The 2006–07 NBA season was a memorable one, with many teams making drastic changes to their logos and uniforms. Teams like the Milwaukee Bucks and the New Jersey Nets took bold moves in order to make their teams stand out.

The Bucks changed their colors, adding red to their color scheme, and the Nets added a new red road alternate uniform. With these changes and more, the 2006–07 NBA season was full of surprises and excitement.

Marcus Camby is a 48-year-old American center who spent 19 seasons in the NBA. He was drafted by the Toronto Raptors with the second overall pick in 1996 and played for them until 2013.

Marcus is best known for his defensive abilities, as he was named to six All-Star teams and won three Defensive Player of The Year Awards during his career. 

In 2013, he retired from professional basketball after playing for Houston Rockets that season but has since returned to play amateur basketball in Europe Camby was a dominant player in the NBA for many years, and he is still considered one of the best center defenders ever.

Camby was selected to several All-Star teams and won multiple awards during his career. He played with some of the biggest names in basketball, including Michael Jordan, Carmelo Anthony, LeBron James and Dwyane Wade. 

Camby will be remembered most fondly by Knicks fans for his time spent with them between 2008 and 2010.

Udonis Haslem is a power forward for the Miami Heat and was drafted by them in 2002. He has played with the Heat since 2007 and is one of their longest-serving players.

In 2011, he won his first championship with the team, defeating the Dallas Mavericks in six games. He has also been named to two All-Star Teams (2008, 2010) and won an NBA Championship in 2011.

Udonis Haslem's career high points are 19 points (2011), 14 rebounds (2009), and five assists (2007). His nickname is "The Big Three" because he shares it with Dwyane Wade and Chris Bosh; they all play together for the Miami Heat basketball team.

Udonis Haslem is a Miami Heat player who has been with the team since 2002. He has won three championships with the Heat and was an All-Star in each of his first five seasons in the NBA.

Haslem also played for Chalon-sur-Saône and Miami, winning two French Championships during his playing career there.

In 2002, he was drafted by the Milwaukee Bucks but never played for them as he joined the Miami Heat instead soon after being drafted; however, he did play briefly for their D-League affiliate before rejoining the main roster later on that year. 

He remains with Miami to this day and is one of only six players (along with Michael Jordan, Kobe Bryant, LeBron James, Tim Duncan, and Kevin Durant) to win multiple titles while playing across all four major U.S professional leagues – MLB/NBA/WNBA – at some point in their careers.

Miller was a high school standout in Mitchell, South Dakota before playing college ball at Florida. He was drafted fifth overall by the Orlando Magic and played there for three seasons before being traded to Washington in 2009.

Miller spent six seasons with the Wizards before joining Memphis in 2017-18. He has won two NBA championships (with Orlando in 2010 and with Washington in 2013) as well as an Olympic gold medal with Team USA during his career. 

As a coach, he served as an assistant coach under Rick Carlisle on several teams including the Cleveland Cavaliers and Detroit Pistons, winning Coach of the Year honors twice while doing so along the way Mike Miller was a two-time NBA champion and Sixth Man of the Year winner with the Memphis Grizzlies.

After playing for three teams in five seasons, he signed with the Miami Heat in 2010 and helped them to win titles in 2012 and 2013. He then spent one season with Cleveland before joining Houston as an assistant coach in 2018.

Carlos Boozer played for the Cleveland Cavaliers from 2002 to 2004. He then played for the Utah Jazz from 2004 to 2010. Carlos Boozer was a power forward and is considered one of the best players in Cav's history.

He is now retired but has worked as an analyst on ESPN since 2017 Carlos Boozer is a former NBA player who played for the Chicago Bulls, Los Angeles Lakers and Guangdong Southern Tigers. He has appeared in two All-Star games and was an all-NBA third-team selection in 2008.

Carlos Boozer was born on December 12th, 1980 in Newark, New Jersey. At Michigan State, he led the Spartans to their first NCAA championship since 1984 and won. 

First-team All-ACC honors as a junior after averaging 18 points and 10 rebounds per game en route to being named Third Team All-American by both the Associated Press (AP) and National Association of Basketball Coaches (NABC).

After being drafted with the No 17 overall pick by Chicago, Boozer helped lead them to 3 consecutive conference finals appearances before joining forces with Kobe Bryant at LA. 

Where they won 2 championships together during his 4 seasons there before retiring at the end of the 2016/17 season playing for the Guangdong Southern Tigers of China's CBA league.

Baron Davis was born on April 13th, 1979 in Los Angeles, California. He attended Crossroads School where he starred as a point guard for the Lakers' youth teams before going to UCLA.

Baron was drafted 3rd overall by the Charlotte Hornets and spent six seasons with them before moving on to New Orleans Pelicans. In 2009, he signed with the Golden State Warriors and played two seasons there before retiring at age 34 in 2014 due to injury.

Baron has since become an NBA TV analyst and is currently working for TNT as well as his own clothing line called "Baron Davis Clothing". Baron Davis was a highly decorated college basketball player, earning First-team Parade All-American and California Mr.

Basketball honors in 1997 before being drafted with the 7th pick by the Golden State Warriors. Baron played for five different NBA teams over his nine seasons, amassing averages of 18 points, 4 rebounds and 3 assists per game while shooting 43% from three-point range.

Baron retired from professional basketball in 2016 after playing for the Delaware 87ers of the G League where he averaged 21 points and 6 assists per game this season.

Chauncey Billups was a three-time All-Star and two-time NBA champion point guard who played for the Boston Celtics, Denver Nuggets, Los Angeles Clippers, Detroit Pistons, and Portland Trail Blazers over 14 seasons in the National Basketball Association (NBA).

In his first season with the Denver Nuggets in 1997–98, he helped lead them to their only playoff appearance that season. He then joined the Boston Celtics in 2000 where he won his first championship ring as part of the team's 'Big Three' alongside Paul Pierce and Kevin Garnett.

After leaving Boston in 2004, Billups signed with Detroit where he spent six years before joining LA Clippers on a free-agent deal at the end of the 2011–12 campaign. He retired from playing following the 2014 season with Portland Trail Blazers. 

As head coach of Portland Trail Blazers from 2019 until 2021, Billups led them to playoff berth each year but they were unsuccessful in winning any games during this period including being eliminated by eventual champions. 

Golden State Warriors 4–1 in the 2020 Playoffs Semifinals Series which ended his coaching career prematurely.

Randy Foye is an American shooting guard and point guard who has played in the NBA for ten seasons. He was drafted seventh overall by the Boston Celtics in the 2006 NBA draft and has since played for Minnesota Timberwolves, Washington Wizards, Brooklyn Nets and Orlando Magic.

Foye's best season came in 2012–13 when he averaged 16 points per game with career-highs of 3 assists and 2 rebounds. In 2017, he signed with Denver Nuggets but was traded to New Orleans Pelicans just two months later before retiring at the end of that season due to injury concerns.

Randy Foye was drafted in the first round of the 2006 NBA draft by the Utah Jazz. He had a successful rookie season, averaging 11 points and four rebounds per game. 

In 2007, he was named to the NBA All-Rookie First Team and averaged 14 points and five rebounds per game. During his time with Utah, he played for three other teams: Denver Nuggets (2008), Oklahoma City Thunder (2009) and Brooklyn Nets (2012).

After finishing his contract with Brooklyn in 2017, Randy signed with Spanish team Real Madrid until 2020.

Morrison was drafted third overall in the 2006 NBA draft by the Charlotte Bobcats. Morrison played for the Bobcats until 2012, when he was traded to the Miami Heat.

Morrison has won an NBA championship with both Charlotte and Miami. In 2013, Morrison signed with Turkish club Fenerbahçe Ülker Istanbul as a free agent. Morrison is one of only four players in history to score over 20,000 points and record over 2,000 rebounds in their career .

Morrison is also a two time Olympic Gold Medalist (2008 Beijing Olympics and 2012 London Olympics). 

Adam Morrrison has been married to former WNBA player Leslie McDonald since 2010; they have one child together Morrison was a two-time NBA champion with the Los Angeles Lakers in 2009 and 2010.

He also won an NBA All-Rookie Second Team award in 2007, and helped lead the team to victory in the Turkish Cup Championship in 2012. 

Morrison played collegiate basketball at Mead HS before spending one season as a professional player with Beşiktaş of Turkey. In 2017, Morrison took on his first coaching role as assistant coach for Mead High School's varsity squad, where he continues to work today.

Tucker spent six seasons with the Toronto Raptors, helping them reach two Eastern Conference Finals. He was drafted 35th overall by the Raptors in 2006 and has since played for the Philadelphia 76ers, Memphis Grizzlies, Atlanta Hawks and Houston Rockets.

Tucker is a versatile player who can play both forward positions well, contributing on offense with his scoring and rebounding skills as well as being a defensive stalwart down low. 

In 2019 he averaged 18 points per game off the bench for the Houston Rockets in their run to the Western Conference Finals where they lost to eventual champions Golden State Warriors 4-1.

Tucker was one of the best players in the German League during his time there, winning championships and MVP awards. Tucker became an All-Star in Germany while playing for the Phoenix Suns before joining their rivals, the Toronto Raptors, later on in his career. 

Tucker is a versatile player who can play both inside and outside positions well. He has been a regular member of Houston Rockets squads over the past few years but will move to Philadelphia 76ers next season as they look to improve on their 17th place finish last year.

Tucker is known for having a high basketball IQ and being able to pass effectively from either half court or in transition; attributes that have helped him earn accolades such as NBA champion and All-Star selection multiple times throughout his career so far.

Gibson was a highly touted recruit coming out of high school and played his first two years at the University of Memphis. He was drafted in the third round by the Cleveland Cavaliers and made an immediate impact, starting all 82 games he appeared in as a rookie.

Gibson averaged 11 points per game and 4 rebounds on average during his time with Cleveland. In 2013, Gibson signed with New Orleans Pelicans as a free agent where he has continued to produce offensively (15 ppg) but has also been more consistent defensively (4 apg).

Leon Powe is a two-time NBA All-Star and was an important part of the Celtics team that won the 2013 championship. Powe played power forward for most of his career, but has also seen time at center and small forward in recent years.

He began his playing career with the Nuggets before joining Boston in 2012. In addition to basketball, Powe is known for his work as a community ambassador for various organizations, including children's hospitals and anti-bullying campaigns.

Leon Powe retired from professional basketball in May 2016 after 14 seasons on the court Leon Powe is a very talented player who has won many awards and accolades over the course of his career. Leon Powe was an All-American at Washington, before playing for Boston and Cleveland in the NBA.

He has averaged 6.2 points and 3.8 rebounds per game in his career, making him one of the most versatile players in the league. Powe is known as a fierce defender, with 82 blocks over the course of his career - which demonstrates just how important he can be on that side of the ball.

 Leon Powe will likely continue to play in Europe next season after being released by Memphis earlier this year, so keep an eye out for him should he decide to return to action sometime soon.

Craig Smith was a high school basketball phenom, averaging over 30 points per game in his senior season. Craig Smith played college ball at Boston College and emerged as one of the top power forwards in the NBA.

Craig Smith spent six seasons with the Minnesota Timberwolves before being traded to Memphis Grizzlies in 2015. CraigSmith is known for his scoring ability, finishing among the top 10 power forwards in both career points (15,061) and rebounds (7,079).

In addition to playing professional basketball, Craig Smith also lends his voice to commentary on ESPN's coverage of college basketball games. Craig Smith married longtime girlfriend Mallory Pugh in December 2018 and they are expecting their first child together later this year.

Will Blalock was born on September 8, 1983 in Boston, Massachusetts. He attended high school at East Boston and then went on to play college basketball for Iowa State.

After playing two seasons of college ball, Will was drafted by the Detroit Pistons in the 2006 NBA Draft. In his six-year career with the Pistons, he played mainly as a point guard but also spent time at shooting guard and small forward positions during his tenure there.

Will retired from professional basketball after playing for the Memphis Grizzlies in 2013-14 season. Will Blalock was drafted by the Detroit Pistons in 2006 and played for them until 2007. 

He then signed with the Sioux Falls Skyforce where he averaged 19 points and nine assists per game over two seasons.

In 2007, he joined Hapoel Jerusalem of Israel where he scored 21 points and grabbed 10 rebounds per game in his rookie season before being traded to the Anaheim Arsenal later that year. He spent one more season with Anaheim before joining Artland Dragons of China for a short stint in 2008-2009. 

The following season, Will returned to America as he signed with the Maine Red Claws just prior to their playoff run which ended up winning them an Naismith Memorial Basketball Hall of Fame (2011).

After spending one more year playing overseas with Saint John Mill Rats, Will re-joined the NBA as a member of Reno Bighorns midway through the 2013-2014 campaign.

Marcus Williams was drafted by the New Jersey Nets in the 2006 NBA Draft. He played for the Nets and Cleveland Cavaliers before joining the Memphis Grizzlies in 2019.

Gilbert Arenas was born in Tampa, Florida on January 6th 1982. Gilbert played college basketball for Arizona and was drafted by the Golden State Warriors in 2001.

Raja Bell was a shooting guard in the NBA for thirteen seasons, most notably with the Phoenix Suns. Bell is a two-time All-Star and two-time Second-Team All-NBA selection.

Bell is also a two-time champion in the NBA's Three-Point Shootout. Bell is the son of former NBA player Rick Bell. Bell was born in Saint Croix, US Virgin Islands, and played high school basketball in Miami Killian.

Sam Mitchell was a two-time All-Star and ten-time NBA All-Defensive selection, and he was inducted into the Basketball Hall of Fame in 2010. Mitchell started his professional career with the Houston Rockets, and he spent 13 seasons with the team before joining the Minnesota Timberwolves in 2002.

Mikki Moore was a standout center at high school in South Carolina, and was not selected in the 1997 NBA draft. Moore played in the NBA for thirteen seasons, most notably with the Sacramento Kings and the New Orleans Hornets.

Walter Herrmann is a former small forward who spent his entire playing career with the Detroit Pistons. Herrmann was drafted by the Detroit Pistons in the 2001 NBA draft but was never able to make an impact with the team.

Herrmann later played for the Olimpia de Venado Tuerto, Atenas de Córdoba, Jabones Pardo Fuenlabrada, and Unicaja Málaga before joining the Charlotte Bobcats in 2007. Herrmann was traded to the Detroit Pistons in 2009 and retired from basketball in 2019.

Walter Herrmann is currently a basketball coach in his home country of Argentina. Walter Herrmann is a Brazilian-born Argentine professional basketball player who has played for several teams in Europe and Latin America. 

He was a second-round pick of the Memphis Grizzlies in the 2006 NBA draft, and played for their affiliate, the Austin Toros, in the 2006–07 season.

He then moved to Spain, playing for Caja Laboral for two seasons. In 2011, he joined the Venado Tuerto club in Argentina, and helped them win the Argentine League championship in his first season. 

He then moved to Brazil, joining Brazilian League club Flamengo in the 2013 season. He helped them win the Brazilian League championship in his first season with them. In the 2014–15 season, he moved to the San Lorenzo club in Argentina, and helped them win the Argentine League championship.

He then moved to Spain again, joining the Obras Sanitarias club in the 2016 season. He helped them win the Spanish League championship in his first season with them.

Final Words

2006-2007 NBA Season was a great season because of some of the best players in the league. The players that stood out the most were LeBron James, Kobe Bryant, and Dwyane Wade.

These three players led their teams to the playoffs and proved that they are the best players in the league.
