Atlanta Falcons Super Bowl Best Players of All Time

John Rizzo

The Atlanta Falcons are no strangers to the Super Bowl, having made it all the way to the big game on two separate occasions. The first appearance was in 1998 when they faced off against John Elway and the Denver Broncos. After a thrilling season of football that saw them come out as NFC Champions, their road ended in a 34-19 loss at Super Bowl XXXIII. But thirteen years later, in 2016, they returned with an even more determined mindset and secured themselves another shot at glory by winning over Aaron Rodgers’ Green Bay Packers and becoming NFC Champions once again. This time around however fate smiled upon them as they managed to defeat Tom Brady’s New England Patriots 28-34 for their very first Vince Lombardi Trophy.
