Dean Ashton was born on 24 November 1983 in Swindon, England. He began his career with Stoke City before moving to Crewe Alexandra in 2005. 

In 2009, he joined Reading and made over 100 appearances for the club before leaving at the end of the 2016-17 season.

He has represented England at the international level and is currently a free agent after leaving Reading. 

Dean Ashton is known for his goalscoring ability and has been described as one of the best strikers in English football history. Dean Ashton was born in 1984 and began his career at Crewe Alexandra.

He made 158 appearances for the club before moving to Norwich City in 2005. There he scored 44 goals in all competitions. 

Ashton then signed for West Ham United where he played 46 times over two seasons, scoring 15 goals including a vital goal against Manchester United that helped take the Hammers into the Premier League playoffs.

In 2009, Ashton joined Aston Villa where he would play 67 games and score 14 goals before departing in 2012 to join Stoke City on a free transfer. 

At Stoke City, Ashton contributed 11 assists during his 2-year stay with the team and also won back-to-back FA Cup titles in 2015 and 2016 as well as an EFL Cup title later that year. 

On 27 July 2017, it was announced by Liverpool FC that Dean had signed a 3-year contract with them after being released from his contract at Stoke City following their relegation from the Premier League.

Since joining Liverpool FC, Dean has been an integral part of their midfield helping lead them to victory in both Europa League (2017) and the Champions League (2018).

Lennon began his career at Manchester City before moving to Crewe Alexandra in 1990. After leaving Crewe, Lennon spent a decade with Celtic Park, winning two Scottish Premier League titles and the UEFA Cup in 2003.

In 2006, Lennon left Celtic to join Liverpool where he won another Champions League title in 2013/14. Lennon retired from playing football after the 2014/15 season and later took up a role as manager of Welsh club Cardiff City.

On 27 May 2016, Lennon was sacked by Cardiff following their relegation from the Premier League; he had led them to promotion during his first spell there in 2012–13 but they were relegated back.

Within four seasons once again under his second tenure Neil Lennon is a Scottish football manager and former player who has most recently been the manager of Celtic.

As a player, Neil Lennon won trophies with both Leicester City and Celtic, before later managing them. He was appointed as the new Celtic manager in October 2010, succeeding Tony Mowbray. 

The following season saw him guide his team to their first ever league title since 2001-02, whilst also reaching the Champions League semi-finals for the first time in their history.

In 2014–15 he led Bolton Wanderers to promotion from League One via the playoffs, but left at the end of that campaign after three years in charge due to personal reasons unrelated to his job at Bolton Wanderers Football Club.

This move caused some controversy given that it occurred during European football's off-season period which would have impacted on their preparations for competitive fixtures had they gained promotion under his guidance.

Guthrie started his career at hometown club, Devizes Town. In 2012, Guthrie joined Northampton Town and has since made over 100 appearances for the club.

Guthrie is a versatile defender who can also play as a forward or midfielder when needed. He was named in the PFA Championship Team of the Year for 2016-17 season and has been nominated for this award again in 2017-18 season so far.

In May 2018 he signed a new contract with Northampton Town until 2022 Jon Guthrie began his career at local side Pewsey Vale, before joining Crewe Alexandra in 2008. He made 122 appearances for the Alex over three seasons, scoring 10 goals.

In 2012, Guthrie was loaned out to Leek Town, where he enjoyed some success and won promotion to the Conference Premier with them. He returned to Crewe Alexandra in 2016 but left the following year after failing to agree a new contract with the club.

After spells with Walsall and Livingston, Jon retuned to Northampton Town in January 2021 and has since played 69 times for them withoutscoring.

David Platt is a former English professional footballer who played as a midfielder. He played for Crewe Alexandra, Aston Villa, and Bari in the Premier League.

Platt was capped once for the England national football team, in a friendly against Hungary in 1988. He retired from professional football in 1992, after playing for Bari.

Platt is currently a director at Manchester City, where he played for between 1990 and 1992. He has been a member of the Football Association (FA) board since 2006. Platt is married and has three children.

Dele Adebola is a Nigerian international striker who has played for clubs including Crewe Alexandra and Bangor City. Adebola began his career with Crewe Alexandra, making his first-team debut in 1992.

He helped the club reach the League Cup final in 1993, and also won the FA Cup in 1994. Adebola moved to Bangor City on loan in 1994, and helped the club win the Welsh Premier League title that season.
