The France National Football Team is a powerhouse in the world of international football. Representing one of the most iconic countries in Europe, they have been consistently competitive at major tournaments since their first appearance on an international stage back in 1904. The team has won two FIFA World Cup titles and boasts some of the finest players to ever grace the pitch, with names like Zinedine Zidane and Thierry Henry coming to mind quickly. Mbappé is a French professional footballer who plays as a forward for Paris Saint-Germain. Mbappé made his senior debut with Monaco in 2015, before joining PSG in 2017.

He has won two Ligue 1 titles and one Coupe de France with the club. Mbappé was named PFA Young Player of the Year in 2018 after scoring 34 goals in all competitions for PSG that season.

In September 2018, he became the first player to score at five World Cup venues when he netted against Panama at the Estádio do Maracanã Stadium in Rio de Janeiro.

Kylian Mbappé is a world-renowned footballer who has represented France at various youth levels.

Mbappé began his international career in 2014, playing for the France U17 team and helping them to win the World Cup that year. He made his senior international debut in 2017, and since then he's been a key player for Les Bleus, scoring 66 goals in 36 appearances.

In 2018, Mbappé helped lead PSG to their first Ligue 1 title in over 20 years and was also named French Player of the Year.

Olivier Giroud is a French professional footballer who plays for AC Milan as a striker. He started his career at Grenoble, before moving to Tours in 2005.

After three years with Tours, Giroud joined Arsenal in 2008 and made over 200 appearances for the club over the following four seasons. 

In 2011, he moved to Chelsea where he won two Premier League titles and one FA Cup during his five-year stay however, he was unable to help them reach any other major finals throughout that time period.

In January 2017, Giroud moved back to France and signed with AC Milan on a three-and-a-half-year deal worth €9 million (USD 12 million). 

The 36-year old has since helped Milan win both the Italian Serie A championship and Coppa Italia title in his first season with the team, making him their all-time top scorer in domestic competition (with 25 goals).

Giroud represented France at the international level from under 15s onwards, scoring 29 goals in 104 total matches for Les Bleus. 

He was part of their squads that reached the semi-finals of Euro 2004 and World Cup 2006 respectively – although they were unsuccessful on both occasions; as well as reaching UEFA EURO 2012 quarter-finals but being eliminated by Spain there.

Antoine Griezmann is a world-renowned forward who currently plays for Atlético Madrid on loan from Barcelona. 

Antoine Griezmann made his senior debut with Real Sociedad in 2009 and has since played for Atlético Madrid, helping the club win La Liga in 2014 and the Copa del Rey in 2016.

Hugo Lloris is a French goalkeeper who currently plays for Tottenham Hotspur. He started his career at Nice before moving to Lyon where he spent six seasons between 2008 and 2012.

Varane is a world-class central defender who has been capped by France at the youth level and senior levels. He joined Manchester United in January 2019, signing a five-year contract with the club.

Varane made his debut for Real Madrid in October 2011 against Racing Santander and went on to make 236 appearances for the La Liga side before moving to Manchester United in January 2019.

Varane is known for his powerful shot from distance as well as his temperament on the pitch, which has seen him labeled one of Europe's best defenders.

Dayot Upamecano was born on October 27th, 1998 in Évreux, France. Dayot spent his youth career with Vaillante S. Angers and FC De Prey before joining Liefering in 2015.

Bayern Munich announced their signing of Upamecano in February 2020, agreeing to terms until 2024.

Zidane is one of the most decorated footballers of all time, with five Champions League titles, three La Liga titles and two Intercontinental Cups to his name.

He first came to prominence at Cannes, where he helped lead the club to Ligue 1 glory in 1989. Zidane then moved on to join Juventus, where he won four Serie A titles before joining Real Madrid in 2001.

In 2006, he left Madrid for a brief spell at Paris Saint-Germain before retiring from professional football later that year. Zidane made a return to coaching with Marseille in 2016–17 but was sacked after just six months due to poor results.

Carlo Ancelotti's replacement at Real Madrid – guiding them back to domestic glory within just two seasons under his charge whilst also helping guide France through their victorious campaign at UEFA Euro 2016 later that year en route to becoming world champions once again.

Thierry Henry is a former professional football player who played as a striker. He began his career with CO Les Ulis in France before moving to US Palaiseau and then Monaco.

In 1994, he made the move to England to play for Monaco, where he won two Ligue 1 titles and an Intercontinental Cup. 

He subsequently transferred to Arsenal, where he enjoyed great success between 1998 and 2002 winning three Premier League titles and two FA Cups.

After leaving Arsenal, Henry spent one season with New York Red Bulls before retiring from playing at the age of 36 due to injury sustained while playing for Barcelona in the 2010–11 UEFA Champions League campaign.

Henry later became an assistant coach at the Belgian side Anderlecht[5]before being appointed Belgium's head coach in November 2017. Known as "The Frenchman", Thierry Henry is one of the greatest strikers and players in French football history.

He played for Monaco, Juventus, Arsenal and Barcelona before moving to New York Red Bulls in 2010. In 1997, at just 20 years old, he made his international debut for France and went on to score 53 goals for his country over a 10-year period. 

After retiring from playing in 2014, Henry became manager of Belgium's assistant team but was sacked after less than two months in the role. He has since returned to coaching full time with Monaco.

Didier Deschamps is a French football manager and former player. He played for Marseille, Juventus, and Bordeaux in the 1990s. He became France's national team manager in 2012.

William Saliba is a French central defender who joined Arsenal in 2018. He began his career with AS Bondy before moving to FC Montfermeil and then Saint-Étienne.

Lilian Thuram was a French international defender who spent his entire professional career with Monaco. He won the Ligue 1 title in 1995 and was named club captain that same year.

Thuram is widely regarded as one of the best defenders of his era, and he helped Monaco to two Champions League titles during his time there.

Just Fontaine was a celebrated Moroccan-born striker who enjoyed a lengthy and successful career in France. He began his professional career with USM Casablanca, before joining Nice in 1953.

Nabil Fekir is a French attacking midfielder who currently plays for Spanish side Betis. He started his career at AC Villeurbanne, before moving to Lyon in 2007.

In 2010, he joined Saint-Priest and helped the club win promotion to Ligue 1 that season. After two seasons with Saint-Priest, Fekir moved to Lyon again in 2012 where he played until 2017 when he signed for Betis.

At the international level, Fekir has represented France at every youth level from U16 onwards and made his senior debut in 2016.

Corentin Tolisso is a French midfielder who currently plays for Lyon. He started his career with Stade Amplepuisien before moving to FC Pays de l'Arbresle in 2007.

In 2013, he joined Lyon and has since made over 180 appearances for the club, scoring 25 goals along the way. Tolisso was part of France's squad that reached the semi-finals of the 2018 World Cup, where they were eliminated by Croatia on penalties.

He has also represented his country at both Euro 2016 and the 2014 World Cup, winning silverware in both tournaments Corentin Tolisso is a talented French midfielder who has spent the majority of his career playing for Lyon.

With Bayern Munich reportedly interested in signing him this summer, it will be interesting to see where Tolisso goes from here - he's definitely one player that fans should keep an eye on.
