Antoine Griezmann is a world-renowned forward who currently plays for Atlético Madrid on loan from Barcelona.

Luis Suárez is a talented Uruguayan striker who has had an illustrious career playing for top teams in Europe.

Thibaut Courtois is a Belgian goalkeeper who currently plays for Real Madrid. Courtois began his career with Bilzen V.V., before moving to Genk in 2009.

He made his debut for Belgium in 2012 and has since played at the 2014 World Cup, Euro 2016, and the 2018 World Cup. 

He is considered one of the world's best goalkeepers and was named Best Player at UEFA EURO 2016 after guiding Belgium to victory over France in the final.

Thibaut Courtois was born in 1993 in Belgium and began playing football at a young age with the local side KVK Olympia Rotterdam. In 2009, he joined Genk on loan before signing with Chelsea the following year. 

He made his debut for the Blues in 2012 and went on to win two Premier League titles, an FA Cup, and the Europa League with them during his time there.

Morata is a Spanish international striker who currently plays for Atlético Madrid. Morata joined Real Madrid in 2010 from their hometown club Atlético Madrid and went on to make over 100 appearances for the La Liga champions.

In 2013, Morata signed with Real Madrid's B team before joining Chelsea two years later in 2015; he made just nine Premier League appearances before returning to Spain in 2017. 

Morata has represented Spain at various youth levels, including at the 2012 Olympic Games where he scored Spain’s second goal in their 3-1 victory against Honduras en route to the quarterfinals.

Diego Godín is a Uruguayan international centre-back who currently plays for Vélez Sarsfield. Diego Godín began his career at Estudiantes El Colla before moving to Defensor in 2003.

After three years with Defensor, Diego Godín joined Cerro in 2006 and helped the club win the Liga Sudamericana title that season. Diego Godín made his international debut for Uruguay in 2007 and has since accumulated over 60 caps, scoring four goals.

Diego Forlán is a Uruguayan-born forward who has played for Manchester United, Atlético Madrid and Inter Milan. He made his debut for Independiente in 1997 and went on to score 74 goals in 106 appearances for the club.

Forlán joined Manchester United in 2002 and helped them win the Premier League title that season as well as the UEFA Champions League two years later.

Renan Lodi is a left-back who currently plays for Nottingham Forest on loan from Atlético Madrid. He was born in Brazil but grew up in Serrana, Portugal, where he played for local team Athletico Paranaense.

Renan made his senior debut with Atlético Paranaense in 2017 and has since gone on to make over 50 appearances for the club. On 31 January 2019, it was announced that Lodi had signed a contract extension with Atlético Madrid until 2021.

Renan is known for his attacking playstyle and has been described as "a gifted defender". He represented Brazil at under-17 level before making his full international appearance aged 21 against Uruguay in March 2018.

Axel Witsel was born on January 12, 1989 in Liège, Belgium. He started his career at RRC Vottem and then played for CS Visé before joining Standard Liège in 2006.

In 2011, he joined Benfica where he made over 100 appearances and won two Portuguese Liga titles (2012–13, 2013–14). In July 2016, Witsel signed with Atlético Madrid for a reported fee of €40 million.

Thomas Partey is a Ghanaian midfielder who currently plays for Arsenal. He started his career with Asante Kotoko in Ghana and later joined Atlético Madrid where he played until 2019.

García is an attacking midfielder who has played for Athletic Bilbao since 2013. García was born in Pamplona, Spain and started his career with local side Ardoi before moving to Atlético Madrid in 2007.

García made over 100 appearances for Atlético Madrid before joining Athletic Bilbao on a free transfer in 2013. Garcia has represented Spain at youth level, including winning the U-21 European Championship in 2009 and the U-20 World Cup two years later.

Juanfran is a Spanish right-back who has played for Real Madrid and Atlético Madrid in the past. Juanfran began his career at Kelme, before joining Real Madrid in 2003.

He spent six years with the club, winning two La Liga titles and one Champions League medal. In 2006, Juanfran moved to Osasuna on loan where he made 148 appearances over six seasons before returning to Atlético Madrid in 2011.

Radamel Falcao is a Colombian professional footballer who plays for Spanish club Rayo Vallecano and the Colombia national team. Falcao began his career with Deportivo Táchira in 1995, before moving to Atlético El Vigía two years later.

He then played for Monagas SC, River Plate (Argentina) and Monaco (France). After scoring 43 goals in 110 appearances for Monaco, Falcao moved to Manchester United in July 2013 on a £58 million transfer deal. 

He was loaned back to Monaco the following season but failed to make an impact there and was sold to Real Madrid at the end of the campaign.

Herrera is a Mexican midfielder who currently plays for the Houston Dynamo. Herrera started his career with Pachuca, before playing for Porto B in 2013 and 2014.

He started his career at Badajoz before joining Atlético Madrid in 1959. Rodríguez won the La Liga title with Atlético Madrid in 1974 and the Copa del Rey in 1975.

He represented Spain at international level from 1960 to 1970. Rodríguez retired from playing in 1976. He later worked as a coach at Atlético Madrid and Betis Extremadura. 

Rodríguez was inducted into the Spanish Football Hall of Fame in 2003. He died in Badajoz in 2016.

Matheus Cunha is a Brazilian forward who currently plays for Wolverhampton Wanderers on loan from Atlético Madrid. Cunha has previously played for Sion and Coritiba in the Swiss and Brazilian leagues, respectively.

Carlos Aguilera is a Uruguayan football striker who played for River Plate, Nacional, Racing Club and Tecos during his career. Aguilera was born on 21 September 1964 in Montevideo and played for Uruguay at the 1986 World Cup.

Aguilera was a prolific goalscorer during his career and won two Uruguayan titles with River Plate and another with Racing Club. 

Aguilera left Uruguay in 1988 to play for Peñarol in Argentina, but returned to his home country the following year and helped Tecos win the Copa Libertadores.

Aguilera retired in 1997 and later worked as a football commentator for Uruguayan television. Aguilera was named in the Uruguayan team of the century in 2003 and was also honoured with a statue in his hometown of Montevideo. 

Aguilera is currently a football coach and is the head coach of Club Atlético River Plate's U-16 team. Carlos Aguilera is married and has two children. Carlos Aguilera is a Uruguayan football legend and is still considered one of the best strikers in the history of the game.
