1. Jon Duplantier

Jon Duplantier

Duplantier was originally drafted by the Diamondbacks in the second round of the 2013 MLB Draft. He made his professional debut with their Rookie-level Arizona League team, and spent two seasons there before being traded to Philadelphia during the 2016 season.

Duplantier has a career ERA of 3.97 over 197 innings pitched, with an impressive strikeout rate (199 K's on 233 IP) that helps explain why he's been successful at both levels of baseball.

Duplantier is known for his effective use of all three pitches - fastball, slider, and changeup - which makes him difficult to hit regardless of what type of pitch he throws.

In 2019, Duplantier became one of just six pitchers in Phillies history to win 20 games or more in each season they've played (20-plus starts). Jon Duplantier was drafted by the Arizona Diamondbacks in the first round of the 2019 MLB Draft.

Jon Duplantier is a left-handed pitcher who stands at 6'4" and weighs 215 pounds. In his junior year, Duplantier set a Louisiana state record with an ERA of 1.65 and struck out 117 batters in just 61 innings pitched.

The 23-year old has already made one appearance for the Diamondbacks this season - pitching 2/3 of an inning against Miami on April 1st - but doesn't have any stats yet to show for it other than giving up four hits and two earned runs without recording a strikeout or wincing in pain afterwards like most pitchers do.

When they give up four hits within their first three professional innings (although he did walk one batter). JonDuplaitner's fastball tops out at 93 mph.

While his slider is also good enough to put hitters away if they make contact with it - something that should come as no surprise given how deceptive his delivery looks from behind home plate.

although admittedly we'll never know how effective those pitches would be against live competition until somebody catches him throwing them live on camera.

2. Adrian Del Castillo

Adrian Del Castillo is a catcher for the Arizona Diamondbacks. He was drafted by the team in the first round of the 2018 MLB draft. Del Castillo has spent most of his time at catcher, but he also played first base and left field during his early career with Cuba's national baseball team.

In 2017, he made his major league debut with Arizona and hit .265 over 68 games. He started 2018 as regular starter behind catchers David Peralta and Alex Avila, but suffered an injury that caused him to miss almost two months of action.

After returning from injury, he cooled off considerably (.229/.288/.362) before finishing strong at .269/.306/.449 in 82 games overall this season - good enough for a All-Star nomination along with 43 home runs and 105 RBIs on offense while playing excellent defense behind the plate (1 Gold Glove).

3. Scott Randall

Scott Randall is a veteran pitcher in the MLB, having played for ten seasons. He's had success pitching for teams like the Anaheim Angels and Cleveland Indians, but has also been known to struggle from time-to-time.

Randall was born on October 29th, 1975 in Fullerton, California. After playing college ball at San Diego State University, Scott made his MLB debut with the Anaheim Angels in 2001.

In 2006 he signed with the Cleveland Indians and went on to have another successful season there - winning 16 games and posting a 3rd place finish in voting for American League Cy Young Award honors (the only AL player ever to achieve this).

In 2010 Scott joined the Chicago White Sox organization and pitched solidly until being traded midway through the 2014 season to Houston Astros where he currently pitches out of their bullpen.
