51. Defensive End Best Players of All time

John Rizzo

The defensive end is an integral position in the sport of gridiron football. Responsible for defending against opposing offenses, these players line up on either side of the defensive line and use their size, speed, agility, and strength to outmaneuver opponents. Not only do they need to be physically capable but also have knowledge of different formations so that they can anticipate plays before they happen.

With its strategic importance as a key part of any defense’s success or failure, it’s no wonder why the defensive end has become one of the most coveted positions in all levels of American football today.
