Dean Saunders is a Welsh former professional footballer who played as a striker. He began his career with Swansea City, before moving to Brighton & Hove Albion and then Derby County.

After making over 100 appearances for Derby, he moved to Cardiff City on a loan in 1987, where he made further appearances before retiring from football at the age of 29. 

Saunders has since worked as a coach at various clubs and levels, most notably with Bristol Rovers' academy system, while also working as an ambassador for children's cancer charity CLIC Sargent. 

Dean Saunders is a Welsh football manager and player who most recently managed Wrexham.

Dean Saunders began his playing career at West Bromwich Albion before moving to Swansea City in 1986. After spells with Bradford City and Sheffield United, he joined Liverpool in 1992 where he won the FA Cup that year as well as the Premier League title two years later. 

He left Liverpool after one season to join Villa, where he spent five years before retiring in 1995. In 1997, Saunders returned to management when he was appointed manager of Nottingham Forest, winning 43 matches over three seasons before leaving for Benfica in 1999.

After four successful years at Portuguese side Benfica, Saunders signed for Wrexham on a short-term contract in 2008 and led them to promotion from League Two during his tenure there; however.

He departed following their relegation back into the Championship at the end of 2011/12 season due to budget cuts by The Football Association. 

On 3 May 2013 it was announced that Saunders had been appointed Wolverhampton Wanderers' new head coach replacing Kenny Jackett who had resigned earlier that day citing personal reasons.

Wolves went on to win promotion back into the Premier League under his stewardship as champions at Wembley Stadium against Cardiff City on 28 April 2014.

On 5 December 2015 it was announced that Dean Saunders would be taking charge of Chesterfield until the end of January 2016 after Tony Mowbray left Rotherham United midseason

James Chester started his career at Manchester United before moving to Derby County in 2016. Chester is a centre-back and has played for England at youth level, as well as representing Wales at senior level.

He made his Premier League debut for Derby County in May 2017 against Liverpool and helped the club win promotion that year. In 2018, Chester helped Derby County reach the FA Cup final where they lost to Tottenham Hotspur 1–0 after extra time.

The defender signed a new four-year contract with Derby County in December 2018.[4] James Chester is considered an important part of the English national team set-up and was called up to represent them during Euro 2020 qualifying matches starting in March 2019.

James Chester joined Hull City from Manchester United in the summer of 2011. The central defender made 156 appearances for Hull before moving to West Bromwich Albion in January 2016. Chester has also played for Wales, making 35 appearances between 2014 and 2018. 

In 2020 he signed a loan deal with Stoke City, where he won promotion to the Premier League under manager Paul Lambert in his first season at the club.

Will Hughes is a midfielder for Crystal Palace and was born in England. He first came to prominence with Derby County, where he made over 100 appearances before joining Palace in 2015.

Hughes has been capped by the U17s and U20s but has yet to make an appearance for the full national side. Will Hughes is known as a hard-working midfield player who often raids forward up front.

In 2017, he signed a new five-year contract with Crystal Palace which will keep him at Selhurst Park until 2021 Hughes was born in 1997, making him one of the younger players at Derby County. Hughes had a successful youth career with Mickleover Jubilee and Derby County before being signed by Watford in 2017.

Hughes made his senior debut for Derby County in 2011 and went on to play 107 games for them over 3 seasons before joining Crystal Palace in 2021. 

In international football, Will Hughes has played 6 times for England's U17s and 23 times for their U21s teams since 2012. He is yet to score any goals during these appearances however he has shown good technique throughout his career so far.

Commons is a talented attacking midfielder who has spent the majority of his career playing for Scottish club Celtic. He was born in England, but moved to Scotland as a youngster and made his first-team debut with Stoke City in 1997.

Commons established himself at Celtic and helped the club win three Scottish Premier League titles (2006, 2007, 2011) and two Scottish Cups (2005, 2009). In 2012, he joined English side Aston Villa on a season-long loan deal and contributed five goals in 34 appearances before returning to Celtic at the end of the season.

Commons has represented both England Under-21s and full national team on several occasions over the course of his career and played at UEFA Euro 2008 where he featured in all four Group B games as England reached the semi-finals before losing 2–1 against Spain. 

After leaving Villa Park early into 2013–14 due to injury, Commons rejoined Aston Villa on 9 January 2014 for their final two fixtures of that season - helping them avoid relegation from The Championship.[2] 

On 3 July 2017 it was announced that Commons would leave Celtic after 15 years with the Glasgow giants[3], signing for fellow Premiership side Middlesbrough.[4][5] 

 Kristian Arran Commons (born 30 August 1983), also known as Kris or KAC,[1][2] is an English footballer who plays as an attacking midfielder for Championship club Middlesbrough.[5] 

Born in Mansfield,[6][7] Nottinghamshire,[8],[9]- although raised mainly around Edinburgh[10]- he started outplaying local rivals Hearts' young prodigy David Weir while attending Turnbull High School,[11].

Wayne Rooney is a professional footballer who plays as a forward for D.C. United in the MLS. He began his career at Everton before moving to Manchester United in 2004.

Where he has since played over 500 games and scored over 250 goals, making him one of the most successful English footballers of all time.

Rooney was named PFA player of the year in 2010 and 2017 and won two Premier League titles with Manchester United (2007–08, 2013-14).

Chris Riggott is a veteran defender who has played for Middlesbrough, Derby County and Norwich City in the English Premier League. He started his career with Derby County where he made over 100 appearances before moving to Middlesbrough in 2008.

Chris Riggott helped Middlesbrough reach the UEFA Europa League semi-finals in 2013, but they were eventually beaten by Atlético Madrid. 

He signed for Norwich City on 2 January 2016 and played his final game for the club on 1 May 2017 aged 41 years old after making 138 appearances during his two-year spell at Carrow Road.

Chris Riggott was appointed captain of Norfolk prior to their season opener against Swindon Town and captained them until he retired at the end of the 2017/18 season having won promotion back to Football League One as champions.

McGee was born in England on September 2nd 1995 and started his career at local side Edgware. He joined Forest Green Rovers ahead of the 2017-18 season.

McGee is a goalkeeper who is known for his good shot stopping abilities and reflexes. In November 2018, McGee made his international debut for England U21s in a 3-1 victory over Norway U21s .

McGee has also represented GB at youth level and played at the 2015 UEFA European Under-19 Championship where they reached the semi finals before being eliminated by Spain.

McGee made his first-team debut for Tottenham Hotspur in 2012 and went on to make 44 appearances over two seasons.

In 2016, McGee was loaned out to Peterborough United where he played 39 matches. He rejoined Tottenham in 2017 but only featured for them in reserve team fixtures before leaving the club permanently a year later. 

McGee then signed for Portsmouth until the end of the season, playing four times before moving on again to Bradford City as a loanee.

The midfielder has since continued his career at Forest Green Rovers where he has made 97 appearances since joining them in 2020.

Scott Loach is a 34-year-old English goalkeeper who currently plays for Derby County. Scott started his career at Ipswich Town before spending two seasons with Bourne Town on loan.

He made his professional debut in 2004 with Lincoln City and has since played for Rotherham United, Peterborough United, Newcastle United and Derby County. Scott is popular among fans of the teams he's played for due to his consistent performances as a goalkeeper.

Robbie Savage was born in Wales in 1974. Savage started his career with Brickfield Rangers before moving to Manchester United. Savage played for Manchester United for six seasons before moving to Macclesfield in 2008.

Rob Hulse is a former English professional footballer who played as a striker. He played for Crewe Alexandra in the English Football League Premier Division and also had a brief spell with Leeds United.

Hulse was capped by the England U-21 team and made his full international debut in a 2001 friendly against Wales. After leaving Leeds United, Hulse had a short spell with Chesterfield before retiring in 2006.

Davison is a former professional footballer who played for Derby County, Leeds United and Halifax Town. Davison was born in South Shields, England in 1959.

Davison started his career at Seaham Colliery Welfare before joining Huddersfield Town in 1980. Davison made his Leeds United debut in October 1982 and played 91 games for the club over two spells.

Davison moved to Derby County in 1987 and played 206 games for the club over four seasons. Davison retired from professional football in 1992. Davison has since worked as a football coach. Davison was inducted into the English Football Hall of Fame in 2013.

Davison is currently a football commentator. Davison was a midfield powerhouse during his playing days and is now a successful manager.

Paulo Wanchope is a Costa Rican international striker who has played for a number of top-flight teams in England and Spain. He first played for Hisediano in the Costa Rican Primera División before moving to English side Derby County in 1997.

He made his Premier League debut for Manchester City in 2000, and went on to score 64 goals in total for the club. 

He moved to Spanish side Málaga in 2004, and helped the team to a Liga championship in his first season. He then returned to England in 2005 and joined Manchester United.

Craig Forsyth was born in 1989 in Carnoustie, Angus, Scotland and started playing football at a young age. Forsyth progressed through the youth system at Derby County and made his first-team debut in 2009.

Alan Durban is one of the most decorated Welsh footballers of all time, having won two Welsh Cups and three Welsh League titles with Cardiff City. He also made over 300 appearances for Derby County, winning the Football League title in 1973.

He later played for Shrewsbury Town before retiring in 1978. Alan Durban was born in Wales in 1941 and started playing football at the age of six for Bridgend Boys Club. After playing for Cardiff City, Derby County and Shrewsbury Town, he retired in 1978.

Alan Durban is now a successful coach, working with Welsh youth teams. He was inducted into the Welsh Football Hall of Fame in 1998. 

Alan Durban has three children and five grandchildren. He currently resides in Cardiff. Durban started his managerial career at Shrewsbury Town, where he led the club to promotion to the Second Division.

Durban then spent three years in charge of Stoke City, where he helped the club to achieve promotion to the First Division. Durban then had a short stint in charge of Sunderland, before moving to Cardiff City. 

Here, he led the club to FA Cup success in his first season in charge. Durban then had a two-year spell at Wigan Athletic, before returning to Stoke City as manager in 1998.

He led the club to the FA Cup in his second season in charge. Durban retired from professional football in 2002, after spending a year as manager of non-league Willington.

Max Bird is an English footballer who currently plays for Newcastle United. 

Bird began his career with Derby County and made his senior debut in 2016. He was named Championship Player of the Year in 2017, and was also named in the PFA Premier League Team of the Year.

Bird signed for Newcastle United in January 2019. Bird has represented England at under-17, under-18, under-19, and under-21 level.
