles in the 1977 NFL Draft. He played for the Eagles, the Miami Dolphins, and the Seattle Seahawks.

Middleton died in Memphis, Tennessee on April 3, 2015 after a long battle with cancer. He was 59 years old. Terdell Middleton was a linebacker for the Tampa Bay Buccaneers and the Memphis Showboats in the late 1980s. He played in three Pro Bowls in his career and recorded over 200 tackles.

Middleton played college football at the University of Pittsburgh. He was drafted by the Packers in the seventh round of the 1977 NFL Draft. Middleton retired in 2002 after a 14-year NFL career. He is currently a coach for the Green Bay Packers' youth programs.

Ken Irvin was born on July 11, 1972, in Rome, Georgia. Irvin played football at Pepperell High School in Lindale, Georgia. Irvin played college football at Memphis.

Irvin was drafted by the Seattle Seahawks in the 1995 NFL Draft. Irvin has played for the Seahawks, Tampa Bay Buccaneers, and Oakland Raiders. Irvin has been a member of the Atlanta Falcons since 2013.

Irvin has been a three-time Pro Bowler and two-time All-Pro selection. Irvin has been named to the NFL All-Decade Team for the 2000s. Irvin is a member of the National Football Foundation and College Hall of Fame.

36. Darrell Nelson

Darrell Nelson is a retired NFL tight end who played for the Jacksonville Jaguars, Kansas City Chiefs, Minnesota Vikings, and Dallas Cowboys. Nelson was a three-time Pro Bowler and two-time All-Pro.

He was also a member of the Super Bowl XXXVII and XXXVIII champions, the Jacksonville Jaguars. Nelson played college football at the University of Tennessee. Nelson is a member of the Tennessee Sports Hall of Fame, the Memphis Touchdown Club, and the Jacksonville Sports Council.

Nelson is married and has three children. Darrell Nelson was a standout safety at Mitchell High School in Tennessee and went on to play for Memphis in college. 

He was undrafted and never played in the NFL, but he had a successful career in the Canadian Football League. In his 13 seasons in the CFL, Nelson made over 500 tackles and had five interceptions.

He retired in 2006 after playing for the Toronto Argonauts. Nelson is now a football analyst for ESPN in the United States. 

He has three children and lives in Nashville, Tennessee. Darrell Nelson is a highly respected football analyst and has been involved in several high-profile NFL games. He is a member of the National Football Foundation and Hall of Fame.

Darrell Nelson is a true pioneer in Canadian Football and is one of the most respected players in the history of the league.

37. Bob Rush

Bob Rush was a center for the Philadelphia Eagles and Buffalo Bills. He was drafted in the first round of the 1977 NFL Draft by the Eagles and played for them for ten seasons.

Rush was a four-time All-Pro and two-time Pro Bowler. He was also a member of the Philadelphia Eagles' special teams unit for 10 seasons. Rush is a member of the Philadelphia Eagles' Hall of Fame.

He is also a member of the Buffalo Bills' Hall of Fame. Rush is a father of three children and has been married to his wife, Peggy, for over thirty years. Rush currently works as a football analyst for ESPN.

Bob Rush is 67 years old and 6'5" tall. Rush was drafted in the 3rd round by the Chargers in 1977 and played for them until 1982. He played in 11 Pro Bowls and was a 2x All-Pro. He was inducted into the Pro Football Hall of Fame in 1995.

Rush helped the Chiefs win the 1985 Super Bowl. He is currently the assistant head coach and defensive line coach for the St. Louis Rams.

38. Charlie Babb

Charlie Babb is a safety for the Cleveland Browns. He has played for the Browns for 14 seasons, and has been a part of four division titles and one AFC championship.

Babb was drafted by the Browns in the 6th round of the 1973 NFL Draft. He played college football at Memphis. Babb has been a part of four Pro Bowls and was a First Team All-Pro in 1985.

Babb is a two-time winner of the Walter Payton Man of the Year Award. He has also been a part of several humanitarian efforts, including the Ronald McDonald House Charities. Babb is retired from the NFL, and currently works as a commentator for the Browns TV network.

He played for the Browns, Atlanta Falcons, and Seattle Seahawks. He was inducted into the Pro Football Hall of Fame in 1993. Hathcock was diagnosed with Alzheimer's disease in 2009 and died in January 2012 at the age of 79.

Dave Hathcock was a Hall of Fame player and one of the most dominant linebackers in NFL history, winning a championship with the Green Bay Packers in 1966 and making three Super Bowl appearances. 

Hathcock was born in Detroit in 1937 and played college football at the University of Michigan, where he was a two-time All-American.

He was the first player in NFL history to record 300 solo tackles in a season, and he also won two Gold Gloves. Hathcock played his entire career with the Packers, retiring after the 1978 season. He was inducted into the Pro Football Hall of Fame in 1983. 

After retirement, Hathcock became a football coach, eventually serving as head coach at the University of Nebraska and the University of Hawaii.

Burroughs then spent time with the New Orleans Saints and the Kansas City Chiefs. Burroughs retired as a player in 1997 and began coaching with Knoxville College. Burroughs was later hired as an assistant coach with the Amsterdam Admirals of the World League of American Football.

Burroughs was hired as the running backs coach for the Jacksonville Jaguars in 2016. Burroughs will enter his sixth season as the Jaguars' cornerback coach in 2017.

Hicks was a high school basketball standout in Jackson, Tennessee. He went on to play college basketball for Memphis. He was not drafted in 2002, but signed with the Golden State Warriors as a free agent.

He played for the Warriors, Cleveland Cavaliers, Boston Celtics, and Dallas Mavericks over the course of his career. Hicks retired in 2016. He has two sons and a daughter. Hicks is a television analyst for the Memphis Grizzlies.

Hicks is a Certified Athletic Trainer. Hicks is a community ambassador for the Grizzlies. Hicks was drafted by the Philadelphia Eagles in the 2002 NFL Draft, and he played for them from 2002 to 2005. Hicks then played for the Minnesota Vikings from 2006 to 2009.

He then played for the Washington Redskins from 2010 to 2012. Hicks was with the Cleveland Browns from 2011 to 2012. Hicks was then signed by the Miami Dolphins in 2012. 

Hicks played for the Dolphins for two seasons, before he was released in 2014. Hicks then signed with the Buffalo Bills in 2014, but he was released from the team in 2015.

Hicks then signed with the Tampa Bay Buccaneers in 2015, but he was released from the team in 2016. Hicks has now retired from professional football.
